Still going strong!
One year in and we are very pleased with the system. Our summer bills are in credit, and our winter bills are a quarter of what they were last winter. We couldn't be happier. I honestly want to say that it's doing exactly what it said on the box and reducing our bills!We're on track to pay the system off in four and a bit years. It's simply a no brainer

After sale is amazing!
I wanted to go with solar to try and reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible. It started with the panels years ago, and with these guys we went with a battery to further that, and I'm glad to say it's treated us well. Things were a little shaky at the start, but once Jeff came on board with the sales process, he really boosted my confidence in the product moving forward. Best decision ever

Lower bills!
Our bills were costing us quite a fortune due to the constant price rises each year, and with the latest one, we knew it was the final straw and decided to install a solar system to bring the bills down. We are yet to see a full bill, but with the app we can see that it's drastically reduced our usage from the grid, even in winter, which is amazing to see!Panel rating: 5/5

They held the rebate!
The idea of solar had been on our minds for a while. We had some work to do on our roof. However, once we had that done, we got our system installed, and the main reason we went with them was because they honoured the rebate even after it had been decreased, which was a real benefit, as I don't think that's something any other installer could do."Panel rating: 5/5

Great installer and aftercare in a market with too much choice and promises
We engaged with 5 different installers, including RESINC, we found that 3 of the installers were just looking for a sale and didn't feel comfortable moving forward. The other two companies, of which one was RESINC gave us reassurance on the product, install and longevity of the product and after care service.RESINC were the most expensive on a like for like basis than all the installer quotes we received, the difference between the lowest and highest other quotes was $10k and $15k. We went with RESINC due to the track record of quality installations. Overall we are happy with RESINC but we did have some issues with day 1 of the install, which after some pressure, RESINC resolved and the end installation was great. We had an electrician come to our home to complete work separate to the solar system and the electrician commented on what a great install it was and one of the best he has seen.
A frustration with the process is that post installation we needed to get a smart meter, the RESINC installer told us a smart meter will fit in our current meter box. However, when the contractor came to install it, he showed us there was never going to be enough room. We had to get the meter box rejigged, which cost extra money and time, ultimately resulting in not getting the true benefit of the solar and battery until 10 weeks after the install. It would have been helpful to have known all this in advance of the install, we could have arranged the meter box upgrade and smart meter install prior to the solar install. I don't see this as a unique situation to RESINC but probably more of an industry wide issue.
A separate issue (again not directly RESINC fault), was no final meter was completed when the smart meter was installed and AGL sent us an estimated final bill, which was no different to our previous bills. We challenged this and AGL had the returned meters read which said the estimate was accurate (to the cent) which is impossible as we had solar and battery for 2 of the 3 months of the bill, again we challenged this and AGL told us we should not have switched the solar on until the smart meter was installed and that we broke the law. This encounter resulted in us being approx. $250 out of pocket paying for electricity we never used. This is something solar installers should / would know in advance, with the 6 week lead time we had on the install, we could have had a final meter read, install the new smart meter and be charged correctly post solar and battery install.
The aftercare from RESINC has been great and overall we are happy we chose RESINC and do recommend them if you want a premium installation and great aftercare service.

Honest and good to deal with
These guys are great, so honest.The thing I liked most was, most companies just want to get your business and will tell you anything to get your money, but they really seem to care about the people more than the profits.

Seamless
We recently decided to go solar because our energy bills were becoming too expensive. We chose Resinc because another company we spoke to wouldn't even come out to our property unless we committed to buying something. Resinc, on the other hand, was happy to visit, explain everything, and answer all of our questions without any pressure.We've had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone we've dealt with has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and proactive throughout the entire process. It's really reassuring knowing they continue to follow up even after the installation. We're looking forward to seeing the savings on our future energy bills and would happily recommend Resinc to anyone considering solar.

Energy security!

Fantastic service

Easy
Resinc was fantastic throughout the whole process. Seamless experience
We went solar initially due to the rising cost of our power bills, and we also wanted to do the right thing for the environment.RESINC have been excellent, with very little hassle throughout the installation process and the follow-up. We never had to ask many questions, as everything was explained clearly. The installation was very smooth we could hardly tell the installers were there.
We haven't received our first electricity bill yet, but we're looking forward to seeing how much we've started to save.

Saving on electricity
We went solar to try and mitigate the cost of forever rising bills and the price of electricity. Safe to say with Resinc we have definitely done that. Our bills were sitting at around $450 a month, and now they are at $280, even with the addition of an EV car! Very helpful!
We chose to install a system with these guys because we wanted to upgrade the size of the previous one we had. With the rebates dropping each year, we just knew it would be more worth it to install a bigger system. Down to earth
RESINC's presentation was excellent. Everything from the initial contact through to the post-install follow-ups has been absolutely amazing. The customer service has been outstanding, and the products are of very high quality.Everyone I dealt with was friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. The worksite was always welcoming, and the team made the whole process feel simple and stress-free.
One of the biggest advantages is the ongoing support. If you ever have a question or need help, there's always someone available to assist. The monitoring portal makes it easy to keep track of how your system is performing, giving you confidence that everything is working as it should.
While RESINC may be a little more expensive than some competitors, you're paying for the security, reassurance, and long-term support that comes with it. Knowing RESINC will always be there if you need them gives you real peace of mind, and for me, that's worth every cent.
