Very professional

Resinc delivered what they said they would. They were professional and easy throughout the whole process. We saw a reduction in our bills. The post install service has been great.

10 out of 10 would recommend!

I already had a system on my roof before the RESINC doorknockers came around. When they did, they were very polite and spoke to me about a battery and what it could do for me. The rebates also helped quite a lot with my decision.

Everyone involved after that was also amazing. The installers were tidy and professional, and the whole process was very easy. 10 out of 10, I would recommend them.

Very helpful!

Since my daughter talked me into getting solar from the very beginning with these guys, it has been great. I’ve noticed a big drop in our bills over time with it, and everyone we have dealt with and spoken to has been very helpful and informative.

Still incredible!

It’s been trouble free and things have been performing as expected. The installation was very good and the fella who helped us with it was really supportive. It’s really brought our bills down, helping us save during those peak times.

In credit with our bills!

We got solar panels through RESINC Solar and the results have been fantastic. The system has been performing great! We are now sitting in about $1852 credit on our electricity account. It has made a real difference to our bills. We are really happy with the performance of the system and the experience with RESINC.

As someone who wants to do best by the environment, solar seemed like the best choice. Everyone at Resinc has been so friendly and approachable. I've seen my bills drop and can definitely see the value. I would recommend Resinc to anyone who is interested in going solar.

Fantastic Install!

We've had the system for 2 years.

Solar Happy

Resinc came to my door and offered a quality system and backed that with the after sales support and monitoring. The whole process has been really informative and the savings have been immediate. I went from $700 quarterly bills in 2024, to my latest bill being $50 in 2026. I've managed these results without any particular attention to habits and managing my usage. The equipment has also been great with no issues since installation.

Top class customer service

Everything has been great every step of the way. The ease and convenience of booking appointments with their staff is outstanding. The system is killer, we had to turn it off for 8 months when our house was flooded, turned it back on and it didn't miss a beat.

Solar Panel Review

We've been really happy with the upgrade. The house we bought was newly built in 2021 and came with solar, but it only had six panels installed. We were told the system could be upgraded to improve our electricity bills, and since having the new panels installed by RESINC, we’ve definitely noticed the difference. Our bills have improved and the RESINC panels have clearly been performing better, which we can see reflected in the savings. Overall, we’re very happy with the decision to upgrade.

Transparent communication

Resinc's products are as advertised, the installers were lovely, no mess, all clean and tidy - we shouted them lunch! There was no hidden costs with Resinc, they were transparent, the expectation of the savings and output of the system have been met... we feel super happy!

Significant reduction in bills

We actually discovered Resinc through a door knocker who came by. We've been very happy with the whole process with Resinc, Jeremy was really helpful throughout the sales process. Over the past year we have seen a significant decrease in our bills which was exactly what we were hoping for.

Excellent

I decided to go for an upgrade with my system, and these guys have worked out well. Overall, everyone has been pretty good.

The salesman, Joss, was also helpful and informative. One thing I would recommend focusing on if you decide to move forward is making sure your system works for you with a battery outside of the solar period as well. After using it for a longer period and making a few adjustments, things are looking good, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it performs over time!

Very responsive and helpful

I had my battery installed a few months ago, after the install I had a problem with the grid connection and they came out to fix it within 12 hours. All the follow up service after the install has been very impressive, not many companies are as proactive as Resinc when it comes to booking these checks in.

I've been really impressed not only with the results but with the people i've dealt with it's been fantastic - i've been extremely really happy with the service.

Choose Resinc

We went solar because we had huge bills that we weren’t happy with. Our bills went from $1,400–$1,800 a quarter to around $120 a quarter, which is a really nice improvement. Everyone at Resinc has been very helpful, making sure any questions we had were answered and that everything was communicated clearly.

I love Resinc, Indi came around and helped us troubleshoot today - fantastic job and lended a helpful hand when we didnt know how to use the app and inverter.

The battery is amazing they are so great!

Anker looks so good!

We had our panels installed with these guys, and we’ve now decided to install a battery as well. It has been absolutely marvellous!

Been amazing for after care

These guys have really exceeded our expectations. The aftercare has been amazing, and the whole process from the door knock to sales and installation has been great.

Everyone has been really flexible, which made everything easy, especially being busy with a family and trying to learn how to utilise the system and use the power properly.

We feel very supported and are very glad we decided to go with them.

Been an amazing 6 years

Our experience has been fantastic. Since having our system installed in 2020, we haven’t received an electricity bill, which has been incredible.

The whole team has been friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish. What really stands out is the post-installation support. Not many companies continue to provide great service after the job is done, but they have truly gone above and beyond.

I can’t fault them

The end to end experience with Resinc has been excellent. I haven't been able to fault the service to date, the lead up was great, the installation was perfect, and the follow up has been terrific. The girls on the phone have all been very friendly, efficient and helpful. Shane, the installer was amazing, he knew what he was doing and was very informative.

Solae and battery review

From a buyer’s perspective, Resinc has been a joy to do business with. This company has the BIG 4: efficiency, effectiveness, brilliant customer service, and reliability. Everybody I’ve spoken to has been professional and courteous.

If they say they’re going to be there, they always turn up on time. I really appreciate that Resinc’s business is spread widely across Australia.

Happy with our system!

We’ve had our solar system with these guys for about five years now. We decided to get it because we wanted to invest in our home and save some money on our electricity bills.

What really gave us peace of mind was seeing that they had installed panels on local surf life saving clubs. We figured that if they’re trusted to install on buildings like that, then it must be worth having on homes as well.

If you can afford to go solar, I definitely recommend it, especially if you’re planning to stay in your house for a long time.
