I can't speak highly enough about the service Resinc has provided. If I could rate them 6 stars I would. I have purchased a Franklin battery with them about a year ago, and the process has been seamless and the installation was fantastic. You really do get what you pay for when going with these guys.

Good experince!

The experience has been good, and I like working with people who are professional. In most cases, I don’t mind how much I pay for something, as long as it’s done right, but I also don’t want to feel ripped off.

I feel like these guys strike the right balance. They set us up with a system that’s working well for us without making us feel like we were oversold.

Great experience dealing with RESINC

I have had no dramas dealing with Resinc. We installed just over 2 and a half years ago, the installation went smooth and we've had no troubles. I was actually referred by a mate who installed with Resinc, so having the referral program is a nice option. They have consistently followed up to make sure everything is working well and their technical support has been great any time I have needed assistance.

Great experience!

Throughout the whole process, everyone has been extremely helpful and very patient. We experienced some technical difficulties, but no one was ever rude about it. They really made sure everything was done properly, and I’m glad it has all been resolved now.

I didn’t mind how long it took, I’m just glad they came out and helped us get everything fixed. I would highly recommend them, and I genuinely don’t think there’s anything negative I would say.

Honest Australian Business

Resinc has great customer service and they have continue to look after us even a year after Installation. We were very skeptical when considering solar given all the stories you read about online, but Resinc made us feel very comfortable and took their time with us which reassured that we knew were dealing with an honest business. We would definitely recommend Resinc.

Great for the environment!

We wanted to go solar to do our part for the environment and to try to reduce the cost of our bills. We are yet to see our first bill, but using the app we can already see that our usage has decreased quite a bit, which we’re glad to see.

Overall, the whole process has been very good. If there are any questions they can’t answer straight away, they always come back to us in a timely manner with the information we need.

I would definitely recommend getting a battery with it if you can.

Bills have halved

We had a 10KW system installed at the end of 2024 and have seen our bills almost halved. The installation was really smooth and efficient, and they did not interrupt our day. The Resinc team took their time to make sure we knew all information we needed and we would definitely recommend them to anyone considering solar.

No problems for us!

We’ve had a few solar systems before, but this is the first time we’ve had one with a battery. These guys have been great throughout the process. Everyone has been polite and helpful along the way, and there were no issues with the installation.

Overall, the experience has been very positive. I would definitely recommend getting a battery if you’re going solar.

Happy Overall!

The installation was fast and efficient. It was rescheduled a few times, but that was no fault of their own, and they handled it really well. Everyone has been polite and well mannered, with no issues at all.

The team has been very informed, and there hasn’t been anything I’ve had to worry about on the technical side. The follow-up has also been excellent. We’ve never had to chase anyone, and our options were always clear and open to us from the beginning.

It’s been very economical, and whenever there’s been a problem or any reason for concern, it’s been easy to raise it and get it addressed without any hassle.

Shoutout to Joss, he was amazing and has a voice of an angel.

Great team, great system

The main reason we went with Resinc was because of the doorknocker and the information they gave us. We’ve also always had solar, so we knew it was something we wanted for this house as well.

Everyone involved in the process has been great, and our bills dropped from $250 a month to $93, and the next one after that looks to be around $67. It’s a huge change, and we’re really glad to see it. We were extremely happy with getting the batteries put in.

Glad to be back in positive

I decided to go with Resinc for my battery because they didn’t make me feel like I had to get something I didn’t want. They listened to what I wanted, and that’s what we went with.

The monitoring app is good. It lets me see how my system is performing, and overall they have brought my bills back into the positive, which I’m really glad to see.

Happy in general!

I’ve found Resinc’s customer service to be very good. When I call, they answer in a timely manner, which is great. We’ve had some issues with our WiFi, and they’ve done their best to help and are still working on it.

The product itself has had no faults. Jack was great a few years ago, and Tristan was also very helpful. He was very articulate, answered our questions clearly, and gave us useful tips about our plans, bills, and which appliances to use and when.

