Good service and system
Salesperson knew his product and answered my questions, installation was good, company followed up on questions. I am happy with the system10 months later we asked Darlene: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Solaire - no communication, poor quality installation
Solaire is objectively pretty bad. Really regret going with them to save a few dollars. I’d advise going with other options.They substituted components that we had agreed on without notice. They didn’t finish the job on the day, again without notice, claiming no product (EV charger) available Aus wide (shown with a quick web search to be untrue - plenty available locally). No communication for weeks afterwards about when job would be finished. It was finished after complaint had to be initiated, but quality of work was very poor - conduits not mounted straight, loose wiring, battery not installed level. The sales person was very good, but once we were signed up, it seems they just didn’t care.

Excellent solar system installation
Fast, professional, good communication. very happy with the experience. From the initial consultation from the salesperson, through site inspection and installation was excellent. The team was professional, efficient, and the installation was done on time and on the day as arranged. They communicated clearly throughout the process and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Everything is now up and running.They organised the grid connection and show me how to use the system after installation.
Thanks for the great workmanship. I highly recommending Solaire Connect to anyone considering solar and battery installation.

Updated Solar System
We utilized Solar Quotes knowledge and recommendations to choose an updated solar/battery system to replace our original 2012 solar array. The information provided by Solar Quotes was invaluable to us and we recommend using Solar Quotes to provide their educational advice prior to the selection of a system size, brans and installation company.We chose Solaire Connect based upon communication, price, system brand and professionalism. Solaire Connect were in fact the only company that included a site visit and face to face discussion, a good sign of a proud professional organization. During the consultation, proposal and ordering process Solaire Connect kept us fully informed in writing, and answered any questions regarding issues we needed clarified. Prior to the install we were relaxed with the solar/battery system we had chosen. The installation which included the removal of an existing solar array and inverter was carried out on time and without any unforeseen problems or damage to the tile roof. The two installers were efficient, hard working, friendly, approachable and informative. At the completion of the install they gave explained the functionality of the inverter, smart meter, backup box and battery and detailed the use of the recommended phone app. We highly recommend Solaire Connect for the supply and installation of a solar/battery system.

Incorrectly installed, taking weeks to fix problems
I have had SolarEdge 5kWh inverter for 4 years and has worked quite well. Self consuming a much as possible and exporting excess for credit, the pay off period much shorter than anticipated.The original installer moved away from residential installations and the support passed to Solaire Connect.
When the battery scheme was announced I jumped for a system upgrade with 10kWh battery.
After a long wait my system was upgraded. The original inverter swapped for a new one, even though it was the same model.
The monitoring app took a week to show energy flows. Then I could see that the house consumption was falsely displayed, showing exactly the same power generated by the panels, then no energy consumed at nighte.
The battery fully charged but never powering the house when the solar generation was not enough.
I contacted Solaire Connect to explain the situation, and they acknowledged a metering issue, but I have been waiting for several days to get someone to my property to fix the issue.

Fantastic Experience
I recently had a solar and battery system installed by this company and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I did get several quotes from other installers, but this one stood out due to the value for money, respectful and honest sales quoting process. The installation was smooth and efficient. The crew were respectful, tidy and turned up well before schedule. My new system looks great and is performing even better than expected. Any questions I had were answered promptly and I had a lot of them.Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar and battery solutions. It’s a fantastic investment, and the quality of service made the whole experience outstanding.

No communication since deposit paid
They have not even acknowledged receipt of deposit. I knew installation would be new year sometime, but I did expect status update etc, especially around or just before holiday period.Can not rate quality or installation as it has not yet been installed, and wont be until sometime in new year

Friendly service, efficient install
Sales person was friendly and helpful, took time to answer my questions. Came in person to visit and quote (other companies did not). No high pressure sales techniques. On the day the installation was on time, efficient, clean. No issues. App connection sorted on the day.01 October 2025
Breached Contract - refused to install
Salesman was great - agreed to everything. We have a tricky house, but everything was doable. We signed a contract and paid deposit in April.A second person came to inspect - said the house was tricky but all was fine.Install date was September. The installers arrived and felt the job was tricky. They didn't want to install that day.
We received a call from Solaire later that day saying the job was tricky and they weren't going to do it as it would cost us more than it's worth. I asked for them to provide a revised quote.
They emailed saying that they weren't going to do the job and would refund the deposit. I have asked for a proper reason and they have not replied. I asked for them to refund deposit plus interest and they have not replied.
This is breach of the contract.
We now have no idea why it's tricky to install and we are struggling to find another contractor to do the job - we signed up in April to beat the rush only to be screwed over.

Seamless experience

Hit and miss
Sales rep was responsive, but didn’t provide additional relevant information unless specifically asked or missed info that I discovered later on from Synergy. The installation itself was neat and carried out by a friendly team, though some miscommunication meant I had to follow up afterwards for operational settings for charging from the grid.Inverter rating: 5/5

Solaire Connect - A Complete Service
Contact from sales was quick and easy after seeking advice from Finn. Neil was fantastic. Great induction to solar for newbies, and many simple early answers to our many questions.Quote received quickly, lots of post advice resulted in our choice to seek system flexibility.
Install was completed in a day, with a two week lead time. Cade and the team were very professional, including relevant checks and certification. Electrical cert and follow up with Synergy, all completed via Nicolle in the office. Even assessed and returned to reposition a panel, to improve the solar systems performance.
Overall a Great Experience. Thanks to All.
Great installation and responsive service
Solaire connect answered all my questions and provided lots of information to help me make the decision.Despite the busy-ness of the time (federal govt rebate changes coming into effect), the install was very smooth and professionally done (by Hughes Electrical Group).
Very happy with my install so far.
