I cant recommend these people highly enough. Highly informative and helpful. The quote process was excellent and the installers were respectful and skillful. All round great job and now my electricity bill is in single figures ! If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Lenergy were excellent

Lenergy provided excellent service at every stage of the installation process.

Their sales team showed excellent knowledge and were able to answer all our questions. They then provided a prompt, fair quote which we were happy to accept.

The installation team arrived on time, as arranged, and offered a very friendly and efficient service to install our system. Everything is now running smoothly, including our very favourable new energy bills.

At times when backup has been required, all office staff have answered our queries and provided great support.

We feel we have made the right choice in selecting Lenergy to provide our new solar panel system.

Very Professional

Lenergy did an amazing job on my new Tesla Solar Batteries. Mitchell was polite and very quick to get a quote to me. Then the team that installed it all were excellent. Fabulous Service and equipment

The quoting system was very well explained and timely
The Installation proved slightly more tricky in terms of the location of the metre box but the team from Lenergy worked out a solution effortlessly.
Customer service was first class - Charles was the point of contact and could not have been more helpful. care factor very high.

Professional service and easy installation process

Lenergy made the whole process seem seamless. Great sales representative who took us through all we needed to get started, and made us aware of the full price outlay. A date was arranged for installation which only took half a day. They even assisted in getting the app up and running with my husband who isn't great at technology and now is confident in running the system. We now have power even when there are blackouts and our energy bill is so low. Thank you Lenergy.

High quality installation

The quoting process was excellent, with a variety of options at different price points clearly described. Installation of the new panels and battery went well and on time. There were some problems with getting the EV charger to work properly, but they returned and fixed that quickly. That was more than two years ago, and their support since then has been excellent. Not the cheapest company, but one I have confidence in and have recommended to friends.

Exemplary installation and support

I chose Lenergy after a cold call knock at the door. I usually turn such callers away but the salesperson clearly knew the product and the technology. After doing my own research I decided that their Sigenergy battery and car charger package suited my needs and I was happy to use a local supplier.
The follow up sales team were equally knowledgeable and were able to identify and quote on my requirements within days. The final price I paid for the 24kWh battery and charger was as quoted, despite some challenges with the install.
The installation was efficient and the installers were equally knowledgeable about the system and able to field all my novice (and naive) questions. Some of the trunking used to cover the cables had to be fabricated by a third party which took some time, but I was kept informed and it was eventually installed as soon as available without prompting by me.
The techos were friendly, punctual and highly capable and the install went very smoothly including assistance with the download and set up of the controller app. Everything was left clean and tidy.
I subsequently had a minor problem with scheduling the car charger and called telephone support for help. They understood the problem and even corrected my error over the net. (Support was Australian for a change).

Amazing company to deal with. They didn't try to oversell me and were professional and transparent the whole way through the process, always available to answer any questions I had. They even invited me to come to the warehouse to see the equipment prior to installation. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The sales and quotes were real, factual and they discussed everything with me - ensuring that I completely understood.
The installation went like a breeze, they were running late but rang me ahead to let me know that were gping to be late (10mins!!)
They were really tidy, cleaned up afterwards and very respectful.
The fellows completely installed and connected me to the grid, no problems!!

One year on…

We are just over 12 months after Lenergy installed our solar system. The whole process was very smooth and professional from the start. We saw immediate benefits and savings and we haven’t had any trouble at all. Down the track we will definitely use Lenergy to get a battery installed. Cannot recommend them highly enough. If anything impresses me, it’s timeliness. When seeking a quote from Lenergy their consultant arrived at my home precisely when he said he would. That created a very good first impression. The installation was done professionally and the system has now been working for over 18 months with no issues and excellent performance which I can view on an app whenever I want. I was impressed with Lenergy and remain impressed with the system they installed.

10/10 Lenergy - Start to Finish Solar

Lenergy were very professional and easy to deal with.
There are alot of pushy solar companies out there, however the Lenergy rep that first visited to quote was very knowledgeable and informative, took the time to answer all my questions and provide a good quote with multiple options. He did not try to push or up sell.
When it came down to installation, once it was booked it was completed very quickly. All with high quality workmanship, great products and a local team.
They even took the time to replace a bunch of existing roof tiles that had been previously damaged.

10/10 Start to finish.

