Truly a great service

Happy with our choice of installer for 10 years now

Can highly recommended them

Right from the start, the whole process was seamless. I liked the fact that we had an hour and a half detailed introduction, followed up by another person to answer any further questions we had after the install. I really appreciate that they do not set and forget, and they continue to show their support after installation. I would also like to add that they were very upfront about all the costs involved. The install team turned up as promised, were very efficient, and were flexible with where I wanted things installed. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Informative and fantastic

Everyone we have dealt with from Resinc has been very informative and great to talk to, they have been very prompt and timely, the girls on the phone that looked into booking us into having a conversation with a post installation rep. Too good!

We were reluctant to go with solar because we couldn’t find a company we felt we could trust. Then we were approached by a door-knocker who explained their process in detail. After going through everything, including the quality of their product along with the follow up service, we decided to go ahead with the system that night. We don’t regret our decision and couldn’t recommend their service enough.

Awesome system Awesome Service

Reliability of the system during both great weather and even horrible weather has been excellent. They call to check up on us regularly, and if there’s ever any disconnection due to Wi-Fi issues, they’re super quick to respond. We’ve had our system for 3 years now and don’t regret the decision.

Comprehensive system approach

After researching the regional market for solar panels five years ago, we selected RESINC because of their local base and the feasibility of installation for us. Two years later, we installed a battery, which was very successful with Amber as our supplier. We then added an additional battery module along with a car charger to support our new electric vehicle. The general net result has been our bills sitting at a maximum of $30, with credits being a regular occurrence. We are very happy to recommend RESINC as a local company, with their ability to advise on an appropriate installation, particularly from a brand-new setup all the way to a fully electric household.

Best solar ever

Been the best decision of the last year

Installing solar was the best decision we have ever made. We were nervous at first, but the young man who came to the door was very genuine, and that made us feel so much more comfortable. Most of the time, when you purchase something, you don’t hear from the company again, but they they really reach out and keep in touch to let us know they’re here to help. It’s been very impressive.

Every interaction I have had has been great - no issues

Every interaction I have had with someone from Resinc has been pleasurable - from the guy that came by, he was very knowledgable and wasn't pushy. He knew his stuff and they booked us into speak with someone who could give us more information than we needed. He kept us in the loop the whole time and put us at ease and made us feel comfortable when signing up for the solar - he even mentioned if we allowed him to promote the new panels they installed we could get an additional discount. Apart from that the install team arrived in a timely manner and had the install done the same da. I was able to structure my day around this because they didn't show up late.

Our experience after 2 years!

The changes that have occurred throughout our household have been significant over the last year. We've had many people stay with us, increasing the price of our bills. However, due to our decision to install solar, we can see how much our bill would have been without it, and it's brought us a great amount of relief.
