Smooth uncomplicated purchase and installation process.
The sales quoting process was unpressured, non-stressful and helpful. I believe I was provided with a balanced mid-range quote of a system that was mid-tier on Solar Quotes webpage and seemed integrated to me. My quote included a car charger and essentials backup. The installers, Baywest Electrical Pty Ltd were on-time, pleasant to deal with and performed a tidy professional job in my opinion.

Excellent installer
I signed up to Positive Energy because of excellent customer service. I valued a WA company based in Perth, a face to face visit at my home and the time spent to answer all my questions. The company had a good range of variable priced panel,inverters and batteries to choose. Once I signed up the whole process was efficient and streamlined with excellent communication. All paperwork was taken care of with Synergy and only a short time between signing and installation. The installation went very well, contractors were polite, communicated what they were doing and were very tidy. Assistance was provided to download the Sigenergy App, informative explanation of how to use was given and Sigenergy manuals emailed, system was setup and ready to go. Great Solar Company and Workmanship!
Positive Energy Solutions quoting process was clear and well?organised. System options, pricing, and expected performance were explained in a straightforward way, and communication during this stage was prompt and informative without any pressure.The installation team arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were polite throughout the job, kept the work area tidy, and completed the installation to a professional standard. Cleanup was thorough, and the overall process was well?managed.
Customer support was responsive and practical. The team assisted with the grid?connection requirements and provided clear guidance on using and monitoring the system. Follow?up communication ensured everything was operating correctly.

Quality at a cost
While the price was on the higher side, it was comparable to other premium battery systems suppliers/installer on the market in Western Australia. Although there are cheaper alternatives available, I ultimately chose the Sigenergy system through Positive Energy Solutions (PES) because it best suited the requirements of my setup.Throughout the process, the team was excellent with communication. Initially, they were hesitant about my preferred installation approach, but after conducting a site inspection, they agreed that my proposed location was suitable and completed the installation as originally requested. From that point onwards, they were responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.
One thing worth noting is that, while I had expected PES to use their own installation team, they engaged a third-party electrical contractor to carry out the installation. This may be a concern for some customers, but in my experience, the electricians were professional, appropriately qualified, and all warranty and after-sales support continue to be managed through PES.
The installation itself was completed to a high standard. There was an apprentice on site, and while one of them accidentally left some minor marks on the battery enclosure, the lead electrician went above and beyond in several other aspects of the installation, which more than made up for the cosmetic issue.
Overall, while Positive Energy Solutions may not be the cheapest option, the quality of their communication, willingness to work with my requirements, and the overall installation experience gave me confidence in their service. If they were to offer other products or services that met my needs in the future, I would certainly consider using them again.

Exceptional service from the get go.
The quote I received from the sales lady was outstanding, easy to follow, and because I had done my due diligence I found I knew what she was saying exactly, after having several quotes from other cheaper companies. I knew the minute she finished explaining it all to me that I was going with Positive Energy. Every part of the process from the discount, WA state gov rebate and the $10,000 interest free loan over 10 yrs was the sealer. All paperwork was done for me. The installation with Tristan and his team was flawless, punctual, very tidy and the boys were very polite. They were prompt with answering my emails and I was able to understand the process. Louis was great. Positive Energy were excellent. From my first request for a quote to the installation. Communication was timely and clear. They made me feel the job at my home was a priority for them. They are very busy so I thought I would get the “see in I 4 months” talk but I did not. Absolute best experience we could have ever hoped for!
After a lot of research on solar companies and reputation, we decided to go with Positive Energy as a local WA company and I’m so glad we did!From start to finish everything was easy, super great communication, recommendations and they took the time to answer every query I had before purchase. No pushy sales talk or upselling to what we didn’t need, excellent products and amazing after sales service.
The installers were the best and took a lot of care to do the job really well.
We even got sent a customised instruction manual with photo’s of our equipment, switch box and everything labeled for our own house!
I don’t write many online reviews but wanted to take the time to let others know about Positive Energy to avoid pushy sales and quality equipment at a fair price.

Great Experience with Positive Energy Solutions
Dealing with Positive Energy Solutions was a great experience from start to finish.Competent, confident and professional from the outset providing logical options and up to date advice on available systems.
Realising that most people will get two or three quotes at least, PES were not pushy and had the confidence to know that their offering would be competitive. PES looked after all the required paperwork and approvals very efficiently.
The installation was slick with a polite and amicable team keeping a tidy and low stress workplace.
Would highly recommend PES to anyone considering a solar & battery installation.

What an amazingly positive experience the whole process was from first contact to follow up. I found the installation of both panels, inverter and battery completely satisfactory. Sales staff were helpful and clear in the information they provided. The installers were punctual, polite and friendly. They provided all the information and advice I needed before leaving the premises. All assistance to organise the grid connection was provided. Positive Energy Awesome Job
I was sick of getting higher and higher power bills so I contacted a few solar companies. Positive Energy was the one that really stood out from the rest with their friendly not pushy service.I spoke with Adon he was very professional and informative. I phoned Adon on a number of occasions I had plenty of questions about my new solar system because I am no solar expert Adon answered all my questions using language I could easily understand. As someone with no expertise in solar systems I really appreciate how clearly he explained everything to me.

