Everything was easy to deal with!

My motivation for installing solar was due to my high energy bills. I did my research on Resinc and liked what I found. The team has been great to speak with and very friendly to deal with. Not to mention, the monitoring app that comes with it is easy to use.

No problems with Resinc!

They went above and beyond to help us when needed. If there were any issues they would've fixed it. Couldn't have been in any better hands. They took you through step by step where the panels would be installed. Even before installation, they showed where the panels would go on the roof through a Zoom call!

Been a great 3 years!

The past year has been perfect. I’ve found the follow-up service to be fantastic. I have family members who had solar installed by different companies, and they haven’t heard from them at all. My bills have also been greatly reduced, which is so good to see.

So simple and great service

It was a simple decision for me to install solar and try to save money. The girl who came over to sell it to us was great and did an excellent job. She said it would only take five minutes, she was awesome! The installers were very professional and got everything done with absolutely no fuss. The warranty is exceptional, and we’ve been very happy so far.

Comes with peace of mind!

Admittedly, these guys are a bit pricier than most, but it really comes with peace of mind knowing they’re there for you if you need anything. They also send reminder notifications and reconnection messages to make sure everything is working properly.

Happy with Resinc

I went with these guys to install my solar system to help make my bills more cost-effective. Looking back at our previous summer bill compared to winter, it’s great to see that it was cheaper. They’ve been very flexible with the installation and helpful throughout the whole process.

Great communication

Brilliant!

We went with Resinc because every time I had a question, they either answered it confidently and made me feel like they knew what they were talking about, or if they didn’t know the answer, they were honest about it and got back to me later with the information. On top of that, the warranties are incredible, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the product.

Good energy from a good company

RESINC Solar reached out to our not-for-profit organisation after YouTuber, Max from Max & Occy referred Animal Rights and Rescue Group to receive an entire solar system at zero cost thanks to RESINC's generosity.

The team have gone above and beyond for us even though we were not charged a single cent for the system. They not only installed a great system with LONGi solar panels and an Anker battery, but also have ensured we are kept up to date with how the system is going and are readily available to answer any questions we might have.

The system is reliable, quality and saving BIG on our electricity bills. RESINC are not only a reputable company, they also provide an incredible service to charities like us by donating these systems.

Seriously wouldn’t recommend any other company

What really motivated me to install a solar system with a battery through these guys was their assurance of after-sales care and support. My previous experiences with solar companies haven’t been great, so the main driving factor this time was their promise of proper follow-up and they’ve delivered on that. Their salesperson, Joss, has also been an incredible help. I really wouldn't recommend any other company.

So great for us!

I wanted to get solar to reduce my electricity bills, and now that we’ve done that, we can already see that the predicted bill will be much lower. The app is very easy to use, and I like to check it every day to see how the battery is charging.

Expert advice and installation

We already had an older system installed in our home and wanted to upgrade to a newer one with a battery to help monitor our energy footprint. A doorknocker came to my house to talk about solar, he was very informative, and everyone I’ve dealt with since has been extremely professional. What's been good is the end to end experience, you've got a few points of contact to help you every step of the way from the first sales meeting, to the install and the post install check ins. They help you make sure you're getting the maximum benefit from your system. Through the sales process they also make sure you're getting a system that's right for your needs and not over purchasing.

These guys have been great to deal with from sale to installation, and everything in between has been easy. The app that comes with the system is user-friendly and provides all the information we need to manage it effectively. On top of that, our bills have almost been cut in half, from over $1,000 to around $500, which has been a very positive change for us.

Great product and team

These guys have always been upfront and honest in the business. It wasn't a hard sell, it was sold on the value on the right product for the right customer. The ongoing monitoring is quite unique and very helpful for people that aren't always aware of what their system is doing.
