Fairest and Best
Positive Energy Solutions provided a competitive quote with total transparency about the quality of their products.Installation ran smoothly, the sparkies were professional, friendly and obviously very experienced as they finished the job quickly with no issues.
Positive Energy Solutions offer elite customer service, very easy to contact them over both email or over the phone for queries. They explained every stage and step and organised all the paperwork applications for the government rebates.
I really cannot fault Louis and his team, thank you for all your help.

Satisfied all around
I was happy with the quoting process, as I wasn't exactly sure the size of the system I wanted. They were patient and updated it for me as figured out what I wanted to get.The installation went surprisingly quickly. I was given an initial install date, but they ended up bringing it forward a month, which was fortunate, as it meant we got to benefit from the system before summer was over. They sent two crews on the day and they were done around lunchtime, which I found impressive.
I was satisfied with the customer service throughout the process.

Professional Installation and Outstanding Service
The quoting process was easy and clear. The team came out to review the house, provided a detailed quote, and talked us through the best options so we could make the right decision.They were also very helpful during the application process and always answered any questions promptly.
The installation went smoothly. The installers arrived on time, were friendly and polite, and left everything neat and tidy.

Neat and efficient service
From the time I was first contacted by Maya Sinclair, Energy Consultant for Positive Energy Solutions in early February 2026 and provided with a detailed quotation until my new 8.8kW PV System and 19kWh Battery was installed on 18 May, I have been completely satisfied with the helpful advice regarding the available options for components and the regulations concerning location and installation within my garage.Electrician Nathan Wood and the other members of the installation team were courteous and efficient and completed a very tidy installation, including removal of our old solar system, all within one day. From the time the sun came up on Tuesday morning I have drawn negligible power from the grid!

Excellent from start to finish
The quote process was smooth with us making various changes as we gained a better understanding of our requirements. Installation crew led by Hiroshi were punctual, courteous and professional, we need to make some changes with the installation, and the team ran through the reasons why and gave us comfort the system would still operate within expectations. Super professional work
Positive Energy was the only company to come to my house in order to make a quote (the other company’s quotes were generic and didn’t take into account the individual situation of my home). It was clear that Positive are experts in their field, and their rep gave me lots of invaluable and objective information, with good follow-up. Great installers, easy to deal with, no pushy sales team
Really easy process, Madison in sales was not pushy, just straightforward and clear with quote options. Ashley and the installation team were prompt, efficient and easy to deal with, and inspired confidence. Clear discussion of what was happening, a few minor adjustments on site, all went really well. Post installation questions answered clearly. Will happily deal with them again if/when we add some more panels. A real contrast to another agreed supplier who pulled out at 2 days notice.

A great company to deal with - before and after the installation.
There are cheaper companies out there but I was happy to pay a bit more for such a good install and decent advice along the way as I navigated brands and capacity of gear.Installation was exceptional as were the installers. A really tidy install and great handover. I really appreciated the care taken with the panel placement to avoid shading from the roof mounted hardware. The system is working flawlessly - I couldn't be happier!

Stress free installation
The experience from quoting to installation has been an easy and stress free.Mark was helpful and transparent and quick to answer all my queries. He gave me options which were clearly explained and did so in a professional manner.
The installation and all electrical work was smooth sailing. The contractors were great to deal with and got the job done without any problems and left the area tidy.
The admin team were very efficient as all paperwork was in place and kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to install a solar system

Great company easy to deal with
Sales process was great. I changed my mind a few times but they were easy to deal with even when I upgraded batteries 3 days before install. Installers were polite and friendly and got the job done a couple hours ahead of schedule. The App was up and working before they were done. I was up on site for the install but one of the Positive Energy guys are coming around to help guide me through the process when I'm back in Perth. I've referred Positive Energy on to a couple work mates and family!!!

Very Happy with Positive Energy
I was impressed with Rory’s sales pitch. This was so much better than a couple of other companies who were far too pushy.Our installer, Ashley and his team were great - punctual, friendly, and Ashley explained everything clearly.
We found the process of applying for the govt rebates a little bit confusing but everything worked out well in the end.
The app to track our power use, panels and battery is great.
I thoroughly recommend Positive Energy to those who are trying to decide whether to get a battery and who to go with.
Make the best use of our wonderful sunshine and a great company!

No nonsense customer service
The sales process was nice and easy with polite customer service. They set the expectations for install early and kept to their dates.The install had a team of 3 or 4 workers who were in and out of my house in a short 3 - 4 hours on a hot day.

Outstanding service at every level.
The sales and quoting process was really good. The information given was clear and concise with substantial supporting information such that I felt like I was making an informed decision, not receiving a sales pitch. Tom was particularly helpful - taking time to talk through our concerns and questions as well as working with me to ensure that I would financially benefit from the addition of a battery.Installation was excellent. The installer Ladell and his assistant turned up exactly when they said they would, cracked on and just got it done. It was a very neat install complete with bollards to protect the battery (it's in my carport).
Customer service was thorough and appropriate. I've had several follow up emails and message confirming payment, the manual and also a snapshot of our power efficiency with the battery online. Also some advice on how to reduce our enerfgy bill further.
Overall this is as good an experience as I have had with renovations and upgrades. Everything was clear, well presented, timely and professional.

