Everything that had been promised upon the installation of the system has happened I have been nothing but impressed with the service and support they have offered and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Impressed with the Anker battery

We have been nothing but impressed with our entire experience with Resinc. From our first contact with the Sales Consultant we were informed about what would should our usage, but without any pressure to purchase. The installation was done in a very timely way and the team were very helpful with getting everything set up and running. The unexpected bonus has been the after service contact where Resinc have ensured that we are understanding exactly how our system works, and have given us so many tips and tricks how to best use our system. And the battery itself looks fantastic, and has dramatically slashed our bill (they even owed us money!) We could not recommend Resinc enough. Amazing and super friendly service, high quality products and they also give so much back to local and international communities - so impressive!!

After being concerned about the large tree in our backyard, a salesperson came by and assured me it wouldn't be an issue, despite previously being told it might be from a different company. RESINC Solar is definitely my “go-to” company for all things solar. Installing a battery was the next big step in my solar journey. RESINC Solar have once again made this process so easy. The installation was seamless from the initial discussion to the install. Everyone in this company plays an integral role in the delivery of their quality product , ensuring the customer is informed and comfortable with the process from start to finish. Once the battery was installed and operational, the team were wonderful in explaining the functions of the app that supports the battery. It is so easy to use and understand the whole operation of the solar panels and battery in “real time”. In addition, the battery itself has a clear and easy to read display, indicating status/charge. The best part about this is that it’s motion sensor activated- no buttons to find or press!! I would not hesitate in recommending RESINC Solar, if you are thinking of investing in a battery for your home or business.
