Professional & Helpful Solar Purchase & Installation

After speaking with several suppliers, I met Mike from Positive Energy Solutions. At the time, our project, a substantial renovation, was in its very early stages.

Throughout a long, incredibly slow and painful build process, Mike stayed in contact. He was always very positive and enthusiastic. This was greatly appreciated.

When we were finally ready for installation, the PES team were all over it. The guys were fast and efficient, including with the setup and demonstration processes.

All-in-all, our experience with PES was, pardon the pun, very positive! We would highly recommend Mike and the PES team.

Professional & Helpful Solar Installation

Very happy to highly recommend Positive Energy Solutions for all the help, support, expertise and care they provided to help us install solar energy.

After finally getting the opportunity to invest in this, I met with several companies – all good – but Neil, from the outset in representing Positive Energy, was so professional, informative, supportive and helpful. Not to say patient with my questions! But the details of the quote, the time to explain the quote and what is required and what options would be best were fantastic.

Once confirmed things moved quickly and easily and important to also mention Maria (Sales Assistant) and James (installer and electrician) who maintained the high standard of very professional service, help and attention.

Whilst wanting solar installation was an easy and obvious choice - making the decision as to who to trust was install daunting but made very easy by Positive Energy. Only positive comments from us based on our experience from start to end. With thanks to Neil, Maria and James.

All went smoothly, prompt quote supplied with advice, very easy dealing with supply authority since most was done for us.
The installation team was prompt and finished in less than a day, helped set up website information page. All of which was good but the efficiency of the new replacement system is like chalk and cheese !!

Solar Install - With No Complaints!

From the first contact the Positive Energy Solutions experience was as the name suggests - positive. It was that positive that after receiving the site visit and quote from Louis, and pondering for a couple of days, I decided to go ahead without getting other quotes. The installation experience was professionally managed, and Damian did a great job. The grid connection was all managed by PES, and by the time Damian left, I had logged in to the proprietary app and was able to instantly see the results of the system on a beautiful sunny day. I look forward to payback over the next 3-4 years!
(Footnote: My wife, who had been somewhat averse to solar panels on the roof, decided that the 6 "Neo-Satin" sleek black panels we could see from the road were actually not too bad!)

Prompt & professional

The quoting process was informative and simple and the main reason that I chose this installer. They really got to understand my wants and needs and gave me the relative options to achieve them. The installers were polite and prompt and the installation was neat and they left the area tidy. I had a brief run down of the operations and the system worked perfectly first time. My charger was installed separately and I did have some initial problems with its operations but the service team eventually were able to correct these issues to my satisfaction.

Excellent All Round

Dealing with Positive Energy Solutions has been a stress-free experience from start to finish. Out of the half-dozen quotes received, they were the only company to quote for the panel layout that was specified in the request and were very responsive to any questions about the system.

Their installers were on-time, quick and great to deal with and the system has been working better than expected.

Great service all round

Positive Energy was fantastic from start to finish.
Louis came over late on a weekday and ran me through a few different options. Just laid facts, didn’t feel like your typical sales quote. I had my two kids screaming at me and he was such. Good communicator I got all the info I needed. Very patient from Louis I must say!
Install went great, all done in a day and I’m happily viewing my system working on the app supplied. A data nerds dream!

Seamless from Start to Finish

Positive Energy Solutions recently installed solar panels, a battery, and a heat pump, and I couldn’t be more impressed.
From my initial enquiry through to the onsite visit, they explained all the available options to ensure I could maximise the return on my investment.
Positive Energy took care of the entire application process making it a seamless process

On installation day, the team was highly professional and efficient. After commissioning the system, the installer walked me through how everything worked, ensuring I fully understood the setup.

They certainly live up to their name. We had a positive experience from start to finish.

The advice given by Mark was really helpful and he was very patient with all my questions and husbands followup questions.

Maria in the office was delightful and very accommodating when we needed to reschedule our install.

On install day, Kyle and his team were very professional and polite. They setup my solar app and showed me how it worked.

My husband has been in the building trade all his life and was impressed with their workmanship and attention to detail.

Years ago we had solar panels installed. We recently decided to put in a battery, and after reviewing several suppliers, selected Positive Energy Solutions. The best decision we have made – they explained the battery operation clearly, and the installation was flawless – the installation team was polite, professional and efficient. We subsequently decided to increase the number of panels and went straight back to Positive Energy Solutions. We were offered different solutions to our need, made the selection and had the panels installed – and again their installation team was a pleasure to work with. I was so pleased with the company I recommended them to a friend who subsequently installed a battery and additional solar panels with Positive Energy Solutions and he too is very pleased with the decision to use them.

