Reduced my bills!
I’ve had a completely new system installed with these guys, including new solar panels and an Anker battery.The difference has been incredible. The new panels are performing twice as well as my old ones, and I’m really happy with the new system and the overall experience.
The system has brought my energy cost's down to pretty well nothing.

Good experience
We’ve had a great experience with Resinc. The solar has been performing really well, our bills are lower, and we’ve had no issues with the system. We now charge our EV during the day and try to make the most of our solar where we can. Bailey also reviewed my bill and explained everything clearly. Great install

Great savings
I’ve had a great experience with Resinc and the solar system has been running really well with no issues. The biggest difference has been understanding my power usage better, especially at night, and knowing how to get more value from the system.The team has always been helpful and I’ve felt confident that if anything ever did go wrong, Resinc would be onto it quickly. Bailey also helped me review my electricity plan and showed me where I could potentially save more.
Overall, Resinc has been great to deal with and I’d definitely recommend them.

Great company
We’ve had a great experience with the solar and haven’t had any issues. The system is performing well and has made a big difference to our electricity costs. Very happy customers
We’ve been really impressed with Resinc from the very beginning. We initially looked into solar because we wanted to reduce our electricity costs while also doing something positive for the environment.After doing our research, Resinc stood out because of their professionalism, integrity and the quality of the products they offered. It never felt like they were simply trying to sell us a rebate or push us into making a decision. They took the time to do their due diligence, explain everything properly and make sure the system was the right fit for us.
The installation process was excellent. The team took their time, made sure everything was completed properly and explained how the system worked before they left. Having blackout protection was also important to us, and the system has given us that extra peace of mind.
We love using the app and regularly monitor how the system is performing. For the most part, the system looks after itself and has been very easy to live with.
What has impressed us most has been the after-sales support. The follow-ups and check-ins have been above and beyond, and the team has continued to help us understand our system and get the most out of it.
Overall, we’ve had a fantastic experience with Resinc and would happily recommend them to friends and family. If we had to make the decision again, we would absolutely choose Resinc.

Great experience
We’ve had a really positive experience with Resinc and haven’t had any issues with the system. The biggest benefit has been how much we’ve reduced our reliance on the grid. In summer the battery is often charged by around 9:30am, and even through winter it performs really well.The app is straightforward and easy to understand, and the system has continued to perform strongly. We’ve also really appreciated the ongoing support and follow-up after installation.
We would definitely recommend Resinc, and if we had to make the decision again, we’d happily choose them again

Amazing

Good experience
We’ve had a really positive experience with Resinc and would happily go through the process again. The system has been performing really well and has helped us offset the rising cost of living. We’re much more mindful of how and when we use power now, and the app makes it easy to keep an eye on everything.We had a small issue when our main point of contact changed, but we were eventually able to get in touch with the right person and get everything sorted. Overall, we’re very happy with the system, the ongoing support and the service from Resinc, and we’d be comfortable recommending them to others.

No problems
We’ve had a good experience with Resinc and have had no issues with our solar system. The biggest benefit has been the reduction in our electricity costs, while also knowing we’re reducing our emissions.The system is still performing really well, and the new monitoring app is simple and easy to understand. We’re now looking at adding a battery to go alongside our solar and EV charger.
Overall, we’ve been happy with Resinc and would definitely recommend them to others.

Seamless
We’ve had a really positive experience with Resinc from start to finish. We already had older solar on the roof and, with a pool using a fair bit of power, we felt it was the right time to upgrade.We looked at another solar company as well, but the overall system and especially the look of the battery really stood out to us. The whole process with Resinc has been seamless. The installers were great, left everything clean and tidy, and everyone we’ve spoken to has been helpful and on top of things.
The system is easy to use, looks after itself, and we can now keep track of everything through the app. We haven’t had any issues and everything has been explained clearly.
We’re very happy with our decision and would definitely recommend Resinc to friends and family and already have

Easy experience
We’ve had a really good experience with Resinc overall. The system has been working well and our electricity bills have come down, which has been great.We did have an issue with the backup switch tripping the house, but Resinc handled it really well and supported us throughout the process. Apart from that, we haven’t had any major issues.
The app is straightforward to use and the system has continued to perform as expected. I’d definitely recommend Resinc, and if I moved to another house without solar, they’d be the first company I’d call

Solar journey
I had an excellent experience with Resinc from start to finish. I chose them because I wanted a high-quality solar system without feeling pressured, and that’s exactly what I got. The whole process was easy, professional and completely stress-free.The installation team were excellent — very professional, neat and respectful of my home. The customer service has also been outstanding, and you can tell Resinc genuinely cares about its customers. Bailey was extremely helpful during my post-install meeting and took the time to walk me through the app and make sure I understood everything.

Peace of mind
I think Resinc has been quite reliable. Initially I felt they were to expensive. But now having purchased a Sungrow system with them, I understand that their service is well worth the peace of mind. Too easy
The initial experience with the battery was very similar to the panels. It was easy from start to finish. Someone from Resinc called us, ran through the numbers and gave us great information on the different battery sizes and brands available.They then organised someone to come out for a site inspection to work out where the battery would go. The installers came out, installed everything with very minimal involvement needed from me, and it’s been working well ever since

Felt very supported

Nothing that didn’t go plan
There was nothing that didn't go according to plan. The installer really knew exactly what he was doing. As somebody who does a lot of building of my own, I was pleased to see how much care he took regarding the presentation of it. The responsiveness and communication from Resinc was a standout in our experience. The explanations on pricing and rebates were clear. The follow up support to understand and navigate our Anker system and energy retailers has also been a great help. They also held the rebate after May 1st which was a decent thing to. Great system
I’m really happy with my experience with Resinc. I originally looked at solar to reduce my energy costs, and the Community Heroes Program, along with the work Resinc does with local surf lifesaving clubs, Max and Occy, and animal shelters, really influenced my decision.The whole process from start to finish was super easy, with no issues along the way. I’ve also been really impressed with the warranty and the peace of mind knowing Resinc will be around to look after the system.
The app is simple to use and makes it easy to see how much energy is being used, how much is going back to the grid and how the battery is performing.
The Resinc team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family. Five stars from me!

Gave us peace of mind

Amazing
The fact that they did the work with the Surf Life Saving Clubs just for wanting to be able to help people is amazing. Everyone I have spoken to has been very lovely and personable. Unlike many other solar companies that have wronged people or ripped them off by installing and disappearing, these guys are definitely not like that. They are future planners and we know they are here to stick around. I also love that they follow up with such incredible end to end service. They monitor everything in the background, so even when the install is done, it's not something you have to worry about every day because you know they are there in the background for you. Highly recommend!
Having a previous solar system on our roof that wasn't working for us led us down the path of wanting an upgrade. When the doorknocker came around and spoke to us about the system that Resinc could install, we knew it was something we wanted to do. Following that, the install process was very professional, and they tidied up after themselves.
