Great service and excellent work
Thanks Miles and team for the installation of our solar and battery! Excellent service!We also bought a an electric vehicle and wanted a charger at home - made the process very easy and installed very quickly with great customer service! Very happy with result - discussed where to place it and where would be most convenient - tidy worker and would use again in the future

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
The sales and quoting process was excellent. Everything was explained clearly, the options were easy to understand and no pressure to make a decision. I felt good getting a system that suited my needs and represented good value for money.Installation was very smooth. Installers were punctual, polite and professional. The workmanship was excellent and the system was installed with much care to detail.
Customer service was fantastic, any questions I had were answered promptly and they were very helpful with assisting any processes after installation. They made the whole process easy and straightforward from begining to end.
Overall I'm very happy with the quality of the system, installation and service received. I would have no hesitation recommending Class A Energy Solutions to anyone.

Good service in quoting process, accepted and paid deposit and then the service stopped
Sales person was excellent and knowledgeable. A site visit was arranged and he confirmed that it all looked feasible. They were not the lowest quote but we accepted their quote at the end of August based on the service in the quoting process.After paying a deposit there has been very poor level of communication with the firm and they have not even scheduled an installation date even though I was told that the have the battery in stock
10 months later we asked Leonard : "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Extremely happy so far !
The sales process was quick and negotiable. The installations was amazing, very polite guys , clean and tidy. They showed me how to use the app but was told I have no need for any other info.10 months later we asked Mark: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Our system is performing pretty much to our expectations and we are very happy with our choice.

Successful battery installation
The quote from Class A was received within a few days, and was modified as requested, promptly and politely. Installation of the battery was caught up in the rush of the Cheaper Batteries Home Program, but eventually the work was done with good suggestions about placement of the battery and ancillary equipment from the electrician, John N., who worked extended hours to provide a top quality result. Thanks to Class A, and to Solar Quotes for providing an excellent service to the solar community.Doug M.

Reliable and great installer, great communication
We installed Redback system back in 2018, and now upgraded to a new system with Class A Energy Solusions.From the start to finish, the whole process was simple and smooth. The installation was great. They were very professional, reliable, efficient, and easy to deal with.
Miles was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.
We’re really happy with the result and feel confident we can contact them anytime if we need support. Would definitely recommend them to others!

Class A is A class
We live in a rural area in SA and have had a solar system since 2017. It was installed by an Adelaide business, Class A Energy Solutions. It had a few glitches early on but they were resolved satisfactorily. In the last year a serious malfunction occurred making the reading of power transfers and the grid down part of the system not working. Class A Energy couldn’t get the necessary parts as they were redundant. Eventually we received a modern inverter with 5 times the battery capacity for a small nominal price input from us and we now have a totally better system. To top off the good luck, Miles (Class A Energy boss) personally delivered and fitted the new system, taking the old one away, with the help of Christian, his young energetic worker. So, from a glitch or two, we now are super happy customers.Panel rating: 5/5

Great price, excellent install
The sales and quoting process was efficient with quick responses to questions and amended quotes. The price was competitive and I accepted it quickly after receiving it. There was significant delay after paying the deposit - almost three weeks before hearing anything. I was asked for some photos to plan the install, then got a call to see if they could do it in two days, which wasn't possible. Another 3 weeks passed with emails unanswered, phone calls ringing out, or vague responses. Finally, they offered to install on Easter Saturday which actually worked well for us. The install went really well - the electrician was knowledgeable and worked a long day to get it done. He explained everything clearly, cleaned up well, and even offered to installed a canopy that we provided for us.Overall pleased with the process and install, but the customer service could have been a lot better.

Great installer and communication during process
From start to finish, the whole process was excellent. Shane, the salesperson, was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions clearly. His customer service was a big reason I chose Class A.The battery was installed about a month earlier than originally quoted, which was a great surprise. John handled the installation and did a very clean, professional job. He walked me through how to use the app and made sure everything was set up properly before leaving.
The work area was left spotless, and the overall quality of both the installation and service was outstanding. On top of that, the price was very competitive for the level of workmanship and support provided.

Overall professional experience.
The quote was surprisingly low for the system we bought and the installation was seamless. The installers were polite and considerate as well as being obviously very skilled and knowledgeable. They answered all questions that I asked them (there were many) but never made me feel anything but valued. They cleaned up when finished and removed all rubbish. An important thing is that they handled everything involved not just the installation. They organised all connections which I know many other companies do not. Great sales excellent installation
I first spoke with Shane who gave me an accurate & knowledgeable assessment and a fair price.Installation was carried out on the agreed day and the whole team produced an excellent result. The installers were happy efficient and friendly, they did the job exactly as quoted & cleaned up after themselves .
I have posed a couple of questions since installation which have received helpful timely answers and all is running exactly as promised.
I cannot speak highly enough of Class A and would happily recommend them to anyone seeking either panels or batteries .

