I quite like the company. There's been a lot of follow-up throughout the whole process, and RESINC have been very easy to deal with and accommodating. They've worked around my schedule every time I've had to postpone appointments, which I've really appreciated

The after sale care is amazing!

We installed with Resinc because we wanted a solar system to help us be more environmentally friendly. It's a bonus that the after sales support and care has been great and that our bills are also cheaper now too. We're really looking forward to this rain stopping and seeing how well the system goes in summer.

Immediate drop in bills

The whole process has been very simple, and I don't have any complaints. The team has been efficient throughout, and the workmanship has been excellent. Overall great experience

Our biggest motivation for getting a system with these guys was to try and save money on the bills and utilise the rebate that came with the batteries too. Happy to say we've done exactly that. Our bills went from $200 to $250 a month down to $20 to $30 a month, which is great to see. Overall fantastic experince highly recommend it.

Resinc is excellent

We chose Resinc because of their great reputation and quality products, not because they were the cheapest. Indi was incredibly helpful, the installation team was punctual, professional, and tidy, and we love using the app to track our savings. Highly recommend! We couldn't be happier with Resinc Solar! It's like magic.

We had extremely high electricity bills when we first moved into our home, we wanted a solution that gave us peace of mind. The door knocker came at the perfect time and introduced us to Resinc.

Before making our decision, we compared two companies and researched everything from the battery components, inverter, hardware quality, and overall value.

I’ve had the system for around a year now and the savings have been fantastic. I haven’t had any issues with it so far, and RESINC has been great at following up whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. They’re definitely not an “install and forget” type of company like my old solar provider, which I genuinely appreciate.

We’ve got peace of mind knowing that RESINC is in the background watching and monitoring the system. The savings are there and are really starting to show. Well, I like how RESINC provides all the information through the Zoom meetings. Other companies don't offer that. My parents never got this level of support from their solar company, so it's been really helpful. The service has been great. Other solar providers don't check in after the installation, but RESINC is constantly following up to make sure everything is working correctly.

Happy we went with them!

We wanted to go with RESINC because of their affiliation with the Surf Life Saving Clubs, and also because we wanted to reduce our electricity bills. As we go into the warmer months, that's something I'm looking forward to seeing.

We've only had our system installed for a few months, and one of the main reasons we chose RESINC was their after-sales service. Not many companies offer that level of ongoing support, and it really appealed to us. Even though RESINC was a little more expensive, they've definitely followed through on everything they promised. That commitment to looking after us after the installation is probably what won us over in the end.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent customer service in terms of follow up and making sure the customer knows exactly what they have purchased and how to use it. They also offer support on how to improve results with bills or energy consumption. The follow up is a great initiative, as its usually all good until you have paid. However, with Resinc, if there are any issues, they are consistent and ensure all queries and issues are resolved.
