Really easy to work with

We had been thinking about getting solar for a while, and we decided to go with these guys. They were excellent to deal with from start to finish and even after the installation. Our bills have also gone down, which is amazing, highly recommend!

Helping make everything electric

I wanted to make my whole house electric, and Resinc has helped me with that by installing a larger system than the one I previously had. Everyone has been helpful and knowledgeable, and I’m looking at installing a battery with them too. Excited to see how that will turn out!

The follow up service is great

The follow up service has been great, I've had someone come out and visit me two or three times in the last 2 years since installing, the service doesn't stop after they install, they also do panel cleans for a very fair price.

Great experience

We had panels installed on our previous home and wanted them installed on our current one to reduce our energy costs and do our part for the environment. I’m happy to say our bills have decreased from about $600–$750 a quarter to around $150 a quarter. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional customer service

I'm really blown away by the customer service, we recently had someone come out for a check up to make sure everything is working as it should, we had a few questions and the staff were happy to answer all them in a way that made sense to us. Very impressed.

They’ve been good to us

The start of the sales process and installation was smooth. I recommend sitting down with the design team to properly discuss where you’d like the panels placed, as sometimes they may not fit as initially planned and a workaround might be needed. Overall, it’s been a great experience.

Blown away by the service

The whole thing has been a really easy process, whenever we have a question they have the answer. We love that they monitor the system for us, there was a fault on our system that we didn't even know about and they reached out to fix it.

Solar & Battery awesomeness!

We installed our solar system with a battery to combat the ever-rising prices of electricity companies. Our bills have gone from around $1,000 a quarter to now being less than $100. Any problems we’ve faced, Resinc has come out within 24 hours to fix and made the whole process as headache-free as possible.

Blown away by these guys

We're really happy with how our system has performed, we installed two years ago and haven't had to pay a power bill since then. The staff are always friendly and helpful, they've even come out two or three times since we put the system on the roof to see how everything is going.

10kw system installed 10 June 2025

Had our system installed in June 2025. The installation process was seamless and the communication up to day of installation was fantastic.
Installation team were excellent and the end result was a high performing system which is meeting and even exceeding our expectations at times.
We are now in the process of adding a battery to complete the system and fully expect the process to be completed similarly well.

Best choice for us

The door knocker was nice and spoke to us about a system, and we liked what he mentioned. The installation was quick and not as noisy as I thought it would be. I am also happy that our bills have been halved, which is great to see.

Easy to deal with

Fantastic company!

I was thinking about installing solar when someone from Resinc knocked on the door. They mentioned their work with the Life Saving Clubs, which I really liked. They’ve been great at communicating with us, and now, with energy providers raising their prices, I think I’m ready to install a battery.

Happy with install

Good service

We love the fact that these guys work with the surf life saving clubs, it really helped with our decision to go ahead with the installation. Since having the system installed, our bills have stayed pretty steady, especially considering all the price rises. The one thing I would mention, though, is that the install team could have done a much better job cleaning up after themselves. However due to the overall experience we are actually looking at installing an upgraded system with a battery with them.

I’ve had my system installed for over five years now, and during that time, they’ve regularly checked in to make sure everything is running smoothly and up to date. For four of those years, our bills were in credit, and even with the recent price increases, our costs have remained minimal, which we’re really glad to see.

Great solar company!

I would say the whole experience has been very seamless from the beginning right through to where we are now. Their work with the lifesaving clubs really helped us feel confident that the quality was there ,both in the panels and the installation and they didn’t disappoint. Not to mention, our bills were hitting the $1,200 mark during the summer and they now sit around $300, which is just amazing.

Just so easy to deal with!

I met one of the RESINC team through their work on the surf life saving clubs, and they later came around to walk us through installing a system on our home. Everything was handled professionally, and everyone we dealt with was great. Since then, we’ve seen our winter bills cut in half compared to the previous year.

A RESINC rep came by and we liked that they’d done installs on local surf clubs. Everything went smoothly, the team was great, and install day was easy. We checked the app while away and saw how the weather affected things which was interesting. We have no complaints and recommend them to everyone.

Huge drop in bills!

Great Service!

Over the last six years, we’ve only had one concern, and Resinc came around within the week to fix it. They worked around our schedules and came when it suited us. The install team was amazing too , they worked in 45-degree heat and still smashed out the panel installation.
