I was very happy with the group of men Brocks group
they were efficient tidy and capable.
I was shown how to read inverter.
my house is not on wifi so I could not have app on phone which is a shame. I expected to after telling brenton I wasn’t on wifi.
I have roaming internet which allows me full internet coverage all the time.


Ergon will do hook up soon i’ve had a couple emails but nothing definite. Be nice when its all connected. I presume Ergon will tell
me.

This company was great from start to finish. David the sales expert was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. The installation team led by ‘Rob’ were great. They worked well together, were friendly, pleasant, organised, tidy and knowledgeable. The product is great and Rob helped me load the app to my phone and explained the relevant information to me in a way I could understand. Amazing service

The process from the beginning till the end was fantastic. Firstly, the quoting process was very professional and easy to understand, David explained everything, and he came out to the house to measure it all out. He went through my current electricity bills to make sure the solar panels we were getting would be the best fit for our family.
The installation was very easy and quick. Explained and showed us how to use the charger. The customer service overall was amazing.

Had a existing system replaced

Brilliant from the beginning to the end of installation kept me informed was referred to Hielscher electrical by a fellow tradesman as this company is Cairns based has been for quite a long time not like the fly by nighters trying to make a quick buck then gone this is an established local company can't recommend them more thanks again for a pleasant solar experience.thank you Hielscher electrical.

Brock and his team arrived on time and were professional for the duration of the install. A comprehensive explanation of the system was provided and our premises was left clean and tidy.

Dave was amazing, very knowledgeable and continued his assistance post installation. The install team were incredible- nothing was a problem for them and they went above and beyond to assist us

The Best Solar/Battery Installer

If you’re thinking about Solar or Batteries and can’t make up your mind which Company or who to use, Well let me point you in the right direction.

Brenton at Hielscher Electrical should be your first choice, the quality of workmanship and knowledge his team deliverers is exceptional, being a tradesman myself I’am extremely particular and have high expectations on quality of workmanship, which his team didn’t disappoint in anyway or form.

I’am not normally one for doing reviews but if you’re fussy like me and want quality of work with backup sales & service, look no further then this fantastic Company, I have Solar/Battery System and are about to increase the size of my Batteries ? even larger, & I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it.

Even happy to talk to anyone regarding my experience with Hielscher Electrical, you won’t be disappointed with your choice 10/10

Great job

Brock and his team did a great job, they were very professional carrying out their work and helpful with any questions we had. Brock took the time to show us the relevant app and Web site for monitoring our new solar system.
The staff leading up to the install were also very helpful and friendly. It looks like the owner Brenton has a great crew.

Excellent communication and follow up. Great product

Sales/Quoting process was excellent. My install also required an upgrade of my electricity board and relocation of the Point of Attachment.

Received the quote - experienced some delays regarding financing and Hielscher were very understanding and patient nd followed up regularly with me.

Due to the added complexity of my install, waited 5 months from date of paying deposit before install took place. However, now that it's done - I'm very pleased.

They were punctual, polite, tidy and the customer service was excellent.

Great service throughout.

Hielscher Electrical were referred to us by a friend who was super impressed with their service - communication, punctuality, technical advice and so on. We had been considering for a while to install a system in our home, but with so much hype and sad stories about solar installations, we had done nothing about it. Steve's enthusiasm kicked us into action and we took no time to contact Hielscher. We had a representative visiting us the same day and it was all smooth from there untill installation. We reiterate the feedback that we got from Steve unreservedly.

Incredible service and product!

We couldn’t be happier! Hielscher were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They responded to communication promptly, they were happy to spend as much time as we needed answering our questions and explaining the process to us, very professional, efficient and respectful while on-site installing the system, and organised the grid connection immediately. The whole process was seamless.

Hielscher Electrical was great

I went with Hielscher Electrical as I felt happy with the choice of Panels and Inverter, they were about middle with their quote, neither the cheapest or the dearest.
David from Hielscher was the only installer that got on the roof to check it out. The installation went well, they were prompt and tidy.
After solar had been installed, David rang a few days later to check that I was happy with the service and whether I had any questions. When I did he came out personally to check it out.
Due to all the damage caused from Cyclone Jasper, I still haven’t had my system connected to the grid, but due to circumstances this is to be expected.

