Fast and quality installation
1) Re 10 KW inverters: BE WARNED OF GRID EXPORT LIMITATION!!! - If you want a 10KW inverter installed with your system you will only be allowed 1.5kW export to the grid at any time including after the battery is full. The excess will just go to waste. You will only find this out either through the small print or when it happens after installation. If you are not happy with this, go for a 5KW inverter.2) I had to organise for the removal of my old solar system. My installer said someone would pick it up within a few days but that never happened despite of numerous contacts made with the provider

The salesperson was informative and helpful. The installation team were punctual and very professional they also cleaned up after themselves. I was shown how to use the app and how it all worked. The power was connected to the Grid on completion, and everything was working perfectly

Upgrade of old solar panel installation
I was in the market for an upgrade to my 13 year old Solar PV System and Positive Energy was recommended to me by a friend who had their system upgraded by Positive Energy. When they came to do the quote, they went through the options to ensure I would get exactly what I wanted. My recent purchase of an EV and the desire to power it from the sun led them to quoting on a system that utilised space on my house and shed to provide sufficient power to power my house and EV and still not draw power from the Grid. Made good use of the Battery Rebates to ensure plenty of storage to power the house overnight.Another recommendation from Positive Energy that I undertook was to replace my older Roof Solar Hot Water System with an iStore Heat Pump hot water system. Amazed at how little power is required to provide my hot water now and it's all supplied from the upgraded Solar Panels.
Follow up support was great for any questions i had.

It was overall a very pleasant experience working with Positive Energy Solutions, with almost instantaneous reply upon my quote request and arrangement made for sales consultant to visit my house to discuss viable options for my battery installation. Most important of all, they provided the most competitive quote among the rest I had enquired and my solar battery was installed within 3 weeks upon confirmation. Installation team did a great job too and completed the battery installation within 3 hours and tidied my garage before leaving. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Positive Energy and the installation of my new solar panel and Sigenergy battery system.
From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. The quote was very clear, detailed and transparent, and after discussing the options with them, they really sharpened their pencil and provided the absolute best price out of the three quotes I received. The value for money was outstanding.
Their communication and correspondence were excellent throughout the entire process. They were extremely responsive and patiently answered all of my questions, making the whole process easy and stress-free.
The installation team was fantastic. They were friendly, professional, respectful and very easy to work with. They listened carefully to my requirements and followed my instructions regarding the positioning of the battery. They also took the time to help me set up and understand the Sigenergy app and recommended the best settings to get the most out of my system.
And the results have been amazing! Since having the system installed, my electricity consumption from the grid has dropped by around 98% — even while charging my EV. The system is performing exceptionally well and has exceeded my expectations.

Good onsite installation
Positive energy subcontractors did a good job onsite.Less impressed with positive energy in design process. Had agreed with them to utilise all three MPPT ‘s but they instructed their installer to use only 2, which is not what I had agreed initially. Sales staff were fine

Not to mention the installation workmanship by Cameron is top-notch and looks fantastic.Firstly, by installing the North-facing panels as 1 string, this achieves higher DC string voltage which allows the inverter to achieve higher conversion efficiency.
Secondly, your 10kW SigEnergy Energy Controller allows up to 20kW of solar panels thanks to its ability to output 10kW max AC power (to home) + simultaneous 10kW max DC power (for battery charging). You currently have 12.88kW of panels with the 3rd MPPT left spare for a future system expansion if needed. No need for a 2nd inverter, sourcing discontinued panels, or expensive system modifications. This could come in handy if your household power usage were to increase and/or battery capacity expanded.

Yes. Winter performance was down a bit (as expected) and summer output was at maximum most of the time. Supporting app, iSolarCloud, to monitor performance (from anywhere at anytime) is very useful and informative.27 August 2026

Outstanding Experience
Our solar consultant was very responsive to our initial contact when he provided a quote and then came to discuss it with my wife and I. He was well prepared for our meeting and while he has a relatively low key approach, which was very welcome, he listened to our needs, and was very knowledgeable and efficient and he gave us great confidence in both his company and the products that he was recommending to us.We signed a contract at the end of the meeting, and I should add that we had obtained 2 quotes prior to this meeting which was on a Friday. Over the weekend, we decided to add an EV charger to our installation and our contract was adjusted immediatley on the Monday morning. We also received advice on Monday morning from Plenti, the finance company that deals with the WA Battery Rebate and the WA Government interest free loan so the co-ordination between Positive Energy Solutions and Plenti was outstanding.
We were very pleasantly surprised to have have the installation done 2 weeks
The installation experience was excellent. The lead installer was very friendly and gave us an overview of what they would be doing. He also inspired confidence in us twith his experience and capability, and in his leadership of the team who comp[leted the installation. The whole team was great. After both the first day and at the end of the job on the second day, everything was cleaned up and left immaculately.
We were given a link to the app, walked through the registration process and then given an explanation of the inverter, the EV charger and the meaning of the data available on the app.
Overall, our whole experience from initial contact with Positive Energy Solutiuons to the end of the installation (which was yesterday) was outstanding. We've been in this house since 1992 and I can't think of any purchase/process that has ever been as seamless, trouble free and as positive as this one.

