The service has been excellent

I saw Resinc on socials and was very interested. They came on time and were very professional. The installers were great and lovely to talk to. The follow up service has been excellent with two video calls and a face to face visit within 12 months of having the solar installed.
I'm a bit sceptical of scams but Resinc are legitimate and they put my mind at ease.

They are amazing!

We can’t complain about how Resinc has been, everyone has been helpful and professional, and the installers were great. We’re looking forward to seeing what our bills will be because, based on the monitoring app, it looks like they’re going to be a lot less.

Once I did the research, I noticed you guys are completely different from the usual providers, offering additional services on top, which was outstanding. We wanted an accredited company, and you tailored the installation of our panels specifically to our needs, creating a unique experience. You did extensive research and ensured our system was future proofed. Overall, the experience is a cut above what you would normally get

Happy with install!

If I could give the installers 10 out of 5, I would!!

We had an old system that stopped working, and we realized our bills were getting really high. We went with a system from these guys, and since then our bill has dropped from around $900 to $250 this spring. The one thing I’d recommend is to consider getting a battery as well if you can, just so you can maximise your production.

Overall the pricing has been good and we had the panels upgraded for free which was a nice surprise. The after service has also been good and it was a bonus that they monitored our solar in the early stages.

Halved our usage!

A doorknocker came around and spoke to us about installing a system, and we decided we wanted to do it, and we’re glad we did. I’d say it has cut our overall usage by about half. The one thing I’d also mention is to try and educate yourself as much as you can about using it properly so you can get the most benefit from it.

Pleased with the lower bill!

We had an older solar system that wasn’t doing it for us, so when these guys knocked on our door, we decided to go big and install a new system on our roof. Our bills went from $2400 a quarter to about $1000, which is a great improvement.

Ecstatic with how they have treated us!

They are always there to hold our hand through anything we need. If there is a power outage, they contact us to let us know if anything is wrong, so it's good to have that peace of mind knowing they have our backs.

Competitive pricing!

We wanted to install solar to have some bill relief, and it’s safe to say we’ve now got exactly that. They were also really competitive with their pricing. Our bills were sitting around $800 a quarter, and our most recent one was $11 for the month. The only thing we would like to add is that we would have liked much better communication around the installation process.

Glad with our choice!

Installation was great

The service in general from the guys who installed the panels and then the ones that came and installed my battery were all good. So happy we went with them!

We’d been thinking about getting solar for a while, and when a doorknocker came around, we decided to book a meeting with the sales rep. It was very informative. We were initially worried that it wouldn’t pay off as much as we’d hoped, but after getting our first bill and seeing it drop from around $1,100 to about $350, we were stoked. We definitely recommend them.

Very well organised design and install and the quality of service was fantastic.

We had a previous solar system already installed when we moved into the house, but we felt it wasn’t working very well. My review for Resinc!

I would say that our experience with RESINC overall has been good. They aren’t the cheapest, but paying that premium comes with product quality and the reassurance that the system won’t be dead in five years. What really sold us was the product’s reliability and weather resistance, which is a big factor for us given the area we live in. There have been a few communication hiccups along the way, and their app can be a bit clunky at times, but we still recommend them as they’ve helped bring our bills down, not to mention, it’s also helped reduce our carbon footprint.
