Great Experience
Everything during the sales process was explained well and in a way we could easily understand. The installers were really professional and on time, extremely courteous and took every single piece of leftover/rubbish with them.We have been happily using our solar ever since.

Great company and product.
Company was always helpful and forthcoming with information - but never pushy or trying to rush things.Installation was straight forward. Communication both before and after installation has been outstanding. They have even visited personally to make certain that I am comfortable with the features of their app and happy with things overall.
I would recommend this company and their product to anyone.

Our experience with Resinc has been nothing but pleasant. We've had the system since 2019 and, while there were times when support wasn't immediately available, whenever we've had an issue it has always been attended to within a reasonable timeframe.Our electricity bills have dropped by around half since installing solar, which has made a significant difference. We're now looking into adding a battery to get even more value from the system.
We would definitely recommend Resinc to anyone considering solar.

Bailey was great during the post install visit. He was very informative and knowledgeable, especially for such a young man, and gave us confidence that the system is still performing as it should.He also took the time to help us compare energy providers to make sure we're on a good plan, which gave us peace of mind. It reassured us that we made the right decision choosing RESINC and that we're being looked after even after the installation was completed.

The follow-up has been the most important thing for us. You don't really get that with most companies. The installation was seamless and we really didn't have to do anything. Everyone should be getting solar, especially in this climate. RESINC has been very helpful in guiding us through the whole process. We did our research before making the decision, and it was Resinc's reputation that really stood out to us. We had been considering solar and battery for a while, but just needed that final push to move forward.Our conversation with Nico was excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us understand the difference between quality products and cheaper alternatives. We felt that if we were going to invest in solar, we wanted to do it properly the first time.
We've been very impressed with the quality of the system, and the installation process was seamless from start to finish. The follow up support has also been outstanding. We've been extremely happy with the solar system we purchased in 2020. Solar and battery
We've always had solar on our previous houses, but the reason we went solar on this home was because we recently upgraded to an EV. The battery we installed helps offset the cost of charging the car.There was a slight hiccup at the start with the battery installation, but Resinc came out and sorted it quickly, and we haven't had any issues since.
