Glad the bills are lower!

My motivation for going solar was our expensive electricity bills, which were sitting anywhere from $900 to $1,300 a quarter. Now it looks like our next bill will be around $100, which is a huge improvement. Everyone involved has been really nice, and I would definitely recommend installing solar.

Happy with everything!

We had a really nice door knocker come to our house who didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision, he simply informed us about what a system with a battery could do for our home. Now, looking at the prediction for our next bill, it looks like we’re going to be in credit, and we couldn’t be happier.

Excellent

I am really happy with the service overall. We were door knocked by the company and they provided great, informative advice at just the right time, which made us feel confident in choosing them for the install. We have absolutely loved it ever since.
The whole process has been really smooth and stress free, and we feel the service has been reliable and made it easy to understand exactly what we are getting out of the experience. It has been excellent for helping us save on our ongoing costs, and I’d also like to add that the system itself looks really nice.

Fast install service!

Batteries are the best!

We had a door knocker talk to us about installing a solar system with a battery and we decided to go ahead with it, which we’re really glad we did. It’s been great to track the system’s performance through the app and see how much our grid electricity usage has decreased. Overall, the system has been performing well, and we would definitely recommend getting one.

Great Reliable System

Very happy with a high quality, low maintenance system. After install, haven't have to think about our solar needs. Resinc reached out and assisted us in reviewing our solar feed in tariffs to save on bills as well. No issues and high output since 2021.

Absolutely brilliant from these guys!

When the door knocker came around, I had already heard about these guys from my plumber, who said they were great. Having their system installed on my own home, along with a battery, I can definitely agree. I’ve never felt so good about using my air conditioning to keep the house cool or warm, knowing that I’m generating my own power to do it. My bills have also been completely cut down and are now almost nothing. I’d also like to add that when my street had a power outage, I barely even noticed it thanks to the battery’s backup mode, it’s been absolutely brilliant.

Almost nothing on our bills!

We wanted to install a system because our bills were already pretty high and we were planning to install a pool. We decided to go with a solar system and a battery to maximise the reduction in our bills, our pool is now completely installed and even with it in our quarterly bills went from around $1,200 to less than $60. Safe to say, we’re very happy with the improvement!

Peace of mind!

Initially, it was a lot of information to take in, but these guys are really consistent in making sure that we are well-informed and feel supported. Even at first, there were a few technical issues that needed sorting, but they were here promptly when we called. They answered our questions and sent someone out to fix whatever needed attention, which puts our minds at ease knowing they’ll be here if we need them. Looking forward to seeing how it affects our bills!

Saved so much money on our bills

It's all been straight forward, installation was all really great and no rubbish left behind.
Our wi-fi has cut out a couple of times and Resinc contacted us to help us get reconnected again. We highly recommend Resinc Solar!

Outstanding Performance and support!

I have had three solar systems before, so I came into this with open eyes, and this installation has far exceeded what I expected. From the installation itself to using the app, it’s been amazing. The absolute best!

The support has been efficient with really easy communication. Even though we had a slight delay with the battery being installed, it was resolved quickly, which was great. Everyone we’ve spoken to has been friendly, and the product so far is meeting our expectations, though time will tell how it performs over the years. The after-care service has been amazing, and what’s really important to us is the warranty that comes with the products and services, as well as knowing the company is established and will still be around long-term, because if something does happen, it matters to us that they won’t just disappear on you.

Their plan got us!

We’d honestly been wanting to get solar for a while, and when the sales rep came around and explained how we could install a system with a battery on a plan that really worked for us, we knew we had to go for it. We haven’t received a full bill yet, but the previous bill we did get had one month with solar already included, and it cut the total cost in half, which is amazing. We’re really excited to see what a full solar period will look like.

No hail damage!

From the start the communication has been exceptional, great customer service throughout the whole process. They were quick to help us with any problems we've had including our hot water system. The appointments after the sale have been great and we had a big hailstorm and we were worried about the roof getting damaged. The roof got damaged but the panels were absolutely fine!

Everyone knows that having tradies come out to your home can sometimes be stressful, but with RESINC it honestly wasn’t like that at all. The incentives are great!

We were a little nervous at first about installing with the team, as we already had a system on our roof and were worried it might not be worth it for us. However, after they spoke to us about the rebates currently available for systems and batteries, we decided to go for it. Happy I future proofed with a battery!

I had previously looked into getting solar a while ago but was told my usage wasn’t high enough to warrant installing a system. However, when someone from Resinc came around to talk about the system and the battery rebates currently available, I knew I wanted to go for it. So happy with our upgrade!

We had an old system on our home that we found wasn’t doing enough for us. When the Resinc salesman came around and spoke to us about getting a new system with a battery installed, we loved the idea of being able to reduce our bills, especially since prices were getting so high and we wanted a way to bring them down. We are yet to receive a bill, but by looking through our monitoring portal we can see that our usage has decreased quite a lot, and we’re excited to see what it will be.

Highly Recommend

I’d just love to say that my experience with Resinc has been beyond expectations. Jeremy, the salesman, never made me feel pressured into making a decision; everything was handled so well. So stoked with Anker!

I’ve got no issues. I only found out about it because someone came to the door and he was a nice kid. I have wanted to go with solar for a long time, and I’m glad we finally did. Our most recent bill dropped by $500, and that was only with half of the billing cycle using solar.
I really like the look of the battery, it’s super sleek, and the app is very self-explanatory. It gives us all the information we need to help maximise our savings.
