Best 3 years!

We have had our system for nearly 3 years now and it’s all been going really strong still, which is really good to see. It has kept our bills relatively low in price too, and I’d hate to see how they would look without it.

They went above and beyond

Over the last year they have been great!

The installation was good and clean. They didn’t leave a mess when they finished, and they told me what they were doing while making sure everything was fine. They also checked in often to make sure everything was working properly.

We really appreciated the follow up Zoom calls that taught us how to use the apps, which was a great added bonus. The post install aftercare and check ins later on have also been great. We’ve had zero problems, and the system works as promised.What you pay for it what you get!

Service was impeccable

From the time I was quoted, through to installation, Resinc's service has been impeccable. Even post installation, they have been there. Our Anker battery has been covering the load for majority of our house hold usage, which has brought our bills down significantly.

Fantastic

From day one, we’ve been thrilled with RESINC. Everything they promised -price, product, installation, and ongoing communication - has been delivered flawlessly. Since installing our new panels and Anker battery, we’ve had $0 bills!

The very next day after our battery was installed, we experienced a blackout, and it performed perfectly - keeping our fridge, fans, and lights running without a hitch.

Perfect experience

I personally have mainly dealt with the girls on the phones, the customer support and the after sale service team, they have all been terrific. The install team were great and did a really tidy job as well. I really have a lot of praise for Resinc, I've got a quality system and had a great experience.

We found Resinc's customer service to be first class. Everything was explained in advance. Installation went well. We also really appreciate the follow up post installation support as it has been very beneficial to clarify and guide our usage.

Great service as always

Today I had my post-install meeting, and as usual the assistance was incredible. As someone who’s not very confident with computers, the customer service representative was a huge help. They took the time to walk me through everything and even showed me how to properly understand the system. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Reliable system

We had thought about moving toward solar as a solution to our rising bills and also a nod towards the environment. We decided to go ahead with Resinc and they have been great throughout the whole process. Our system was installed in October 2024, and has been so reliable we haven't had any issues at all.

Panels are beautiful

RESINC is great! We bought the panels in 2024 and we're only paying around $50 a month on our bills now, we're using our air cons and dryer with two kids low bills is very helpful. The app is so simple and easy for us to use the monitoring.

Good team

We decided to go solar because our electricity bills were getting out of control. So far, we’ve had no issues with Resinc, and any time we’ve needed help, they’ve been quick to get in touch and sort things out.

The monitoring app has been super helpful in showing us what to do and when to do it, which makes everything really easy to manage.

They’ve been efficient from start to finish, and we couldn’t recommend them more.

Honest and reliable

We had our Franklin battery installed in November last year, and have been grid free since! We feel comfortable using all of our appliances in the house at all times, to live a comfortable life because of the battery. We have yet to experience a winter, as our roof is partially shaded, we look forward to that challenge. The Franklin app is superb.

Outstanding

The staff at Resinc are very friendly, respectful, and not pushy, which is a big plus. The follow-up and after-sales service really stands out compared to most companies, even outside the solar industry.

Things like the post-install meetings make a big difference. With other trades, like a plumber, they’ll come out, do the job, and leave, and can sometimes be hard to deal with if there’s an issue. With Resinc, there’s ongoing support and genuine engagement even after the work is done.

Our initial contact with these guys was through their door knockers. They came around and spoke to me about a system and how it could help the environment and save on bills. So supportive!

We wanted to go with solar to do what we could to help with the environment and to also reduce our bills as well. Safe to say our bills have been almost halved from $1200 to the most recent being $650, which we are so glad to see. Been so helpful!

We decided to go solar with these guys after hearing about the work they’ve done with the surf lifesaving clubs. Having a home right on the water, it was really important to us to have a system that could withstand the harsh coastal environment.

They’ve been amazing to deal with, everyone has been easy to talk to throughout the whole process. Hayley has been a great help, and the installers were fantastic at what they did. I’d definitely recommend them. They are also very knowledgeable and efficient.

Great savings

It's less stress now because when the power bill comes in I'm not getting hit with a $2000 bill, it's also comforting to know that if the power goes out I've still got a backup from my battery.