Great for you solar needs!

We had solar on our old house and it did not do nearly enough for what we needed. Moving forward with this new system, we wanted to make sure it performed properly for everything we needed, and we also wanted a battery with it.

The salesperson Jesse was very helpful and informative, and the session we had over Zoom with Jasmine was great. It gave us a lot of useful information on how to use the app.

I would recommend RESINC and have already done so to multiple people. I definitely think they are worth going with for your solar needs.

Anker battery is fantastic

From a customers perspective RESINC's whole entire team takes care of everything and makes the process very easy for you - we can monitor our Battery and Solar production on the app's provided and we like Resinc's post installation services. The Anker battery has saved us a lot of money!!! Rheanna was very helpful educating us on EV's, didn't try to upsell us on anything. Just goes to show that Resinc doesn't try to sell you unnecessary things, instead they genuinely care about their customers. Indi was lovely to chat too in the post installation meeting.

Good value great service

Stoked with the outcome!

We went with solar to future proof our home, and when the doorknocker came past, we were really impressed with his presentation. He clearly broke down what the system would do for us and how it would help with the bills moving forward.

The installers were absolutely incredible, especially considering how large the system was. They handled it really well and got everything done efficiently. I could not be happier with the result.

After the system was installed, our bills went from about 1400 to 1500 a quarter down to around 400, which is an awesome outcome. I highly recommend going with them!

From the moment the representative from Resinc knocked on my door - everybody from Resinc has been professional, and friendly! Even after we settled our invoice - the friendly customer service didn't go away. Another thing, is everybody has been very knowledgable, the team is able to explain something that is very technical in a very easy way for a customer to understand! Peace of mind!

We went solar to reduce the cost of our bills. With a big house and heavy air conditioning use, our energy usage was quite high, even with the older system we had.

It has been a few months since we installed, and our monthly costs have gone from 400 to 600 a month down to around 130. This is a huge change that we are very happy to see.

My best advice when thinking about going solar is to remember that you get what you pay for. With these guys, you get peace of mind and good follow up service.

Love the Anker battery

We have found the Resinc product to be dependable and efficient. The service and followup has been timely and helpful. No government!

We have had our system for a year and a half and there have been no issues. Our bills have dropped from 350 a month to about 130 a month, which is good to see. I just wish the government did not try to ruin everything about it as soon as you decide to get it.

The installers were incredible!

I was approached by a doorknocker from these guys, and the way they spoke to me about the system and the battery was very informative. They were not pushy at all, which I really appreciated because there is nothing worse than pushy salespeople.

The installers were honestly incredible. They were so kind and very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything looking beautiful and tidy, which was amazing to see.

Following that, even after the installation, they helped identify what my energy provider was charging me extra for and provided me with insight into better plans and more savings.

Sunny Days Ahead!

I've had a fantastic experience with RESINC, the customer service is top tier, installation was as schedules & professional, the Longi panels, the Anker batter system, cabling & fixings are all coastal grade for longevity. The install foreman got me up & going with the Anker App before he left site, so I could monitor my systems performance straight away. We haven't looked back, sunny days ahead.

Happy with the lower bills!

My biggest concern with solar was how many cowboys there are out there who just want to sell you a system and then you never hear from them again.
After doing some research and seeing the type of work that Resinc does within the community and the government contract they have, I knew it would not be something I had to worry about with them.
Before installing the system my bills were 620 a month, and the most recent one was 90. That is a significant drop that l am really glad to see.

Couldn’t be happier with the decision!

As soon as the government rebate came through, I knew it was something we wanted to do. It made the decision of getting a battery that much easier and I am so glad we did it.

The installers were so nice and actually took their time to answer the questions I was asking about how they install the panels and battery and how it all works. They got it all done so quickly, and it was so hot during the day too.

After our system was installed, the bills went from 300 a quarter to 30 and we could not be happier with it.