10/10 very happy with the Lenergy experience

I heard of Lenergy when they were door knocking in my sisters area, Narellan Vale.
The blokes door knocking were actually installers, though they were very Informative and personable when discussing their product. Showing pride in their speech.

My sister wasnt looking at solar for her home just yet. But my husband and I were, so they took my details and arranged a time for a sales person to come and explain the ins and outs. What we would recieve and how much it would cost. All seemed very straight forward. And it was! Nothing hidden, no surprises.

Installation day was very easy. Again, All workers were very friendly and professional. Arriving on time, finishing before quoted time.
Could hardly tell they were here.
Everyone was very respectful of the home, enjoying lunch out the back under the trees.

After everything was installed, I was showed how to install the app, connect and operate. This is a very easy to understand app, anyone can use it.
They also gave tips on how best to make use of the air conditioner and heater, and using power hungry appliances in the day, to use less electricity in the night!

Once they were finished, they packed up and cleaned as if they were never there.

Since then we have loved the luxury of turning the air conditioner or heater on with the sun. And off again once its sets. Marvelling at how its costing us nothing!
My Arctic breed dogs are loving the cold house in the day.

Can honestly say this was a very easy and stress free experience.

Reliable installation, very good customer service

Lenergy installed a 19 kw solar system on our north facing roof in Bowral in July 2023. The installation took three days and was noisy as we have a concrete roof. The Austrian inverter was placed in a room under the house. Customer service at the time was very good and we are happy with the panels. Note we did not install a battery at this time but are considering it now. We were very happy with Lenergy & their professional service & would recommend them to future clients.

Very happy with the install and the system.

Very happy with the solar and battery install that Lenergy did at my house. Everything was really neat and tidy, they communicated well and installed exactly when they said they would. Since the install, we haven't purchased any power from the grid and have fed back anything up to 60kwh per day. We live in a rural location and have had several long power outages - we didn't even notice!

Professional, listened to our concerns

We were very pleased with all aspects of the process. Lenergy were very willing to listen to our concerns and made adjustments to suit our individual requirements for battery installation. They communicated with us at all stages of the process and we weren’t required to chase them for information. Follow-up concerns were addressed quickly and satisfactorily.
We were happy with the price at the time of contract initiation, however not sure how that compares to the current market. We felt we were getting a good product at a reasonable price.
The whole system has been working flawlessly and we are paying virtually nothing for our current electricity.

Very happy with their work

Solar Panels
The product was on the pricier side but it was recommended by a friend in my villa community. Installation was very efficient. Questions answered. My place was cleaned up and the panels operational at the promised time. The software was fun and informative.

Even better. The team worked like a machine.
The only issue was that the PC-based web connection to monitor the battery etc., didn't connect (the phone app worked okay). It took a while to get a fix.

Such a professional company to deal with

The sales and quoting process was a breeze. I am a bit of a nerd so I had a LOT of questions about how the system would work. All my questions were answered (some needed research and the guys were onto it). The system works as promised.

The install took about 5 days (it's not a standard rooftop installation - it's on a rural property). At the end of each day, the installer would send a text with a list of the tasks completed and a list of what was planned for tomorrow. This was a great surprise (these days) in terms of communication and keeping me informed. The installers were really professional.

Once the installation was complete, they ran through the system operation, both under normal and abnormal circumstances. Very thorough. Once the system had been operational for a while, I had further questions which were answered promptly.

For a bunch of younger guys (yes, I am old), they are all super professional and a joy to deal with.

Lenergy gave clear advice and a number of options. They have considerable experience and were up to data with the latest technology.

The installation was punctual, efficient and occurred without problem. Commissioning was delayed on their advice to qualify for the new rebate. the Sigenergy system is excellent. it is flexible and reports useful parameters to get the best out of it.

All technical concerns were answered/ resolved to my satisfaction. I was impressed with some customized videos relating to my needs.

Lenergy staff are polite, professional and technically competent. I have used them for many years. Earlier this year they assisted me to assess damage done to my solar system by a lightning strike. And subsequently identified/ replaced damaged equipment to get the solar system working again.
More recently I chose Lenergy to scale up my battery capacity and I am very happy with the result.

Very good service

We purchased solar panels (LONGi) with a view to adding a battery 6mths later. The solar panel installation included battery readiness (ie hybrid inverter (SunGrow Hybrid 3 phase) and cabling) and 6mths later we added the battery (SunGrow). Post install was excellent (we had one issue and Lenergy fixed it straight away).
