Very honest company
I really like that these guys, from the very first approach with the door knocker, Noah was super honest and there was no messing around. It just felt like we weren’t given the hard sell and they just presented the information for us to make a decision on our own. Life changing

Good ongoing service
The advantage of being able to use our Anker battery to purchase power at an off-peak rates is the highlight for us. We didn't realise Resinc provides ongoing visits, which are a great help for managing our energy plans and providing information.Panel rating: 5/5

Great service

Easy to deal with

Highly Recommended
Although we waited over 6 months to install our battery, we would still recommend Resinc. Our experience has been good overall and our Anker battery is already helping reduce our bills. They even upgraded our battery as a goodwill gesture due to the shortage and delays. The only thing they need to improve on is their timeframe and communication.Battery rating: 5/5

Amazing company

Friendly Staff
In general the after service support has been really really outstanding. They are very knowlagble about solar and batteries, the whole team is full of great advice, they don't push any sales tactics, theres no pressure, thats the benefit from going with Resinc, on going support, very pleased with that aspect of it. We’ve had a fantastic experience with Resinc from start to finish. We originally looked into solar after purchasing an electric vehicle, and after speaking with the sales team, it really became a no-brainer.We compared three other companies, and while Resinc wasn’t the cheapest, the quality and flexibility of the battery system made it well worth the investment. The sleek design, ability to expand and overall quality really stood out.
The sales team were knowledgeable, honest and never pushy, while the installers were professional, respectful and explained everything in simple terms.
We did have some frustrations with the external finance provider, but Resinc's accounts team were incredibly understanding and supportive throughout.
What really sets Resinc apart is the after-sales service. They genuinely follow up, review our electricity bills and make sure we're getting the most out of our investment.
Overall, excellent products, professional installation and outstanding customer care. We’re extremely happy we chose Resinc and would highly recommend them

Best service!
Honestly, I’d say the biggest things with these guys are simply the reliability and efficiency.The installation process from the boys was just so good. The supervisor, you could tell, really looked after them and they cared about the work they were doing. The product itself, the Anker battery, just looks so clean and really makes you feel like you installed a premium product.
Shoutout to Jeremy too. From the initial install to every service in between, it’s just been seamless, and I really think it’s something that almost every company should do.
Not to mention the price of our bills are so cheap now, and the peace of mind it gives us knowing that we don’t have to rely on the grid as much now is another amazing part of it. Not to mention the absolute amazing app that comes with Anker is just so good to look at.
