Flexible working around my work hours

Great service and communication. Also very easy to deal with and very friendly staff. Flexible with my work hours as well which was really good. Definitely would recommend!

So happy with our upgrade!

We had an old system on our home that we found wasn’t doing enough for us. When the Resinc salesman came around and spoke to us about getting a new system with a battery installed, we loved the idea of being able to reduce our bills, especially since prices were getting so high and we wanted a way to bring them down. We are yet to receive a bill, but by looking through our monitoring portal we can see that our usage has decreased quite a lot, and we’re excited to see what it will be.

Highly Recommend

We wanted to go with solar to try and reduce our bills, and a doorknocker came around and spoke to us about installing a system with a battery as well. We have not received a bill yet, but looking at the app and how much it has reduced our usage from the grid, it looks like our bills are going to be a lot cheaper this time around. I'd also like add the the Anker battery looks very sleek.

So stoked with Anker!

I’ve got no issues. I only found out about it because someone came to the door and he was a nice kid. I have wanted to go with solar for a long time, and I’m glad we finally did. Our most recent bill dropped by $500, and that was only with half of the billing cycle using solar.
I really like the look of the battery, it’s super sleek, and the app is very self-explanatory. It gives us all the information we need to help maximise our savings.

Been a great year!

We’ve had solar with these guys for a year now, and we’ve seen a significant decrease in our energy bills, especially during summer. I also love the after-care service they provide—it’s really great. Having them come out every year and go through everything in detail to help further decrease our bills is incredible.

Energy Independence

I wanted to install a solar system with a battery to become a bit more independent from the grid, and seeing how much it has reduced our usage and bills has done exactly that. It actually makes me wish we had installed an even bigger battery to store more power.

Great customer service!

Great customer service. If there are any issues with the system Resinc are fast to find the solution and fix the problem. Friendly staff as well as a big difference in our electricity bills after installation. The monitoring app is easy to use for silly people that don't know technology too well!

Solar Done Right: Clean, Cost-Effective, and Beautifully Designed

I installed solar to cut my energy costs and reduce my environmental footprint—and now that I’ve added a battery, I feel like I’ve truly achieved both. I’m excited to see how low my bills will be this summer. I also have to say: the Anker battery is the Apple of home energy storage. It’s beautifully designed—slim, low-profile, and sitting flush against the wall—so it looks great while staying completely out of the way.

Anker is so sexy!

I now have a battery with my system, and I can use even more of my own generated solar. We have small solar production, but our consumption is also small, and the battery helps manage that. I absolutely love the app that comes with it, and the look of the modular battery system itself is so clean. I’m so happy with my choice of install.

Happy customer

The after care support from Resinc solar is great, Brad was very good at explaining things. Everyone else has turned up on time for appointments and we have never had any problems. They even fixed some damaged tiles on the roof while they were installing the panels. They cleaned up after themselves as well.
Resinc also offers panel cleaning after the installation which is great, the warranty is very good and they also monitor the system to make sure it's working properly.
We highly recommend Resinc Solar!

Perfect for us retirees !

We knew coming into retirement that solar was something we wanted to go with so we could make the absolute most of the power it produces. Safe to say, with how well the app tracks the production and the battery energy stored, we can do that now. I’d also love to mention that Chrissy on the phones has been amazing, she always seems to be available. And Ady, with the Momentum session and all the information after install, has been so helpful. I would also love to say that everyone in the company has been so courteous and just downright easy to speak with.

No regrets from us!

From my experience, I used to work for a solar company, so I know what it’s like to worry about products that may be lower quality and about companies that don’t follow through with their promises or service. But our choice in RESINC has not led us astray. Their service is top notch.

From installation to follow-up and customer service, everyone has been fantastic. I can’t fault them at all. Shoutout to Ady. The Momentum session she did with us was so informative, and she answered every question we had, which made us feel much more secure in our choice.

Lastly, our bills used to be $1,700 a quarter, and now they’re $0. Just amazing to see.

Happy with the support in the end!

I’ll be honest, my first go-around with these guys was a little rocky. I felt a bit unsupported and unheard at first. But once Leigh Storr stepped in, I really felt like he cared and listened to what I was saying about my system, and he did his best to make everything right. They even helped out a bit with installing 20 kW Anker battery on my home to help rectify what happened, and I can already see it starting to make a difference on my bills.

I’ve always loved the idea of solar, and now that I’ve installed a system with a battery, I’m really seeing the benefits of having it on my home. Honestly, my reason for going solar was to become as self-sufficient as possible, and now that we’ve installed a system with a battery, we’ve basically achieved that. Awesome service
