Why did we wait so long?
Spent far too long prevaricating and putting off our decision to get a solar system but we finally bit the bullet, chose Perth Solar Warehouse for a number of reasons and we couldn't be happier.To begin with we were impressed with the friendly. helpful and accommodating staff we dealt with and the solar products were good quality and competitively priced. We also liked the fact that the installers work for the company (this can make a big difference). The final reason (and another important one) was all the great reviews we read.
Perth Solar Warehouse handled all the paperwork and communication regarding the grid installation with Synergy and Western Power and the installation happened on the nominated day. The install team were clean and efficient and even replaced a broken tile they found on the roof that they had nothing to do with. The system has been working without fault since the installation.
Many thanks to Russell, Kate, Penny Lee and Reece and the install team. The fact that I can remember the names of all the staff I dealt with should tell you all you need to know about this company. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Bye bye power bills.
Following a painless and educational sales process,a system was designed for my home and then installed over a 3 day period which included the removal of my old system. The installers were punctual, friendly and above all professional. The standard of their work and the clean up afterwards was impeccable. I was kept informed at all stages of the installation and my input was requested as appropriate.I found PSW to be very good value for money; not the cheapest I found but a very long way from the most expensive; and the 3 phase inverter and Tesla battery have meant that I have not used any power from the grid on several 24 hour periods and very little on the days that i did.

Exceptional experience with PSW
- Quoting was the smoothest and most efficient among the five companies' quotes I compared. No unnecessary home visits—everything was checked online. Their transparent online quoting platform allowed you to easy check options with transparent pricing, and they were non-pushy with minimal follow-up calls or emails. Also very quick turnaround from quote to install.- The customer service and admin team, led by Kate, (with thanks to Penny + Sarah), was fantastic. They kept me informed at every step, providing access to an online portal for status checks, and were super responsive.
- The installation team, comprised of Tyler, Dan, and Brandon, was AMAZING. They were professional, friendly, communicative, diligent, and tidy, even in a slightly awkward roof space. The installation day was perfect.
- Despite prior concerns about Goodwe Wifi setup/monitoring, I had access to the monitoring app on the same install day, and it has been working flawlessly.
- They go above and beyond, and given the fact they were actually as competitive on price as other quotes, I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Transparent friendly and thorough
Quote was fast and detailed and pricing was transparent. All options explained clearly by PSW staff.Installers were on time, fast, clean and friendly and patiently answered all questions asked.
Staff provided all details of what was required after install and did all the organising with Western Power for meter upgrade.

This was an exceptionally good experience. The installers where on site a few minutes before time.
Sales and quoting process was easy and precis.Micheal and Alec were punctual polite and professional. They worked fluently and left the site cleaned up.
After installation I was helped in a great manner. The grid connection was done straight away and I was given very clear answers to my questions.

Too easy
I like direct and itemised approach to quotation and PSW was able to provide me with that at my request. No 60 mins sales pitch to get the price. Yes, not my first set of solar panels and I researched on and off for 2 years.Great on installation day. Time, clean, polite

Throughly professional from start to finish
I found Perth Solar Warehouse by clicking on the Tesla website. They were extremely professional in their assessment of my retrofit battery needs and their sales team was extremely helpful. I supplied them photos of my exisiting setup and switchboard and they promptly replied with a very competitive quote ($1000’s less than most of the competitors quotes). PSW keep their costs down by having no pushy salesmen visit and no expensive advertising budgets. Word of mouth is their biggest asset, and that’s why I’m here now.The install date was agreed to and honoured and the install occurred seamlessly and efficiently. You know it’s a good company when the installer (Rhiece) has been with PSW for over ten years. His knowledge and personality is testament to making the whole experience superb. His team did a beautiful job making sure everything was centred, straight and compliant. It’s no wonder PSW recently won the most-trusted solar retailer/installer for WA in 2023!
From Sales, through to the back-office who arranged the changeover paperwork with Synergy for me, and through to the installation - this was one of those rare experiences where everything worked beautifully. I can not recommend Perth Solar Warehouse enough. Perhaps my only disappointment was that they didn’t appear in my SolarQuotes search. They really should.

Large solar system installed with battery backup.
We went with PWS as their customer ratings were very high and do not use contractors for installation they have them on staff. From initial quoting and advice on different systems available for our requirements we couldn’t be happier with our overall experience with PWS. The installers were fantastic on time everyday and cleaned up at every stage and explained process extemely well.We highly recommend PSW to anyone looking to install solar.

An absolute Pleasure to deal with
I was hesitant when I decided to go on my solar journey. I contacted PSW by email, and from the day of contact to installation, it has been a great experience. Responsive and helpful and not at all pushy which is what I wanted. The installers were absolutely professional and explained all. so easy to deal with I cannot praise PSW enough. Very satisfied with PSW!
We had 6.6kw sole panels and 5kw inverter installed at our Wembley property in July 2023 by the team at Perth Solar Warehouse. We searched a lot of suppliers and wanted a local Perth supplier that we found good value and trustworthy. Everything has been great. Price very competitive. Installation very quick and professional. The overall service and the direct follow ups to help us understand the solar output and how to interpret the Synergy billing was really great. Great company. Exceptional service
Before proceeding with PWS, I obtained other quotes from other solar companies. I found them to be more interested in making a sale, rather than understanding my requirements.I found PWS to be very professional and discussed with me what my requirements were and what system would suit my needs. Definitely no sales pressure like the other installers.
The installation process was first class. The installers made sure I was happy with the layout of the panels and the location of the inverter. They educated me on the system and what to do. It was obvious that PWS having their own install team rather than utilising subcontractors, assured that it was a quality install.
PWS kept me informed at all stages and I literally did not have to worry about anything. They handled the solar rebate, grid connection etc.
I would 100% recommend PWS as they provide a quality service and being local, you are assured you have after sales support.