Engage this business at your peril.
The initial sales process was thorough.Freely exchanging all information available. Sending plans and specifications of equipment currently in place.
Learning the limitations of the proposed system, and even engaging in additional work that was not initially part of the referral.
Patiently waited 3 months for the installation date to occur. The original date was changed with just a week's notice.
The job involved adding an additional 10kw of panels to existing panels and installing a 48.36kWh Sigenergy battery.
The job was allocated to a subcontractor.
On the day of installation, the temperature was forecast to be 36c, the following day 40c
The subcontractor electrician in charge, arrived on site at 9:30 am.
It was clear from the outset that they had no intention of completing the job on the assigned day.
Everything that had been discussed with the sales team and specified in the contract could not be completed.
As soon as I said that I wanted to speak to someone at the business, the electrician was standing in front of me, yelling at the guys on the roof to pack up. He could not have left faster if he tried.
His attitude was disgraceful. From the get-go, he was going to dictate to me how the work would be done.
Where he wanted to put panels, for simplicity, not for optimal performance.
I had to push back to get any flexibility.
I had rearranged my schedule to fit the last-minute change in day. It was a complete waste of my time.
The length of time I invested, setting out all the site particulars and limitations.
From the discussion with the business owner. It was never going to be fulfilled as per the contract.
Not because of recent changes in installation guidelines, or any other reason, apart from it was never possible. Completely led down a path of deceitful promises and reassurances.
I have missed my opportunity to have a system installed in 2025.

Hi AndrewThis is an unfortunately situation and was not the intention. We did let you down by not completing a pre install inspection which would have cleared up any issues prior to the installation.
I apologise about this and we will improve in the future. The advice I gave regarding not removing your two old inverters and DC coupling the old panels to the SIG inverter stands due to voltage, current, mismatched panels and warranty issues.
I have offered to honor the 2025 STC”s so that you would not miss out and also recommended we not install on the day to give you the chance to think about the project under no pressure.
The delay in installation was due to stock supplies, weather delays and the remote location you live in.
In saying this I appreciate your feedback and have implemented procedures to be sure this does not occur moving forward.
Michael is an experienced licensed electrician that would not have cut any corners and is typically a very respectful person.

A good install
Of the three quotes I had, these guys seemed to give off the most confidence that they knew what they were doing and offered (in my view) the best overall system that worked with my existing solar set-up. The install itself was through a subcontractor but this was reasonably well communicated and the workers were polite, tidy and punctual. The paperwork etc. was all sent through promptly and without any issues. So far I am very happy with the system and the work that they have done (neat & tidy conduit work) and I would absolutely recommend them to others.28 November 2025

I waited 17 weeks for the installation of my system but I understand that demand is unprecedented at the moment and supply is hard to source. I feel lucky I got it cheaper before rebates reduce in 2026.Inverter rating: 4/5

Game Changer
Class A were the lowest quote on the best quality battery available. The installation team were polite, tidy and punctual. They kept me informed on what time the team would be arriving and installed the battery and inverter sooner than I was anticipating. I am so pleased with the final product and have had one whole day without access to the grid electricity but because of my battery all the electrical appliances seamlessly went from direct use of panel solar to battery power. I had enough battery storage for the whole day and night. Class A advice on what size battery system to get was spot on. I am so happy. Battery and solar installation
Can’t fault the whole process from the first phone call to the install was simple. All our questions were answered and in the end we opted for a larger battery and so glad we did. The installation process was excellent the crew were very tidy and thorough. They ensured everything was working and all rubbish was removed before they left.

Sales quoting process was very thorough and Informative. The inatallation team waa punctual, Informative, polite and tidied up after installation was complete.The installers then helped us to with the app after the battery was connected and explained the application of this.

Great Sales Rep and Installation
Class A Energy Solutions did a great job from sales through to installation on our new home.Our system is 24kw of Solar mounted on north and west facing roof faces.
To keep us power neutral we coupled them to a 20kw Sigenergy inverter on top 32kw battery.
We love the wifi app its very intuative and allows us to be informed so we can manage high current loads.
Sigenergy Gateway handles the cutover in the event of grid power failure.
We are very happy.
