Quality from start to finish

Very well organised design and install and the quality of service was fantastic.
The communication from start to finish from Resinc gave me comfort knowing who’s was arriving and how long it would take to complete. The in ground team were punctual, polite and took pride in their work.

Always punctual

Always punctual. If there was any issues they helped us out straight away. Friendly and respectful and very professional service. Installation was very good. The first visit was 2 years from installation which could've been sooner but the service other than this was great.

So good with a battery!

A doorknocker came around, and it was perfect timing for us. We’d always wanted to go solar once we had our own home, and we’re glad we did, especially with a battery, considering the recent price rises from energy providers.

Solar installation

Solar & Battery

We had a previous solar system already installed when we moved into the house, but we felt it wasn’t working very well. We really just wanted a way to monitor and see how our system performs through the app that comes with it, and now we can do exactly that. The first bill we received was also in credit, which is amazing.

My review for Resinc!

I would say that our experience with RESINC overall has been good. They aren’t the cheapest, but paying that premium comes with product quality and the reassurance that the system won’t be dead in five years. What really sold us was the product’s reliability and weather resistance, which is a big factor for us given the area we live in. There have been a few communication hiccups along the way, and their app can be a bit clunky at times, but we still recommend them as they’ve helped bring our bills down, not to mention, it’s also helped reduce our carbon footprint.

Easy to talk to!

When the doorknocker came around about six and a half years ago, they spoke to us about installing a system on our roof and were so lovely to chat with. It brought our bills down from around $900 a quarter to almost nothing.

Smooth process!

We had an old system on our roof that we wanted replaced. A Resinc door-knocker came by at the right time and spoke to us about their system, and we decided to go with it. The process has been smooth, everything has gone well, and it’s great to see that our bills have dropped.

Happier than a dog with two tails

We recently had a FranklinWH battery system installed in our home — and honestly, it's been bloody awesome!

No more stressing about when we're using power, and being up here in Cairns, blackouts are a regular thing — so having that extra layer of protection is an absolute game changer.

The FranklinWH app is super easy to use and really informative too.

Big shoutout to the proactive team, Shannon and Chris (Sales Rep) from RESINC Solar were amazing to deal with from start to finish.

We absolutely love the batteries and couldn't recommend RESINC Solar more if we tried!

I had a great experience getting solar…

I had a great experience getting solar installed with RESINC along with the Franklin battery. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the team kept me informed the whole way through. The system is performing really well, and the Franklin battery has been a solid addition — storing plenty of power and reducing my reliance on the grid. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality of the installation and the results so far.

So incredible!

We went solar to reduce our carbon footprint and help bring down the cost of our high bills. Safe to say, it’s done exactly that, our bills used to be around $1,000 a quarter, and now they’re about $500, which is incredible.

Easy to deal with

From the start we dealt with Paddy who went through the pros and cons and we liked that it would be an environmental benefit. They let us know how much we could save and we went through with it.
Installation was smooth and they offered assistance with the monitoring app. They're prompt with phone calls and Chrissy was also great on the phone.

Solar panel review

Over the last few years, solar has really taken away the anxiety of worrying about our bills. It’s also made us much more conscious of how and when we use our power, helping us make the most of it. Excellent quality and customer service

Everyone’s been friendly and helpful, no question is a dumb one. The customer service has been great, the installation went smoothly, and the app is really handy and easy to use.
