Founded in 2018, Empower Solar Australia (ESA) is based in Perth, Western Australia and has a presence in most states; with offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney.
ESA offers a wide range of services, including supply and install of grid-connect and off-grid solar and battery systems, EV chargers and hot water systems.

Great from start to finish
From start to finish it was a pleasure. Lindsey was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall we worked through system design and size.We’ve ended up with a SigenStor and Jinko panels.
The install date ended up being about three to four weeks earlier than expected which was a nice surprise.
The team who installed were efficient and friendly. They cleaned up well and showed us through the system.
All round great team.

I recently had a solar system installed by Empower Solar Australia in Perth and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first consultation through to installation, the whole process was straightforward, professional, and stress-free.Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions. I was quite hesitant at the start because of all the horror stories you hear about solar companies, but Alex really put my mind at ease and made me feel confident throughout the process.
Pricing was mid-range compared to other quotes I received, but the level of service and support was definitely top-tier. The savings I’m already seeing are fantastic and make the investment well worth it.
The installation team were also excellent — friendly, efficient, and hassle-free. They got on with the job professionally, explained how to use the system properly, and even had a laugh along the way which made the experience feel very genuine and personable.
Highly recommend Empower Solar Australia to anyone considering solar in Perth.
Looking forward to getting a heat pump in the future as I have already got a Tesla Wall Charger!! I'm even going to change my heating and stove electric. I'm saving stacks!!

Excellent service and installation
Empower were fantastic. The salesperson listened to my requests and designed a system that optimised our difficult site. There are lots of trees in the wrong places.The installation team arrived on time on the set date. They worked efficiently and installed the system neatly and took away all the packaging.
I was shown how to manage the system app and was promised future assistance with it. So far I haven't needed any assistance. The system has worked faultlessly.

Love the Sigenergy System
After multiple quotes we decided to go with Empower Solar Australia "ESA", as they were the only Sigenergy provider that would visit the property. the salesman was great with no pressure. after signing the proposal i was hammered with emails from HO regarding paying the deposit (which I had already paid) once all that was sorted there was radio silence.I had to keep calling regarding and install date.
in the end their contractor done a great job installing the equipment, however communication from ESA was non-existent once they acknowledged my deposit had been paid.
It is unfortunate that the installation scheduling and communication was so poor as it ruined an otherwise great end product.

Installation booked and pending still, but confidence building experience so far.
Firstly, the installation has not happened yet, it is booked for April. However, I can give feedback on the experience so far.I felt that Jason from Empower really explored what I needed in more depth rather than just quoting on what I wanted and came up with the best option. For example, Jason convinced me that adding an AC coupled battery to my existing system was the optimal choice. The small improvement in efficiency of the DC coupled option was significantly outweighed by the price price and practicality of the AC coupled option, not to mention the wastage and environmental impact involving disposal of the existing high quality and perfectly good panels to go to DC coupled battery.

Perfect went line clockwork
A 16kWh SigEnergy battery was added to my existing roof top SolarInstallation were the same crew who installed the solar system.
From the first discussion to final commissioning Empower and team were on top of everything.

Empower Solar a company that had the knowledge and skill to design a system to meet my needs perfectly.
The sales rep was very helpful. I explained my needs as I wanted full 3 phase backup. His design was excellent.Installation was on time, tidy and was very quick with a team of young men that worked with care.

Very satisfied customers!
I contacted Lindsey via Empower's website, and we corresponded via email and phone and worked through the proposal. My son and I reviewed the technical aspects of a number of quotes and based on Lindsey's support and service, and what we considered to be the best technical outcome, we selected Empower to provide our solar panel and storage package. The installation was of a very high standard, and the team on site was fantastic-they took us through the system after completing the installation which was really good.Without hesitation, I would use Empower again.

Highly Recommend Empower Solar and Lindsey
Our solar panel and battery installation with Empower Solar has just been completed, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.From the very beginning, our Energy Consultant, Lindsey Ditfort, has been nothing short of incredible. She took the time to clearly explain every detail of the process in a way that was easy to understand – which was invaluable for someone like me with little prior knowledge. Unlike other companies we had spoken to, Lindsey never pressured us with constant calls or demands for a deposit. Instead, she was patient, approachable, and always willing to answer our many follow-up questions – often spending 20–30 minutes on the phone to ensure we felt confident and well-informed.
The installation itself was smooth and well-communicated. The solar panel team was excellent to deal with, working with us to determine the best location and placement for the panels on our roof. The battery installation was delayed due to the state government’s rebate approval process, but throughout that time Lindsey kept us fully updated, regularly checking in and providing honest, timely communication.
What truly impressed us was Empower Solar’s commitment to customer satisfaction. When the government rebate delays dragged on, they made the decision to bypass the rebate altogether so that our battery could be installed sooner. Even better, they reduced our quote to match the rebate amount, meaning no additional out-of-pocket expense for us. That level of integrity and customer-first service is rare to find.
The battery has now been installed, and we are absolutely thrilled. There was a small issue with minor water damage caused by an unexpected downpour during installation, but even that has been handled seamlessly and without stress on our end.
We couldn’t recommend Lindsey Ditfort and Empower Solar highly enough. If you’re looking for a professional, honest, and customer-focused solar company, they are the team to choose.

Empower... Above and beyond expectations
Our new solar battery system through Empower is now up and running. From the get-go of enquiries, purchase, installation to operation we have experienced exceptional professionalism and customer service from all the Empower staff and installation contractor.Highly recommend Empower with a BIG shout out to Lindsey from quoting & sales for her 'above and beyond' approach to the highest standard of customer service. The lads from the installation team ensured effective communications throughout the install and cleaned up to expected standards and removed rubbish from site.
Overall at each level of the process we were pleased with the service we received and the constant communication and progress streamlined with excellent integration with the energy supplier, application and approval processes. After the sales, it was almost sit back and enjoy the ride. Thank you for such a hassle free experience.

A great experience from beginning to end.
Empower Australia were really easy to deal with from the initial conversation to receiving quotes for various combinations/systems to the installation and connection. The installers were punctual, polite, helpful, tidy and connection to the grid was organised by Empower.04 June 2025
