Very professional and helpful Installer

Lenergy was polite tidy and punctual in installing the battery. They helped me understand the whole process and how the charger worked. I would totally recommend Lenergy to everyone.

Lenergy - solar and battery install

Communication was A1, the team was very friendly and professional. Clearly describing the functions of the system for someone who isn’t electrically inclined. Price is very good for the quality of product ! Honestly made solar easy as well as an app to track it all. Installation was a breeze and was zero mess to clean up. I would highly recommend the team at Lenergy.

Very happy with the install

Lenergy were professional and honest. They were not the cheapest quote but I understood that and expected to pay more for a high level of service and product. They came onsite during the quoting process and explained the whole process. There was a delay waiting for parts, but they stayed in touch and were prompt and reliable from that point onwards. Happy to recommend Lenergy.

Recommend

Lenergy did a replacement job for me where batteries on my standalone system needed replacing. I later chose to add more.
They were efficient to quote. The installer was great at addressing many teething problems, tidy, polite.

Lenergy solar install

Just one phone call and we were on our way. The on site visit was great, this gave us a better perspective of what to expect. All questions were answered. The installation went off without a glitch. The team were polite and cleaned up afterwards. All connection with our power supply was done with Lenergy the team kept in contact with us before and after. The app is a great resource as I can see whn to start my appliances to get the best saving. What a great local businesses I would recommend you any time.

Great advice and installation

Lenergy gave clear advice and a number of options. They have considerable experience and were up to data with the latest technology.

The installation was punctual, efficient and occurred without problem. Commissioning was delayed on their advice to qualify for the new rebate. the Sigenergy system is excellent. it is flexible and reports useful parameters to get the best out of it.

How was the customer service? e.g. did they help organise the grid connection after the install, or show you how to use the charger?
All technical concerns were answered/ resolved to my satisfaction. I was impressed with some customized videos relating to my needs.

Lenergy staff are polite, professional and technically competent. I have used them for many years. Earlier this year they assisted me to assess damage done to my solar system by a lightning strike. And subsequently identified/ replaced damaged equipment to get the solar system working again.
More recently I chose Lenergy to scale up my battery capacity and I am very happy with the result.

Very good service

We purchased solar panels (LONGi) with a view to adding a battery 6mths later. The solar panel installation included battery readiness (ie hybrid inverter (SunGrow Hybrid 3 phase) and cabling) and 6mths later we added the battery (SunGrow). Post install was excellent (we had one issue and Lenergy fixed it straight away).
Highly recommend Lenergy and they are local to the Southern Highlands!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service provided by Lenergy. From the initial sales consultation through to installation and ongoing customer service, the entire process was seamless and professional.

The sales team were knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain the system design, performance expectations, and cost savings without any pressure. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and safe worksite throughout the job. The quality of workmanship was excellent and clearly done with attention to detail.

Excellent experience

From start to finish Lenergy were extremely professional and reliable and easy to deal with. Theirs was not the cheapest quote but I felt like they recommended a high quality system tailored to my needs. They didn't try to oversell and I feel that what I ended up with matches my needs perfectly. I had one small issue early on, more of a misunderstanding, but this was dealt with in a very responsive and responsible fashion. I've had zero issues since. Highly recommend Lenergy.

A great battery system and a great company to deal with

A few months ago Lenergy supplied and installed a Hinen 5kW inverter and 15kWh-class battery system to work with my existing solar array, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
The value for money was excellent, and the customer service from start to finish was outstanding.
Communication was clear, prompt and honest, and the installation team was professional, tidy and clearly knew their stuff.
The system itself has been performing brilliantly, with the HINEN batteries and smart meter integrating seamlessly into my setup.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would happily recommend Lenergy to anyone looking for a quality solar and battery installation.

Excellent installation

With so many different solar batteries currently available on the market, and almost as many companies selling them, finding a reputable company and fit-for-purpose solar battery option proved harder than expected. The Lenergy sales manager was excellent - and gave honest, transparent and extremely helpful advice with various priced options available.

Followup with the company to arrange an installation date was disappointing as I had to chase them numerous times before a mutually suitable date was agreed upon.

The installation team on the day are to be commended for their punctuality, courtesy, professionalism and excellent communication. The final result is a neat and tidy set of batteries working without an issues. I was assisted to install the user app on my phone and the system was fully operational by the close of day.

Would highly recommend Lenergy to others.

Very happy with our Solar Installation

I found Lenergy to be very helpful and easy to deal with right from the beginning of the quoting process through to supply and implementation. We decided to go with a frame mounted solar panel array in the paddock at the back of our house (for various reasons including the orientation and shading of our house which was not optimal for power production from a roof based installation) which resulted in additional costs and some delays due to weather etc, but the support from Lenergy was excellent throughout the process. Lenergy showed me how to use the Tesla App to monitor the performance of the system and I found it very easy to use.

Great high quality, professional company

Lenergy were fantastic to deal with during our recent battery installation. We shopped around a lot before deciding to go with them. The sales team were professional, not pushy and the most knowledgeable that we experienced during the quotation process. We could actually understand what they were offering and they could explain what we were getting and savings that would be possible. Great communication from the whole team, installation was smooth, fast and effective. Nice and clean throughout the process. Very happy with our battery storage system.

