Great Energy supplier
EnergySA were great. They gave a much lower quote than a quote I had received from.another retailer. I was also kept informed about the progress of when the install would happen.And the actual installation was done without any issues. I was shown how to use the app on my phone before the team left and it's been running smoothly ever since.

A friendly stress-free experience
Getting a quote was easy. Rimu, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable and full of smart ideas for making the most of the solar rebates. He took the time to answer all my questions — from avoiding energy bills to maximising earnings from the system.The admin team handled the provider changes to our setup quickly and kept every promise.
The installation crew arrived early, were friendly, rearranged our existing panels, and left everything clean and tidy. I was also shown how to connect the app to the system, which was a nice touch.
Rimu stayed in contact throughout and made sure we were happy every step of the way.
We haven’t switched to Amber yet — that’s when we’ll really see the benefits — but the GoodWe inverter and 19?kWh of battery storage are already performing well.

Smooth and professional sales and installation
We already had solar panels installed and were looking for a solar battery to take advantage of the Government rebate available. Our 24 solar panels have 24 individual Enphase micro inverters and we wanted a battery to compliment that installation. We went with Energy SA because they are a certified Enphase Platinum installer and given that Enphase batteries are top of the range and expensive we didn’t want any sales or installation problems. We got none! We were given three quotes including two Enphase 5P batteries and two other quality brands for comparison, but went with Enphase. The installation went smoothly and the guys turned up on time worked through a wet and windy very unpleasant winter day to get it done! Once commissioned we have had no problems whatsoever. They thoroughly explained how the system and the accompanying App works and we can’t recommend them highly enough. From sales to approvals to installation and follow up they have been outstanding.Battery rating: 5/5

Battery supply and installation
Sales and and quotation was very goodThe actual installation was faultless, tidy, punctual and discussed in a friendly manner. The sales person did not have a great handle on positioning of the battery unit.They are yet to show us how to use the charger and app which I assume will happen when the system is finally up and running.
We did have some holdups getting Sigen to change our contact details to my partner who does all our admin. Original ratings

Yes the system has worked very well.It took me a little time to get the best out of it and understand how to use it productively.At this stage I’m impressed with the way it’s working out.