Top installation
Extremely happy with the install from start to finish. The team of installers led by Blake arrivedon time and were very professional and polite with good communication skills. The team cleaned up after the
install leaving the property tidy.Communication with the sales team was excellent as was the after sales effort

5 star service and support
I have only just had the install last week but the process from initial engagement with Joshua, to the support team, communication, clear systems of what to expect from the process, follow up support, install and feedback have been surprisingly high level. We have a heavily shaded house in shoulder seasons and winter, so I am extremely concerned about the potential return on investment and have spent a lot of time researching before I was comfortable to commit to solar being a viable solution. I have previously engaged a range of suppliers over a number of years and felt a lot of these people were focussed heavily on the ‘calculators’ rather than the reality of how I could realistically expect the system to perform in the real world vs initial investment.Thankfully I engaged with Joshua, he was patient, not pushy, informative and made the process comfortable, understanding the unique needs and concerns. We came up with an option I am, fingers crossed, confident will deliver a return within 5 years and healthy annual savings each year after. The prices were competitive, I was provided a range of options, and we settled on a 10.3kw system, optimised, with a panel layout that helps me maximise my savings when I need the most power.
Time will tell if the calculations were correct, however, I feel like I have been able to arrive at an informed decision without feeling like I was wasting the companies time, which to me, was really important, and what set PSW apart from others. I have recommended PSW to others and will continue to as well. Install was seamless and the main installer, Marcus I think, was knowledgeable and experienced. They don’t slap up the systems, they take their time, are methodical, neat and tidy. Overall, I would highly recommend PSW.

Nice work with the installation, but not with the customer service process.
PSW did a nice job installing the system at my place. The only issue was with the Energy Meter. My friend had it installed as part of the package, but after my installation, I noticed that the app was not showing it. They did not install it and said it was not part of the order, but they did not offer it at the beginning, even though it would cost around $200. I called them the day after, asking to install it, and they wanted to charge about $900 for a device that costs about $100.Supplier Reply:

Sales were professional and prompt and stated the obligations up front.Installation was excellent, quick and tidy.

A dream to work with and great service
The sales and quoting process as great. There are many products so could be even suggest their 3 top preferred options by customers. Installation was seamless, the guys were very polite and friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves.Customer service was seamless, they helped a lot with finance and even when we had issues with our synergy account not being set up correctly. That’s definitely going above the call of duty in my opinion.

Prompt and reliable service
The sales process was straightforward. The installation process could have been better though - some roof tiles were broken. However, customer service and after-sales care was prompt in replacing the 10 of the 12 broken roof tiles.20 September 2023

No hassle and great prices
The first solar installer I contacted that did were upfront on their pricing & gave great options WITHOUT hassling you with phone calls or trying to hook you in by visiting your home first. Honestly appreciated this approach - less stressful when dealing with so many different providers.Installation was just as stress free and the customer service was prompt and no lacking any documentation. Would recommend to any friends wanting to install solar in WA.

Fronius + Jinko Tiger from PSW
It's difficult sorting through the masses of information when choosing a solar system. Solarquotes was a useful source and that's got a lot to do with people posting reviews. I got 3 quotes via Solarquotes, none of which were particularly competitive. But after further research I decided to go with Perth Solar Warehouse (PSW) because they had good reviews, offered a good range of systems at various price points, the system cost was very competitive and they had their own electrical installers. The quoting process was very easy and efficient with good comms throughout and they were easy to contact by email or phone. I was kept up to date with my orders progress at all stages. The crew turned up on time. They discussed the job, worked carefully and were very courteous throughout. The install was very neat and tidy and the site was cleaned up after completion. I got a run through of the system by Alec the sparky before they left site. Follow up from PSW was excellent who organised for the meter change out and grid connection, and sent out all relevant system documents. The system has been running for around six weeks and is reliably producing more than the forecast output. I summary I am confident I chose the right installer and the right system and would not hesitate in recommending PSW as a first class operation.Panel rating: 5/5

PSW - thank you!
We are delighted with the whole process, from pre-sale to post-sale. The crews on site were efficient and professional and did their best with the placement of the panels by taking into account the final look of it from the outside. Today (6/9/23), an unplanned ESM event stops solar generation from around 0840 a.m. We didn't know so we lodged a support ticket and received a phone call within 10 mins. Pretty impressive. Thanks again PSW.

Quick and easy installation of Solar

Service & Delivery - As Good as it Gets
It's nice to have a reason to write a positive review occasionally and this is one of those times.This review is for a replacement inverter only.
Initially my enquiries were about a 6.6kw system with batteries for the home we're building. Confidence was gained as the prices were sharp and my emails were always answered quickly. We're not ready yet to engage but decided to replace our tired/faulty old Orion on the current house in the meantime with a 3kw Goodwe.
We were quoted, booked in and the job was all done very quickly and efficiently at a great EOFY price. Pleased indeed!
Now we are very comfortable looking towards our full house system shortly.

Request for a quote to increase battery capacity was completed professionally and fast.Quote was detailed and price resonable.
Work was to be completed within 2 weeks and I was informed of the installation date, but a earlier date became available and so the work was completed within a week of quote acceptance

Great experience
I did some research into what I wanted and got some great verbal references for PSW before I contacted the company. The saleperson was very helpful, answered all of my questions and was never pushy which made my decision to use them very easy.They made the process simple, the time between signing the contract and having the panels installed was very short, only 2 weeks.
Installation was good, the tradesperons were quick, got the job done and didn't leave behind any mess. Handover at the end of installation was detailed without being complicated.
I would use them again, and have already referred my Dad and sister to use them for their solar panels. My Dad has also already signed up for his installation with PSW.