Excellent professional quoting, installation, follow up and friendly service
The sales team provided excellent advice in the quoting procedure and were more that happy to clarify any questions one may have in follow up calls. The quote included Solar Panels, Battery System and Backup Gateway. Three quotes were provided with different options taking in one’s home requirements and budget.There was a delay of approximately six weeks from placing the order to installation due to the company’s work commitments. This was not an issue. The installation of the new Solar Panels and Battery System took place over two days. The installation team were polite, punctual and tidy, plus answer questions one may have. After installation all operation details were explained including phone app installation and use.
Overall Positive Energy Solutions Pty Ltd performed an excellent job throughout with quoting, installation and follow up. They also handled all the paper work, rebates, and grid connection. This is a major benefit.
You may pay slightly more through Positive Energy Solutions Pty Ltd but it’s well worth it when the process from quote to final product is seamless with professional friendly service through the whole process.
I have no complaints and would highly recommend Positive Energy Solutions Pty Ltd.

Fast and Tidy Installation
Positive Energy Solutions came recommended to me by a friend and I’m really glad we chose them also.The entire process was very simple from beginning to end.
On the installation day the team turned up on schedule and completed the job within 5 hours. The panels and battery were online straight away and I was taken through the app and monitoring process.

The response to the initial request for quote was quick and the follow up to all of my questions was great. Great Job
Positive Energy solutions supplied me with 16kw Sigenergy system and because I took a bit of time to decide on which system to install the price actually come down from the original quote. They also looked after all the paper work for the rebates.The installation was completed seemlessly and explained how to operate if any issues.
The house now use 0 power from the grid.
Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting solar installed.

Great installation
Was a seamless process, from quote to install. High quality installation for a very reasonable price.
I had an existing solar system that Positive Energy Solutions (PES) upgraded with Fronius Reserva battery storage. To begin with, I tried to go with my original system installer, who was outstanding the first time round, but for my potential repeat business, they really missed the mark. Lead times were months and kept getting pushed out. To be fair, they were suffering from battery stock shortages, like all installers were, but there were other issues as well. Eventually, I just had enough and got my deposit refunded.PES was one of probably 20 installers I contacted enquiring if they had stock and could complete an install by the end of the calendar year (when government rebates would drop). They were the only ones who did and could.
The consultants were friendly and very responsive. I tried for weeks to get a site inspection organised with other providers, as my install was fairly complex. A PES consultant and install manager was at my property the next day.
I found them to be the most competitive on price as well. That was even before the substantial discount they gave me. The final price I paid was almost 20% cheaper than other quotes I received.
In the end, by the time I signed the contract, the install did have to be pushed into January of the new year, however. I accept that is on me, though, as I took a couple of weeks to make up my mind. This leads me to the part I was most impressed with. Positive Energy honoured their original quote price, even when the install date rolled over into the new year and the rebate amounts reduced. Other installers told me they would have to increase their prices inline with the rebate reduction.
The install itself was clean and professionally done. They did have to return the next day to complete it as they did not have all the materials needed. However, they were back around first thing and the job was done by mid morning.
One tiny gripe is I did request post install assistance with some inverter settings. I asked for suggested values for my specific system, but the consultant replied with a link to a generic video I had already seen. This annoyed me slightly, but I did work it out quite quickly so I don't think this small hiccup is worth deducting a star.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my interactions with and the installation completed by Positive Energy Solutions.

Smooth uncomplicated purchase and installation process.
The sales quoting process was unpressured, non-stressful and helpful. I believe I was provided with a balanced mid-range quote of a system that was mid-tier on Solar Quotes webpage and seemed integrated to me. My quote included a car charger and essentials backup. The installers, Baywest Electrical Pty Ltd were on-time, pleasant to deal with and performed a tidy professional job in my opinion.