Outstanding company to deal with

Having an on site inspection and being able to discuss my needs with a knowledgeable sales rep ( who then came back as part of the installation team) gave me real confidence form the beginning. Lenergy's quote was the most cost effective of the three I obtained. None of the other companies did a sight inspection, relying on google earth for their information.

Installation was on time, efficient, tidy and careful. The team were friendly and courteous, they all seemed to know their job.

The system was up and running on the afternoon of the installation and has continued to produce "bulk urgs" since September 2022 without fault

Lenergy also fitted our house with ducted air conditioning. Again nothing but praise and appreciation for an excellent job. Again their quote was the best of three.

I would have no hesitation in recomending Lenergy to anyone looking to instal solar power or air conditioning.

Staying local is best

I went through Solar Quotes for a solar installation on our new build in Goulburn NSW.

Lenergy promptly responded with a quote that was competitively priced with quality components. However it didn't stop there. They came out and viewed the house and discussed with us our energy needs; difficult to do on a new build with no previous data.

I always felt that they were selling me a solution to my energy needs rather than just selling a system. As a result, we have ended up with a system that meets our expectations at minimum but exceeds in many.

And the support didn't stop there. They checked up about six weeks after the system was commissioned to make sure it was working to specifications and we were happy.

The quality of service is such that I am now working with the Lenergy team to add a battery to our existing system. And they are across the energy market suggesting options that will reduce costs. And they always happy to take my calls.

I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Lenergy to anybody seeking a new system or adding to an existing installation.

Gave us several solar/battery options via explanatory videos and quotes.
Finally recommended an excellent battery only option to take. Advantage of the Fed subsidy and a retailer with a free energy window
Installed very well with minimal disruption to our life.
After sales service has been great - particularly with remote battery management and a follow-up visit to correct a wiring problem from the solar system.

Solar Equipment Review

Lenergy are by far the best solar installers and suppliers we have ever dealt with far exceeding the services received from two previous companies on our old properties.
Lenergy not only supplied a competitive quotation but also supplied a high quality product and installation service.

Completely satisfied

From the time Lenergy responded to our request for a quote we were very happy. We were offered options in terms of quality of systems. The system was an add-on to a smaller system after we had an extension completed. Installation was scheduled for just a few weeks after we accepted the quote.

The team arrived on time, got on with the job, explained everything well in the hand-over process and left no mess behind. We have never had to call them back for the solar system as there have been no problems.

We have since recommended Lenergy to two neighbours - one has installed, the other will get a quote soon. I think this shows our satisfaction - and we will recommend them again to others when asked.

As we were very happy we then had Lenergy clean all the panels, extend our existing reverse cycle aircon system, and do a full annual service. Once again the team were on time, professional and left no mess.

Very professional

After going for a ‘too good to be true’ solar installation on our roof many years ago, it turned out that we got what we paid for. We had to bring Lenergy in to take it all down only two years later., doing an expanded ground based installation then adding a few Tesla Powerwall batteries. We also have friends who’ve used Lenergy and everyone happy in an industry that’s very competitive with wildly varying after sales support. I’m guessing that today’s government subsidies are a honeypot for the fly by nighters as was the case with our original installation.

Very professional and friendly staff

Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent billing/accounts service. External installation contractor Clean Coast Solar were superb. They worked quickly and efficiently in removing my old solar battery system and installing the new system. They demonstrated a very high level of electrical and mechanical expertise in the install. Their staff were all very friendly and went the extra mile in services such as replacing roof tiles that were already damaged. Their post installation training was also excellent. My new system has been tested under maximum load and is working very well.

Lenergy did an outstanding job

Lenergy did an outstanding job of installing our new Sonnen battery. We had an existing solar panel system and now we are getting full value from it, because the battery works so well and everything is just so easy - monitoring it through the easy-to-use Sonnen app indicates we're more than 95% self-sufficient. With the government rebates, the price was certainly right! And throughout the process, communication with Lenergy was excellent, both with Matthew Sparke (the engineer we dealt with) and Aysha Manukau (the primary contact in the office). I'm very happy to unreservedly recommend their services.

Wonderfully simple and satisfying experience

Goodness me, what a wonderfully simple and satisfying experience. I simply cannot think of any way that this process could have been improved upon. A special shout out to Jeremy who came to my home to explain how everything worked. I warmed to him immediately. He was polite, friendly, punctual, helpful and kind. What a gem! That's not to say that Aysha from accounts or Lachlan, who installed my unit were any less praiseworthy. I could not be happier!

Absolutely recommend Lenergy for your solar panels and battery. Excellent results from our battery reflected in our minimum power bills. From $1000 pq to about $30pq. Currently there is a power outage in our area but we have no interruption to our power supply. The company is very professional and communication was excellent. If you’re getting solar get the biggest system you can manage. Get the biggest battery as it will pay for itself. I highly recommend Lenergy as their product is brilliant and after sales care excellent. Matthew Sparke and team are on top of your solar needs

A knowledge team

A knowledge team who have been helpful in achieving our goal of adding batteries to our solar system. The team of installers were excellent and polite, installed the batteries without any fuss. Sadly the batteries have gone off line due to a fault and I await rectification which they are now onto. This fault is not due to Lenergy or the installers but the batteries themselves. I would have no reservations in recommending Lenergy.