Solar upgrade with battery
The sales process was excellent after solar quotes provided our contact to a number of installers. They were most competitive with their quote. The delivery was on time, polite, tidy and informative. The company assisted with providing the correct documentation to the electricity company for connection to the grid and assisted with documentation regarding applying for the interest free loan from WA government. Ecstatic with the add on battery to my existing solar system. Positive energy took the time to come to site and chat about the system. They arranged everything. I went with PES because they gave me the option to have the consultant come to the house. It felt like a more personal experience. They could physically see the roof screw lines etc.Their communications process was clear. The subcontractors that did the install were very neat and careful.

Amazing service from quote to installation
I wholeheartedly recommend Positive Energy olutions who set me up with new solar panels and a Sigenergy battery. I asked many questions at the quoting stage and I was given prompt and comprehensive explanations by Madison, who was fantastic. Scheduling the installation was quick and the installers on the day were extremely polite, very hard-working and explained the whole process to me, including install, how the system functions and the app to track my energy use and supply. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the this company. Great service from start to finish.
Right from the first contact I knew I was dealing with the right company.Mark and the team were great to deal with. They were able to answer all my questions and concerns, and even supplied documentation to back up their answers. Nothing was too hard. I received answers, updates and confirmations in a timely manner and the whole process was straight forward.

Quick and easy
Positive Energy Solutions were the only company that came out to the property to quote, far more personalised than the other generic over the phone quotes. Neil spent time to discuss our specific needs and products that would suit. 6 weeks later it was installed!Installation team were on time, pleasant and had the system up and running in half a day.
Follow up by the team a few days later was perfect as by then I had time to go through the app myself and my questions ready that were answered promptly.
Such a smooth process all round and I’m happy I’m getting the best out of my purchase.

We love our solar and battery system!
Positive Energy were super professional to deal with. Unlike other solar companies I contacted to get quotes from, Positive Energy didn't drag their feet to send me a quote and they came out to meet with me like they said they would. Great to experience all round
Throughout the entire process of gathering information, providing a competitive quote, following up with promises to contact me, communicating in a timely manner, Positive Energy Solutions are a very professional company. Everything was explained in detail, deadlines were kept with the result of a great outcome. I am now 93% energy self sufficient with a 25 kWh Sigenergy battery, 10 kW inverter and 28 panels. There have been some bleak days yet the system is proving to be very effective in powering my requirements. Brilliant Service - Pre, During and Post Install
The quoting process was really pain free and diligent. They respectfully responded to a gammit of queries and didn't use pressure sales techniques.The installation process was better than I could have even expected.
The installers were punctual, really diligent, did a tidy job and provided evidence of it after completion. They were also really respectful and courteous even whilst my dog carried on!
Afterward they walked me through the system and safety measures. Afterward, the sales consultant contacted me with additional system set up tips to consider.
The customer service was impeccable... Once I'd signed on with them, they managed everything and kept me informed.
I would strongly recommend them and the SigEnergy products as well.

Good system, but sub-optimal installation and communications
The initial sales process was OK, but it fell apart when we needed to make a change to the inverter due to finding out my build would be three phase. They recommended a change which i accepted but they didn't explain this would impact the number of MPTT and change the agreed string configuration. I would possibly have reduced the number of panels and re-oriented the strings had I been told.The installation was heavily delayed from the date agreed during the sales cycle, with no communications this was going to be the case until chasing multiple times for an update. The retirement of an installer is beyond their control, but they should have told me straight away that there was an impact so I had a chance to look for an alternative.
The installer's apprentice drilled all the way through my garage wall into my bathroom not once, but three times. Created a huge mess, which they did clean up and remediate but obviously this was a serious lack of care and attention during the install. The installer was however very polite, and very apologetic about the mistake.
I was away on the install day, and my wife said the installer rushed through the maintenance cycle process and how to shut down or switch over, so we were very reliant on the user manual which arrived later, but was not easy to follow.
Overall the system was fair value, and seems a good one though i am unable to validate whether the configuration is actually optimal.
I consider the company could have communicated much better and had more forthright conversations about the install approach pros and cons, and should really have re-modelled the efficiency of the system changes under the new configuration and given me the full information to make a decision on, rather than missing the step of informing me, and then completing the install before I found out there had been an impact.

Totally wrapped
We have recently (May 2026) had a 10.56 kwt Solar Panel System + a 24 Kwt Battery system installed by Positive Energy Solutions. Our experience was extremly positive from the initial contact to final installation.Mark the Sales Cobsultant was polite, extremely knowledgable and got back quickly to us with further inquiries that we had.
The intalll was completed on time, neat, clean and very professional..
They were patient to illustrate how the App worked. This has been a great benefit to allow us to undetstand and monitor our system.
Our contact with the Office was always punctual and professional.
Since install of Our Sigenergy 24 Kwt Battery System and 10kwt Inverter our system we have been operating at 99.9% self-sufficient. Extremlely happy!

Fairest and Best
Positive Energy Solutions provided a competitive quote with total transparency about the quality of their products.Installation ran smoothly, the sparkies were professional, friendly and obviously very experienced as they finished the job quickly with no issues.
Positive Energy Solutions offer elite customer service, very easy to contact them over both email or over the phone for queries. They explained every stage and step and organised all the paperwork applications for the government rebates.