Fantastic experience

We can't recommend Positive Energy enough. Louis gave us a deal so good we couldn't turn it down, and with their easy-to-setup finance option, going forward was a no-brainer.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Positive Energy Solutions. From start to finish, they truly looked after me.

Louis and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer my questions. They guided me through the entire process with care and made sure I understood every step. The installation was smooth, and the results have exceeded my expectations.

Last night we had a black out in our area, 2000 houses with no power apparently, but there was one with power albeit specific to certain things in my house which was because of my back up battery. In addition to this I am finding I am self sufficient during the night due to power stored in the battery.

The unit is compact with no noise at all and can be installed outside which is very beneficial if space is of the optimum.

It was recommended I look into the Midday Synergy Saver. I now enjoy lower energy bills and the satisfaction of using clean, renewable energy. If you're considering solar, Positive Energy Solutions is the one to trust. They genuinely care about their customers and their work.

Fantastic installation team and great service

The sales team and quoting were so easy even got them to quote for install of my EV charger and price was very competitive.The installation was amazing - even if it was raining at the time, the guys just would not stop unless it was very slippery on the roof (metal roofing). They were on time and did not stop until it was finished - no mess either. Grid connection etc was all organised by Positive Energy and the installers showed me how to connect to the app etc. My EV charger was also connected so that it used the solar before drawing off the grid - excellent team

We chose Positive Energy Solutions for a few reasons. We went overboard with our own research, and this was our 3rd system purchase. Mark’s knowledge, research and options provided to us was significantly better than the 3 other companies we spoke with when building the system and providing a quote. The installation was seamless, neat, and tidy. The solar and battery has performed seamlessly in the 6 months or so since the install. Mark regularly checks in to ensure the system is running smoothly. He even fixed an issue remotely (it was user error) that he noticed while monitoring the status of our system when we were on holidays. I would recommend Positive Energy Solutions to anyone looking at purchasing a solar and battery system.

Technically sound, serious and perfect communication with them!

From the first meet up with Positive Energy, I was impressed by the technical level of knowledge of this company. The run through, the pros and cons clearly stated. Planning was as suggested, communication seamlessly and installation was a breeze with adequate advice on how the process works (incl. Western Power meter upgrades). Professional and tidy installer

Louis provided a face to face consultation and explanation of the product and quote. He was not pushy, just polite and informative. The installers were punctual, friendly and tidy. They organised the grid connection and explained how my inverter works and how to troubleshoot if required. They did a follow-up and provided photos of my roof with my new solar panels. It was a pleasure dealing with Positive Energy.

I have been very impressed with the service and response from Positive Energy. From the initial sales call I made enquiring about their services, their in-home consultation and navigating the tricky install with the roof and battery requirements, I have found them to be responsive to my queries, detailed in the information they have sent me and willing to assist wherever possible.

Louis was extremely patient throughout the initial sales and concept stage, presenting me with several options to fit my budget. Their installers were friendly, polite, very professional, and fastidious when at my home, with no cleanup required once they had completed the work. Both Positive Energy and their installers communicated well, advising me of when they would be at my home, what access they required, and when they needed to return to complete the installation due to the weather conditions.

I would thoroughly recommend Positive Energy and highly rate the service I received.

Great installation done by by great people!

Mark and the team were informative and easy going throughout the solar installation process. I was very happy with the installation; the panels look great and are performing well. The initial meeting was useful and I was never pressured into the purchase/installation. The installers were punctual, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. The software to monitor solar generation and household consumption is easy to use and was set up for me. The team checked back in after installation to check that everything was running well and I was OK with how everything went.

Everything from the initial on site meeting with Mark to the decision process, payment, booking of the installation and the install and follow up were all excellent. Mark was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. It made my decision an easy one knowing what i was paying for and how it would work for me. Communication with the install team was also excellent. I inspected the finished job and the site was left clean and tidy, we were given a demo of the unit as well. They practically took care of everything including grid connection and we were informed of the progress all the way. Exceptional Energy Solution - Thank you

Solar installation

Got my solar installed today on a winter's day once they where done they set my a solar app on my phone so I can see how much it's produced and even on a cloudy day it was maxing out! Cheers to Louis and his team ? highly recommend!
