Very happy with my system

I’m incredibly happy with my solar system. The entire process, from quote to installation, was seamless, quick, and efficient. I opted for a large system, which meant a significant investment in price, but so far, one week into having my solar system and battery system installed, I’ve only used less than 1% of my power from the grid. I’ve already recommended Positive Energy Solutions to all my friends and family!

Very impressed with the service and professionalism of the positive energy team! We had multiple questions during different stages and they were more than happy to answer. I had a particular product in mind so I did need to wait a while, however the continued communication and willingness to sort out the delivery and installation was appreciated.
On battery installation day, the team had to make some positioning adjustments with the inverter so we could get the optimal use of our equipment and they were happy to accommodate!
Post install support has also been great with thorough documentation provided.
I'd highly recommend if you want a good quality of service in Perth

Really helpful advice from the Positive Energy team and the installer was a great help too.

The Positive Energy team were very helpful and easy to deal with. Louis’ advice even helped me save money as I had done my own research and decided on the amount of solar panels I required - he advised I wouldn’t need that many for my power usage and saved me the cost of installing extra panels which was very much appreciated.

Knowledgeable and friendly team

My quote was conducted by email, but there were no issues and they had been out and seen my neighbours house earlier. The team doing the install worked well together and kept me informed during the day. All the packaging etc was cleared and taken away. I'd already downloaded the app and checked it out, there were no issues with using it.

Very easy to deal with. Fantastic installation!

The quoting process was very detailed and tailored to our property and requirements.

The team was on time and very polite. Cleaned up everything and left no mess at all.

Great end to end service and product

We selected Positive Energy from three recommendations from Solar Quotes as they were the most responsive and informative.

Maddy from Positive Energy was great at point of sale
The installers were very knowledgeable. And they went the extra mile and activated and tested the battery back up that wasn’t set up properly by the original installer.

The extra battery capacity now kept is on battery from dusk to 6 am in the morning. Drawing from grid for just two hours.

Now we have an almost off grid system and battery back up for around 9-12 hours by my calculations.

Great job by Positive Energy from point of contact; sale and to install.

Very Happy Beside the Seaside!

We’ve just had a large solar and battery system installed at our new home, taking advantage of the new state and federal rebates. We were directed to Positive Energy by Solar Quotes. The entire process was swift and efficient. The installation took place much sooner than we anticipated, but that was good.
The installation team were friendly, polite, professional and efficient, it was a decent sized install.
From our initial contact through the admin process and then the installation, everything has been exceptionally smooth.

A Joy From Start To Finish

Mark from Positive Energy Solutions was the second quote we got of three for our system (larger than standard due to having a three phase power connection to the house), but after meeting with him we were confident they'd be the winner, only getting the third quote to complete our due diligence. Mark was informative and patient, answering all our questions professionally and easily, and the installation team were fantastic, arriving on time and were professional and respectful for the entire process. We had our panels and battery installed separately, and for both installation visits Hiro and his team were everything you'd want from an installer: Efficient, professional, and very tidy. Overall we were thrilled with the process, with excellent communication (Mark handling all the paperwork and communications for the grid connection) and top notch work (Hiro explaining comprehensively how the whole system worked after the installs), we cannot recommend the team from Positive Energy Solutions highly enough.

Old school service, new school tech

Mike was very competitive in his quoting, and set everything out in detail so that I could understand the cost, but it was his knowledge and the fact that positive Energy would be around in the future should we need them, he knew how the system that I wanted performed and did not try to sell me a different product The installation team were on time, tidy, professional and explained the whole system to me, very good.
Positive Energy provided that old school service that is sadly lacking these days, but are incredibly on point with current and developing technologies.

Sungrow Domestic Battery upgrade

Another big thankyou to Positive Energy Solutions for a trouble-free capacity upgrade to our domestic battery. This enhances the solar system and EV charger already installed at our home by them recently.
The whole process has been very straight forward and efficient, from quote to install and commissioning. Positive Energy dealt directly with the necessary third parties and rebate process throughout, with minimal inputs needed from us. Perfect From Start to Finish

From first contacting Positive Energy to the finished install, it has been a seamless and positive experience.
Sales rep Bree sent clear and useful information to aid the decision-making process. There was no pressure and our individual needs and goals were catered for.
Once the deposit was paid, the admin team made payment and pre-install requirements easy to navigate. Email responses always quick and helpful. The applications for the battery rebate and DEBS were all taken care of - we barely lifted a finger.
Install was earlier than inspected, the team on site were respectful, efficient and left our house in impeccable condition.
We are delighted with the result and obsessed with the new app to watch our solar journey proceed.

I obtained 2 quotes and selected 1 based on product knowledge, attention to detail and install schedule. Level above the rest

Thank you Positive Energy Solutions for making single phase 10kW inverters and larger solar arrays possible in WA before July 1st 2025.

I have been limited by my existing 5kw inverter output during summer. When I heard Western Power were increased the limit from July, I started looking into doing an upgrade.
That's when I came across Positive Energy Solutions and to my surprise, they already had approval from Western Power and Fronius to install 10kW GEN24 inverters in Western Australia.
I reached out to Mark and he immediately impressed me with his knowledge, gave me lots of information specific to my current installation and was quick to respond even during the beginning of the battery rebate mayhem.
I also contacted my previous installer, and other solar suppliers regarding 10kw single phase inverters and nobody else could provide specific information on this option.
The quote was accepted and I had an install date in under 2 weeks booked. Western Power approvals arrived in the same day as the deposit paid.
The installers arrived on time and did a great job in a timely manner. Positive Energy finalised the remote commissioning and added the new inverter to my existing Solar Web account so I still got to keep all my existing data
The system is now generating 19% more yield on a sunny day in winter than the previous installation and that will be a lot more once the generation limits are lifted in July! 40.2kwh production in June is amazing!

Thanks again to Mark and the whole Positive Energy Solutions team for making this option possible. They are clearly a level above the rest in Western Australia. I highly recommend them to anyone

Excellent Service

I took over 4 years to get solar installed after my initial contact with Positive Energy Solutions. In that time I've asked a ton of questions as I've progressed through a house build and changes to technology and government policy. Mark has been consistently approachable throughout.

After finally committing, Mark laid out the process and timeframe for stage 1 install (battery is stage 2} simply and clearly. The install team were great and have left a neat job.
After the trauma of residential construction, Positive Energy Solutions have been a dream to deal with.

Good job, took care and didn't rush- focus to providing best possible options installation

Competitive pricing for 9.68kw Jinko Panels 10kw Fronius Hybrid Inverter and WattPilot charger to a 2 story brick and tile house.

No rush job on installation, near enough 2 days and installers achieved near impossible by finding a small hole in the wall between ground and upper floor slab cavity and then the cavity down to the garage meaning no need for external conduits.

Installation of sub boards and inverter and Watt Pilot very neat.
All tile breakages tiles were replaced, around 15 tiles all up.

All ladder work used protection for gutters and all rubbish and broken tiles removed from site.

PES provided a user Manual , set up the Fronius connections and provided support for settle in questions