Excellent service throughout the process
Sales/quote process was very smooth. I went with Positive Energy Solutions because of their professionalism and price.The installation went smoothly. The installation team arrived exactly on time, were extremely efficient, polite and helpful. They picked up all rubbish and took it with them.
Before departing they explained how it worked, helped me download the app and showed me how to check the power use from the grid.

Great company to deal with from start to finish!
Was a smooth process from the quoting stage to install.Positive energy solutions worked out 3 relevant options to choose from and were always transparent with pricing and install timeframes.
The install was done on the day booked and the install team were very professional.
I could not fault the install and everything has been working flawlessly.
The install team were top notch!
In summary I am glad I researched quality companies through Solarquotes.
Maybe there are cheaper options out there but I would sooner not play russian roulette with a company of lesser quality.

Great install and customer service!
From the initial consultation, Mark was very informative and took the time to explain the best options for my home and our current and future energy needs. He also made the rebates and government incentives easy to understand.Once I chose the system, the team guided me through all the paperwork and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
On installation day, Nathan and the team arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and clearly explained what they were doing. The installation was neat and exactly how I had envisioned, and they made sure I understood how to use the system and app.
After everything was completed, Mark and the team followed up to check in and even offered helpful advice on energy plans with Synergy.
Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend this company. Thanks again!

Great experience with Installer and awesome, neat System!
Positive Energy installed our new solar and battery systems and removed our old panels and inverter. The installation guys arrived at 6:30am and worked relentlessly until the job was finished (Aaron and his team). They were very polite, professional, neat and tidy. We have a SigEnergy 32 Kw/h battery with 15kW solar, a 10 kW inverter and also a gateway. From the initial dialogue with Positive Energy (sales representative Adon Sims) to the installation and after market support (early days but can't fault so far) I really couldn't be happier with the whole process. Great Experience
I had a great experience with Positive Energy Solutions. Our consultant Louis gave customer service that was professional, informative, prompt and polite. After making enquiries with another company and receiving a barrage of emails, calls and texts, it was refreshing to deal with a company that listened to what I wanted, made recommendations, explained the options and left me to consider all the information without high-pressure sales techniques. There were some minor hold ups on the install, but Louis was quick to respond and explain or amend these. Louis assisted from the consult, through to the close of the job, including applications for government interest-free loans and subsidies/grants. Very positive sales and installation experience.
Our experience with Positive Energy Solutions has been first rate. Tom was excellent during the sales process, and provided multiple options and dealt with all of my questions without fuss. We opted for a Sungrow system and so far it is delivering exactly as described.The installation team were also superb. They were mindful of the fact we work at home, kept noise to a minimum and kept me informed as the job went along. They were all done in 1.5 days when it was 39/40 degrees.
I was shown how to use the app and had a thorough explanation of the new switchboard and startup/shutdown process for the PV system.
Overall I have zero complaints and we are very happy.

Excellent quoting process
The quoting process was very good. We asked many questions, and were treated with great patience and respect. Positive Energy was not the cheapest quote but had our confidence that we were receiving a quality product that would meet our needs.The customer service post installation could be improved.
Soon after installation, our 3 PH bore reticulation pump stopped working. We raised this with the company, and thought the solar installer would come out to have a look. However, we were asked to get in a bore/reticulation technician to investigate the issue. Our electrician advised that the Solar Installer had changed the order of the incoming phase wires at our switchboard and caused the 3 PH bore pump motor to spin in the opposite direction. Our electrician had to swap the position of a couple of the wires to correct the rotation. We have provided feedback to Positive Energy that the Solar Installer should have tested that our retic worked before they left our premises.

Impressive customer service
Increasing my battery capacity took longer than I'd liked, and there was a hiccup with the system not working initially. However, Maya at Positive Energy Solutions corrected everything within 24 hours. She stayed in touch for a week afterward to answer my questions and ensure everything was running smoothly. Her professionalism and "above and beyond" attitude made a troublesome situation much easier to handle.Battery rating: 4/5

Simple, smooth, and convenient
The team at Positive know what they're doing from start to finish, from system sizing, to product selection, to good communication and follow ups.PES modified my previous solar set-up to incorporate a Sigenergy hybrid inverter, home gateway, and AC charger paired up to my previously installed solar panels.
Over 3 months in now and everything performs smoothly - much appreciated.

Seamless process from go to whoa (i.e. quote to installation), very competitive price for a 24kWh battery only system, great technical assistance and installed within 2 weeks when other suppliers were nominating 10 - 12 weeks for supply and install.The selected SigEnergy battery (3 x 8kWh modules) and integral inverter are a perfect fit and the App allows real time monitoring that it intuitive and has great flexibility

Mike and the team at Positive Energy Solutions have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of, first, upgrading my solar panels and inverter, and later, adding a battery to the system.They’ve been consummate professionals all the way along the line.
I’ve already recommended them to a friend, who subsequently got solar installed and is very happy with the result.
My 100 year old cottage presented some unique challenges, but nothing was too much trouble and everything was done in a manner that reflected the company name: It was positive, there were solutions, and I have solar and now battery energy.
