Even though the install is so recent we can already see the changes!

I chose to get my system with these guys because I wanted a company I could trust to look after us even after the install was complete and they’ve done exactly that. We've only had our system for a few months, and our bills are already halved. I'm looking forward to seeing what the warmer part of the year will bring!

Recommended from a friend and don't regret it

Been amazing to have zero dollar bills!

We've had the solar on our roof for a year now, and it's been great, we have $0 power bills! Over summer, we built up enough credit that we haven’t had to pay a bill all year. It’s been such a good feeling. I also really appreciated the training on how to use the system effectively, it’s made a big difference.

Phenomenal experience

Been so supportive!

I have had my panels for nearly 5 years and our experience with Resinc has been great. Anytime we have needed to call or ask for help, they have answered. The system has been working very well and kept our bills steady over the entire time we've had it.

Overprice/poor customer service

Made the mistake of been conned (that’s how I perceive it) by sales person and regretted since. Made unrealistic promises. Given a 7 year price saving guarantee but given limited details and details of how it would be calculated. I would use my electricity very differently and use different plan if I did not have solar.

The install was fine and equipment fine but cost well above what should have paid.

I was promised unbelievable customer service but has really failed to deliver especially when I had an issue. I ended having to research myself to solve the problem after I was told it was aus grid issue and nothing could be done. In the end was a faulty circuit breaker which in my opinion should have been pretty easy to diagnose and fix if you work in the industry.

Was really poor and left with zero confidence and definitely not zero stress as had multiple system shut down due to this faulty circuit breaker. Was eventually fixed, the person who came out was good, although I believe was a contractor, but should have been fixed much earlier.

Had system for 4 years and was going to let it go but had resnic door knocker who did not realise I already had it. Told them not been happy and was told someone would call me, as i expected no one followed up so decided to leave this review.

In hindsight I should have also looked more closely at the review details. Another lesson learnt.

Summary
Equipment and install fine but overpriced.
Customer service especially if you have an issue well below expectations and what was promised.
I continue to regret decision.
Not recommended from my personal experience.

5 years and still amazing

Over the last 5 years, I have generated more than I consume. I’m happy with what I’ve put in. I can see from the comparisons over time that weather conditions have a huge impact on performance, and everything still seems to be working well. I’ve done my own calculations, and I saved myself $650 on my most recent bill.

Great service and aftercare

These guys have been great right from the get-go. They weren’t overbearing or pushy, the service was great, along with the installation. It’s good to have a business that offers this kind of after-sales care, it makes us feel like they care about every customer. It’s an added bonus that they support the surf life saving clubs in the area too.

Just so seamless

The entire experience from start to finish was easy to understand, with everything explained clearly and simply. Unlike other companies or the way things are often presented in any other medium, we never felt pressured to make a decision, these guys were really patient with us. It’s communication for us

Truly the best solar company

We received our panels for free through the Solar for Veterans program that Resinc offers to veterans in the area. We spoke to Leigh, who is such a great man he promised to have a system installed for us and within a week, the team was out on the roof getting everything set up. We seriously can’t believe how amazing this company is.

I really can't complain

Impressive all round
