Amazing system

For me, being with Resinc feels like dealing with a company that genuinely focuses on building rapport with its customers. It’s not one of those companies that just tries to sell you something and disappear afterwards.

The ongoing support after installation has been second to none. They continue to check in and come out to make sure we’re getting the most out of our system and achieving the best value possible. It keeps us on our toes knowing we’re getting the best bang for our buck.

On top of that, we’re really glad to be helping the environment through Resinc.

Award wining company!

We have recently have installed solar and batteries and could not recommend this company any higher. They were very professional, very open and kept in touch through the whole process. They also have an after sales service which is rare to see. We are grateful to have this as if we ever have any questions we can always contact to ask. They are also Australia's most awarded and highest rated solar company which was why we chose them overall.

Fabulous

I recently had RESINC upgrade my solar and battery system, to a  10.45kw Solar and a 30kw Sungrow Battery installed by RESINC and I couldn't be happier with the process. From the very beginning, David was fantastic.

We're very happy with our solar panels an battery from RESINC. Very satisfied with the communication.
The installation day of the system ran smoothly and we were regularly updated through the day.
We appreciated the installer went through the App with us and answered our questions.

There have been no issues with Resinc at all - it's lowered the power bills down from $800 a quarter to $80 a quarter.

Outstanding!!

We’ve had our panels for about 5 years now, and through the whole process the customer service has been absolutely top notch.

About 3 months ago we decided to add a battery, and the difference is really showing. They’ve been very responsive to our enquiries, and they never pushed for an oversell. They simply told us what they recommended and let us decide.

The fact they managed to fit the battery where they did is another example of their attention to detail. It only sticks out about a brick length from the wall, so it’s nicely out of the way.

Overall, we couldn’t fault them if we tried.

Great experience!

Since the last time someone was around about a year ago, we left reviews about our initial experience. With time passing, our bills are still very low, and when we needed help with our app, they came around and helped us install the new one so we can monitor how everything is going.

Panels & Batteries

I’ve had the system for around 6 months now and I’ve pretty much put it through everything it needs to handle. The system has been working really well with no issues at all. I’ve had a couple of power outages during that time and the battery has kicked in seamlessly each time, covering everything without any problems.

A key point for me is that I’m sitting at around 95 percent self-sufficiency, which I’m really happy with.

I also really appreciate the way RESINC operates, especially the proactive care visit reminders, as it gives me real peace of mind knowing the system is being looked after properly. I’m very appreciative of the ongoing support and overall experience.

There unfortunately was a bit of a mishap with the installers but after that got sorted everything went smoothly and efficiently.

The system works great!

We heard about these guys from SolarQuotes and we are happy we went with them for a solar system and battery. Our motivation behind getting it was wanting to reduce the ongoing cost of our bills in the future and free up that expense for other things.

With our bills going from $750 a quarter to one of them being around $29 a month, I am happy to say it is saving us money and working really well. We just wish the sun was out more!

Anker Battery looks fantastic

Resinc is outstanding, the solar install was seamless, the battery install was seamless, good customer communication. The workmanship and the contractors they send our are fantastic. The pricing around the install was fair. I would chose their products again. Always monitoring the system and checking in face to face. Their company is amazing. The Anker battery is Fantastic.

They are awesome!

We have had our system since 2019. We did have something happen with our inverter and we really appreciated the initial contact we had with them about getting it fixed. There was a bit of miscommunication around getting the system reconnected, but it is all sorted and working now, which is good to see.
We are happy with where our bills sit, we just wish energy providers would bring the tariffs back up a bit more to give us better credit back

Great installation

Service and installation were very good, and the communication throughout the process was great. The system is working well, and if anyone was thinking about going solar, we would definitely recommend them again. The install team was really good, couldn’t fault them at all. They even played ball with the dog. The follow up service has also been top notch.

Overall, I would say we have been absolutely delighted with it. It has been a big outlay, and I feel very comfortable with the whole thing.

I think the fact that these guys give us yearly updates is fantastic. I have spoken to quite a few people who have solar and they do not get that kind of service, so I am glad they come out personally and do it face to face because it is a lot better compared to over the phone.

Great servcie

RESINC’s people have a great attitude, are very professional and timely, and the system does the job properly. While they are one of the more expensive companies to go solar through, you definitely get what you pay for. The Franklin batteries are the nicest looking batteries I’ve seen, and I think it’s a really clean and professional looking system

Happy with the follow up!

Over the last six months since someone was out here last, I am realising the gains of my battery and system. My electricity bills are no longer worrying me, which shows that it had validated the choice for a more cost effective investment. I am lucky to have good roof space that I can use, and I would recommend it to anyone else in a similar position. I am seeing the benefits from it and I am enjoying it.
