Ozora electrical excellent
Ozora Electrical provided a very professional service, Dion was very knowledgeable and design the solar battery to suit our needs, did not oversell. The actual installers from Ozora was friendly and the installation looks very neat and tidy. On completion the electricians educated me on not only the solar battery itself but the associated app.Very happy.

A very positive sales and install experience
- Sales person was friendly but not pushy. Onsite visit was undertaken. Was very willing to alter quotation several times, all done quickly. Sales person response times to emails was within 24hrs.- Install went very well. Team turned up exactly on time as promised. The team were polite and attentive to any questions or requests. Site left clean after install.
- Team ensured I had downloaded the battery app, connected and checked that I knew how to operate.
What can I say - all done to my rather fussy standards without me pestering them :-)

Great customer service
The consultant was very knowledgeable and polite, he take time to explain everything in details. The installation was smooth, they've tidy up very well. Customer service was great, they rang up after two weeks to check if the system working alright. Overall I am happy with Ozora Energy.

Positive experience
The sales/quoting process won the quote for this company. Nick Avery was so accomodating and helpful that it was his approach that sold us! The instalation process was smooth and the installers were efficient and respectful.I am receiving ongoing help from Nick to optimise the performacen of our system and I am greateful for that.

Fantastic advice and install on my system.
Had a fantastic experience with the team at Ozora.After a recent extension at our house we were chasing a solar/ battery system to keep our power bills down. The Ozora team were fantastic in their knowledge of available systems. The pre construction process was smooth and the install was done efficiently and on time. The install boys helped connect my SIgenergy system to my phone and were very thorough in their explanation of the app and how the system works.
Wouldn't hesitate in using Ozora again and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a solar and battery setup.

Don't expect rectification if system doesn't work as sold
Over $40k on a battery. Last install was in Jan. Didn't receive certificate of compliance until April (plenty of overdue account emails though!). Bottom module wasn't connected initially and battery still won't connect to any networks (but was fine before they touched it in January). Told its because of Mesh wifi, so spent money changing wifi router to go normal Wi-Fi and still doesn't work. Higher bills than before the battery upgrade as I can't monitor or adjust settings as I go. And after waiting MONTHS for rectification I just get overdue notices for the 15% balance remaining for a product that doesn't work as sold or advertised. Do not reccomend. I'll likely have to get another installer to fix.Inverter rating: 4/5

Good Installer for Goodwe System
Great sales and quoting process by Nick who did a site inspection and then sat down with me to go through initial options. Great comms after the site inspection and provided quotes for three different systems/installations.Installers communicated their start time, and were punctual and polite. Installation took longer than estimated, primarily due to the heat. But they did an amazing job considering the hot weather.
The SAPN application and capability tests were not completed for more than a week after installation when I followed up with Ozora. These were eventually sorted. No 30-day follow-up was conducted.

Professional, Knowledgeable, and Delivering Real Results
We recently had our solar system extended and a battery added by Ozora Energy, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was quite a large domestic solar project, and from start to finish, the team was well-informed, professional, and genuinely lovely to deal with.Every person we came into contact with was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to have around our home. The installation process was handled smoothly, and the team took the time to explain everything clearly.
We’ve only had the system for around 4 months, and we are already seeing the benefits, which are very much in line with the modelling Ozora Energy provided. It’s reassuring to see the system performing exactly as promised.
We would highly recommend Ozora Energy to anyone considering solar or battery installation.

Horrible experience, lack of care or effort
I had a great pre-sales experience with Ozora but unfortunately once I went ahead with quote, everything drastically went downhill.Communication from admin was poor, appointments were missed without notice and I repeatedly had to chase unresolved issues. There were issues with incorrect paperwork and an unannounced visit which added further stress to an already dragged-out process.
What was meant to be a 1 day installation turned into multiple visits over 2 months (still pending a 4th), with constant follow-up required from my side just to get updates or bookings confirmed.
I also raised a HWU tariff change request before proceeding and followed this up multiple times throughout the install process, but it still remains unresolved 2 months later. I was even told this would be sorted this week, it hasn’t. No communication, no information.
Based on my experience, I would not choose Ozora again and for anyone still on the fence, I highly recommend against proceeding.

An amazing experience all the way through!
Matt, Nick, Dylan and the team have been awesome all the way through, from the extremely reassuring assessment by (masters) engineer, to the communications from the install team, to the no-fuss troubleshooting, and putting up with some extreme heat on a black roof. These guys are awesome. This is our second solar-battery install, and I’d feel confident not to even quote shop next time, just call Ozora!I was very impressed with the work, and the willingness to help make the most of my awkward roof space and desire not to waste pre-existing (dodgy installed with previous owners) panels.

Fantastic Company & Great Experience
Nick from Ozora reached out very quickly, answered all my questions clearly (even outside regular hours), and helped me feel informed about something I initially knew very little about. They were also the only contractor to visit the property before providing a quote, and Nick came across as someone who truly values doing things properly and ethically.He always provided information without making me feel rushed or pressured. He also made me feel seen and valued, not just another job on a list. All of this, along with the competitive offer, made me feel confident and happy to move forward with Ozora and purchase my solar system and battery.
For the installation, Matt and the team were fantastic. They worked with me to organise a time that worked for me and kept me informed throughout the process. The installers were incredibly hard working and professional, cleaned up after themselves and had everything finish within the day. They also took the time to walk me through the system and explain how to use the app very clearly, which I really appreciated.
It was a fantastic experience overall and the whole team at Ozora did an amazing job. I would strongly recommend the company to friends and family.

Ozora - Excellent Installer and Fantastic Customer Service
Hi, I recently had a 24kWH Sigenergy battery installed via Ozora. Right from the beginning I had excellent customer service from Nick, who helped to work out what exactly I needed, promptly answering my many questions and responding with updated quotes. Once accepted, the wait time was around a month and Matt's team did a terrific job with the installation and it has been running smoothly since. Exceptional service and installation
SigEnergy system fully installed and commissioned in mid-Oct.I'd like to take this opportunity to send a big thank you to the Ozora team from quotation to installation and commissioning.
Sales consultant was terrific from the outset - our first interaction and throughout the design, requirement gathering and quotation process. He was reliable, prompt in answering many many questions and queries, flexible in changing the design and quotation to meet my requirements. When he visited our place for the first time, he took the time to listen to our needs and thoroughly surveyed the house (even took photos of the roof during a wet morning).
The installation team did a marvellous job during the three days that they were onsite. The team was well led by the Lead Installer and no question / query was too hard or difficult for the team to assist/answer. They were flexible and happy to listen to my suggestions and we worked collaboratively to ensure our preferences are met where possible. They involved me in the process and kept me in the loop with progress. The end result is a very neat installation inside my garage with very minimal external cables/conduits showing. They went through all the key components, setup the apps on my phone and clean and takeaway all rubbish.
We had a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Ozora.

Sales quote was friendly and polite. Explained everything. Came out to the house. as informed about optimisers as there is a little bit of shading from a treeInstallation boys were fantastic. Always on time and tidy.
Ozora organised everything re grid connection.
Happily, the panels face north and are not visible from the street.
I was able to choose Fronius battery and inverter. Had a Fronius inverter at a previous address for 20years and was impressed with its longevity
