I've had a really positive experience with Resinc. The solar system has been running reliably, and while I initially expected a little more, looking at our electricity usage and how low our bills have been, it's definitely been worthwhile.We've had no issues with the solar system itself, and the after-sales support has been excellent. It's great to see a company that still takes the time to check in and make sure everything is running as it should.
Overall, I'm very happy with Resinc and would absolutely choose them again

Fantastic After Sales
The initial consultation was really informative, we were told exactly what to expect. The Installation team were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves which I loved. After sales service has also been fantastic. Knowing they visit every 6 months to go over our system and energy plans is a great benefit.Panel rating: 5/5

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Resinc! Our solar system has been great, and we’ve even had a few $0 electricity bills, which is always a bonus!What really stands out is the after-sales service. A lot of companies disappear after installation, but Resinc actually takes the time to follow up and make sure everything is going well. That’s something I really value.
My only regret is not getting more panels from the start, especially now that we’ve got more family living with us and an electric vehicle on the cards!
Overall, we’re really happy with our decision. Great system, great service, and a company that genuinely looks after its customers. Would happily choose Resinc again and definitely recommend them

Battery addition
We’ve had a fantastic experience with Resinc from start to finish! Unlike other companies that came across as pushy, Resinc took the time to understand our needs, review our electricity bills and design a system that actually suited our home.The after-sales service has been outstanding, and everyone we’ve dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
The installers ran into a few challenges but handled everything brilliantly, explaining the process and making sure everything was working before leaving.
Since installing solar and later adding a battery, our electricity bills have dropped significantly. The battery has made a massive difference!

Great experience
We’ve had a fantastic experience with Resinc from start to finish! The sales representative was professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and the quality of the panels really stood out.The installers did an excellent job, leaving everything spotless. The after-sales support has been just as impressive, especially one of the ladies on the team who went above and beyond to help us.
We absolutely love monitoring our solar and battery through the app it’s almost addictive! We’re still finalising our generator connection, but overall, we couldn’t be happier.

Amazing 7 years!
I have had my system installed for 7 years now, and the consistent follow up and communication has been amazing. It’s so comforting that they are still around. Awesome service
We have been installed since 2023, and honestly, we haven’t had to worry about much. We only called once in regard to reconnecting the system to Wi Fi, but otherwise it’s all been working well. No news is good news. Its nice they come out and keep us up to datePanel rating: 5/5

Resinc Solar are the best for a reason
Everyone I spoke to at Resinc were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. All my questions were answered and everything explained very clearly. Any issues I had were talked through and I was provided with evidence to back up answers. Installation was punctual and they cleaned up everything afterwards. I was walked through testing all the circuits before they left. Resinc organised everything to do with the approvals and licences and communication with my electricity supplier. I was informed every step of the way. I am now waiting for a follow-up meeting to go over performance so far and potentially fix up anything that needs it.

Very thorough
There are a lot of companies selling the same products, but Resinc was especially thorough and provided great service. We had delays with installation, but they kept the rebate price for our battery past the end date which was a nice thing to do.Battery rating: 5/5

Great experience
We've had a great experience with Resinc from start to finish. From the very first conversation, the team was professional, friendly and never pushy. Our solar system has been working well, helping us reduce our electricity bills and become more conscious of our energy usage.The after-sales support has been fantastic. Whenever the system has gone offline, Resinc has been quick to help. Bailey also came out for our post-install visit and did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and making sure we were getting the most out of our system.

Amazing service!

Great overall service
Overall great experience.Excellent after sales service.
We have an older house with original tiles, so we were concerned about breakages and leaks, but the installers knew what they were doing.
As an afterthought, Resinc lost one star on value because despite discussion, the inverter cost was not in the quote. To be fair, this could have been an honest mistake.

We’ve had a great experience with Resinc and our solar system. Even with a granny flat, a spa and high summer usage, our bills have stayed much more manageable compared with our neighbours.We’ve changed the way we use power to make the most of the solar, running appliances during the day wherever possible. The system has been reliable with no issues, and the panels are regularly maintained.
We’re now looking into adding a battery, and we’d absolutely recommend Resinc to family and friends

Great experience
We’ve had a great experience with Resinc and have had no disappointments with our solar system. Everything has been working really well, and it’s made us much more conscious of how we use power throughout the day.We now run things like the pool pump and laundry during solar hours, which has definitely helped with our energy bills. Great experience
We’ve had a great experience with Resinc from start to finish. Top notch
These guys actually came to us by knocking on our door, and they gave us great information about the system they can install. We decided to go with an Anker system from them, and it has been working great since it's been in.To speak on the installers, they were amazing. They helped with a few other things on the roof, while also singing to us and the neighbours. They were a really nice bunch of guys, and I can't believe how quickly they got it all installed too.
The after sales support has also been amazing. They have followed up with us quite a lot, and we are glad to see it. I recommend going with them if you're thinking of solar. Just keep in mind that the cheaper systems don't necessarily mean they are the best. You're better off paying that little bit more for that peace of mind.

Install was flawless
We couldn't be more greatful for Jamie and Leigh Storr the CEO, and the Budget Battlers for helping us with this install, making it such a smooth process. Our next bill is predicted to be $0! Easy as can be

Best service!
Honestly, I’d say the biggest things with these guys are simply the reliability and efficiency.The installation process from the boys was just so good. The supervisor, you could tell, really looked after them and they cared about the work they were doing. The product itself, the Anker battery, just looks so clean and really makes you feel like you installed a premium product.
Shoutout to Jeremy too. From the initial install to every service in between, it’s just been seamless, and I really think it’s something that almost every company should do.
Not to mention the price of our bills are so cheap now, and the peace of mind it gives us knowing that we don’t have to rely on the grid as much now is another amazing part of it. Not to mention the absolute amazing app that comes with Anker is just so good to look at.
