Thorough
I went with Hielscher as they had put up my 7.8 kw system about 5 years ago. (one of your recommendations then). After I got the first 3 quotes off your recommended end guys I couldn’t quite get what I wanted so rang Hielscher and spoke to Dave about his configuration and it was $1000 cheaper but I was going to have to wait. Hielscher emailed me and my wife plus rang me to let us know they were coming today and what was required from us vehicles dogs etc. From the moment they turned up it was all professional and polite. There was 6 of them got here at 7am gone by1pm. Left the place very tidy wouldn’t even now they had been here. Refurbished the meter box and the sub board in my shed when they found something they didn’t like. At the end of it Harry ran me through the app and took me too the batteries and inverter and explained all the functions then took me to the meter box and ran me through it and the upgrades and changes. All in all, very happy at this stage.Downside was the stove stopped working and when I went to meter box and switched it off it started working??? I rang them straightaway and there sending someone out to have a look.
