A great install experience
The initial contact was made quickly followed by the site visit and quote. The site visit from Ben was critical in making the decision as he displayed a detailed knowledge and provided alternate system quotes. I made a couple of followup calls to discuss the systems and although not the cheapest the Franklin system was a clear winner. I was given a confirmed installation date and the installation was completed on-time, professionally and with the associated inspections, certificates, STC's etc managed and paperwork provided. The handover was quick with enough detail to get started including the App, log-in and explanation of setup. After spending some time time with the App I am very pleased with the amount of detailed info and the level of control it gives. The system itself does exactly what is supposed to so very happy!23 March 2026
Prompt efficient service with easy to deal with staff.
Really happy with how promptly they came out to quote the job and complete the install. While not the cheapest going around, they supplied a really good quality system. The staff were all really good to deal with and very helpful in assuring the system was working as it should.18 March 2026
Very professional
The salesman who came and did the quote explained so I was able to understand.The installers were very professional and polite. Cleaned up very well and were quick in their installation.
Explained the function of the system - where it was and it was easy to understand.
Would recommend Solargain to anyone thinking of putting solar on or getting a battery.

Excellent service from quoting to installation
The whole process was seamless from the time we got the quote until the time the system was installed. The tradesman left the are spotless. They also explained the process on a step by step basis once the arrived. Excellent service.10 December 2025

Absolutely perfect from start to finish
Easy to contact for a quote which was well laid out and easy to understand.On the follow up visit the site was inspected and the installation process explained and all questions answered.
The installation crew were amazing. After the equipment was installed, there was a complete rundown on the components and associated switchgear along with clear instruction on how to operate the system.
At the same time the monitoring app was set up and explained... everything just went so smoothly.
In summary, the professionalism of Solargain Gippsland from management, installation team, and office staff shone through and I would I highly recommend them.

Great Experience
From start to completion Solargain Gippsland were amazing. Ben gave us lots of time during the initial engagement and development phase to ensure we understood the system, what was being proposed and how it would work. All our queries were answered and Ben always responded in a timely manner and displayed the utmost professionalism from start to finish. On site Riley and his team were polite, professional and helpful in explaining what they had installed. The independent electrical safety inspector/auditor when he visited commented on how neat and tidy the installation was done to the applicable Australian Standards.

Efficient
We took our time to review the received quotes and settled on Solargain as we felt their solution was one of good quality and met our needs. The install happened fairly quick following them given the go ahead and the installers were very proficient with the job completed in approx 7hrs. The final inspection took approx 1 week before we were live and another week for our meter to be re-configured. The app tells us we are using the grid between 50 to 60% less than pre-solar so are very interested in seeing our next bill!10 June 2025

We are very pleased with the overall process of having a new solar system installed
Matt arrived on time as per our email. He explained what the process would be and the quote arrived when promised.The installation team arrived when they said they would and the installation proceeded without any hold ups.
The commissioning and handover went well with an easy-to-understand set of instructions.