Excellent installer
I signed up to Positive Energy because of excellent customer service. I valued a WA company based in Perth, a face to face visit at my home and the time spent to answer all my questions. The company had a good range of variable priced panel,inverters and batteries to choose. Once I signed up the whole process was efficient and streamlined with excellent communication. All paperwork was taken care of with Synergy and only a short time between signing and installation. The installation went very well, contractors were polite, communicated what they were doing and were very tidy. Assistance was provided to download the Sigenergy App, informative explanation of how to use was given and Sigenergy manuals emailed, system was setup and ready to go. Quality at a cost
While the price was on the higher side, it was comparable to other premium battery systems suppliers/installer on the market in Western Australia. Although there are cheaper alternatives available, I ultimately chose the Sigenergy system through Positive Energy Solutions (PES) because it best suited the requirements of my setup.Throughout the process, the team was excellent with communication. Initially, they were hesitant about my preferred installation approach, but after conducting a site inspection, they agreed that my proposed location was suitable and completed the installation as originally requested. From that point onwards, they were responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.
One thing worth noting is that, while I had expected PES to use their own installation team, they engaged a third-party electrical contractor to carry out the installation. This may be a concern for some customers, but in my experience, the electricians were professional, appropriately qualified, and all warranty and after-sales support continue to be managed through PES.
The installation itself was completed to a high standard. There was an apprentice on site, and while one of them accidentally left some minor marks on the battery enclosure, the lead electrician went above and beyond in several other aspects of the installation, which more than made up for the cosmetic issue.
Overall, while Positive Energy Solutions may not be the cheapest option, the quality of their communication, willingness to work with my requirements, and the overall installation experience gave me confidence in their service. If they were to offer other products or services that met my needs in the future, I would certainly consider using them again.

Exceptional service from the get go.
The quote I received from the sales lady was outstanding, easy to follow, and because I had done my due diligence I found I knew what she was saying exactly, after having several quotes from other cheaper companies. I knew the minute she finished explaining it all to me that I was going with Positive Energy. Every part of the process from the discount, WA state gov rebate and the $10,000 interest free loan over 10 yrs was the sealer. All paperwork was done for me. The installation with Tristan and his team was flawless, punctual, very tidy and the boys were very polite. Absolute best experience we could have ever hoped for!
After a lot of research on solar companies and reputation, we decided to go with Positive Energy as a local WA company and I’m so glad we did!From start to finish everything was easy, super great communication, recommendations and they took the time to answer every query I had before purchase. No pushy sales talk or upselling to what we didn’t need, excellent products and amazing after sales service.
The installers were the best and took a lot of care to do the job really well.
We even got sent a customised instruction manual with photo’s of our equipment, switch box and everything labeled for our own house!

Great Experience with Positive Energy Solutions
Dealing with Positive Energy Solutions was a great experience from start to finish.Competent, confident and professional from the outset providing logical options and up to date advice on available systems.
Realising that most people will get two or three quotes at least, PES were not pushy and had the confidence to know that their offering would be competitive. PES looked after all the required paperwork and approvals very efficiently.
The installation was slick with a polite and amicable team keeping a tidy and low stress workplace.
Would highly recommend PES to anyone considering a solar & battery installation.

Possibly the best customer service from any organisation I've ever dealt with.
What an amazingly positive experience the whole process was from first contact to follow up. The Positive Energy Solutions team were knowledgeable, friendly, thoroughly professional and quick to respond to my questions and numerous requests for quoting options. I found the installation of both panels, inverter and battery completely satisfactory. Sales staff were helpful and clear in the information they provided. The installers were punctual, polite and friendly. They provided all the information and advice I needed before leaving the premises. All assistance to organise the grid connection was provided. Positive Energy Awesome Job
I was sick of getting higher and higher power bills so I contacted a few solar companies. Positive Energy was the one that really stood out from the rest with their friendly not pushy service.I spoke with Adon he was very professional and informative. I phoned Adon on a number of occasions I had plenty of questions about my new solar system because I am no solar expert Adon answered all my questions using language I could easily understand. As someone with no expertise in solar systems I really appreciate how clearly he explained everything to me.

Mark was extremely helpful and no pressure during the consult - answered all my questions on the day, and all my emails before and after install. Ryan and the team were fantastic on the day of install, and everything looks like it was installed to a professional finish.Going in I had no idea what I really wanted or needed, and was glad to be given 3 suitable options to base our decision on. In the end we went with the middle option, and we are currently at 99% self sufficiency. The system is currently exceeding our expectations, and the technology behind the app the system uses was a welcome addition. Very happy customer.