From the first call back from Caroline I could see that customer service was important to Hielscher Electrical. David (the sales consultant) was excellent from the outset, with top notch advice and the patience to explain all options and their pros & cons. He prepared numerous quotes with different options and enough useful info to help make the decision easy. The installation date was brought forward and the crew turned up on time. Very fast and efficient with everything done right and all mess cleaned up. Troy, the electrician, was amazing. Superb work quality and explained everything very well. The system works great and performs to the expected level of production. Couldn't be happier with Hielscher Electrical.

Supporting local businesses

After considering for awhile to update our solar panels we were given a recommendation to Hielscher Electrical.
We had someone come around and go through the whole process. He was very informative and was happy to answer all the questions.
After receiving the quote we decided to go ahead and put the deposit down.
They were always letting us know the updates of when they will be installing the panels.
On the day of the job they were very punctual and everything went smoothly. It was an extremely hot day and they worked through it all.
The job was done in one day and we are very happy with the product so far.
We had four guys here and they were all very approachable and professional.
We would highly recommend Hielscher Electrical it’s great to be able to support local businesses.

Efficient and Friendly

Found the sales process to be upfront to the point. Sold me the size I nedded and did not try to add bells and whistles. Did not rubbish other providers as this was one of the things that annoyed me from other providers.
Once contract was signed I did not have to do anything else.
Installation was 2 weeks early than quoted.
The instalation team were very professional and the on site electrician did a great job of explaining the system.

This was an angst free experience from start to finish.
Hielscher managed the whole process effortlessly, and were meticulous providing information and answering queries. The installation took about 5 hours, including clean up and familiarisation process. Good work all round.

Quick, Easy & Quality.

Excellent service all round.

The communication from the start was great. A quote on a Saturday morning, options provided on different sized systems and quotes were provided within days.

Once the quote was selected, communication about install times was quick and clear.

The system was installed earlier than first advised, due to an opening.

On the day, the crew turned up on time, and were done within a few hours.

Brock went through the app and back over the key need to knows of the system.

Site was left clean and tidy.

There was follow up from Hielscher about the experience and checking I was happy.

Best in Far North Queensland

I had a system that was not working correctly and decided to renew. After doing lots of research and getting quotes, I found Hielscher Electrical to be the most reliable, knowledgeable, and honest from the word go. They do not push cheap non warrantable systems in the hot wet tropics onto unsuspecting consumers. From sales to the site visit to the install was everything a consumer could want. No BS in the sales approach to ascertain if I really need to upgrade or just try and repair.

Absolute invaluable on-site visit that explained my options fully, with no pressure whatsoever to proceed. Having a difficult 2 storey install in a shade and location affected area, the system recommended overcame the difficulties and is performing magnificently.

The installers: very well led by a true professional who modified the system install to ensure that the electronics are well weather protected (Cairns), in a lengthy 2 story install on curved roofs. The install team were all professions who got quickly about their specific parts of the install. Most obvious was the teamwork and how they all looked out for each other in trying hot and working at heigh risky conditions.

From my perspective, the fact that Hielscher Electrical are local (Cairns) are, well respected in the trade, and component manufacturer backed and trained for the system I chose was mandatory for ongoing warranty and at call trouble shooting if needed.

Professional approach throughout

Prompt response to my request for a quotation

consultant was punctual, knowledgeable & informative - answered all my questions - made recommendations based on my current consumption plus accommodations for potential future upgrades for which he took the additional time to prepare alternative quotes

Was incidentally the only consultant out of 3 who actually physically got on the roof to measure up

All communication with the office was friendly concise & accommodating

Installation team were also punctual - after brief introductions confirmed the preferred location of the inverter & proceeded with the installation which they expedited in a very professional manner
Upon completion they went over the system operation with me - downloaded & demonstrated the Fronius app & completed all the required paperwork for the power provider on my behalf

Beginning with first contact to the office and subsequent calls, really impressed with how the whole process was undertaken. Sales quote process was very professional and informative, with no pressure to make any decisions.

The guys were friendly and approachable, no questions were left unanswered. Totally cleaned up when job was completed. The guys arrived when they were booked to arrive. We had a short discussion and they got straight into the job.

Customer service was exceptional, we were completely shown how to access all information regarding the system and ran through how the system operates and what we could expect from the system going forward.
