Porchased from Lenergy Central West and installed by Gary Hilyard from Bathurst. Sales experience was excellent, Adam explained everything very well and gave us a good deal. Gary was very professional with the installation, arrived on time, kept us up to date on progress and disconnected our power for the minimum time possible. Solarquotes had me well covered for quotes in a confusing market. Very happy so far with my Goodwe system from Lenergy
Got 3 excellent quotes which really helped as up to then was really confused. What made me go ultimately with Lenergy was their knowledge supporting why their different inverter/battery config and installation regarding my existing solar inverter (keep or remove) was the way to go. They also had a very good deal on the battery. Very happy so far with the Goodwe and follow up support from Lenergy. Lenergy was upfront that installation would be by a partner company. This did cause some initial uncertainty and concern for me on the day due to some poor communication but once the sparkies were on site and I saw the quality of their work my confidence was restored. The only small issue which I wasnt forewarned about was that the battery would fully charge (happened during peak) on the first day to calibrate.Battery rating: 5/5

Quality Installation and Customer Service
I was contemplating installing a solar and battery system for a long time. Lenergy was referred to me by a friend and it took me several months to think it through before making the investment. What I appreciated the most was that they didn't rush me into making a decision and took the time to answer my questions over several months. Once I committed the installation was seamless. Excellent product and service
Recently added a goodwe inverter and battery to our existing solar setup. We had some initial issues with the installation as we didnt know we were 3 phase but Lenergy and the installation team got everything sorted.We had a few hiccups with usage / monitoring / performance but every time we needed help we had someone out to rectify the issue.
While most people hope things to go 100% correct in the first instance, its reassuring to know that Lenergy dont just install and then ignore you. The ongoing assistance to ensure everything is working as required validates our choice to use them for our install.

Happy we found them!
From install quote stage (dealt with Kieran-he is awesome!) to the actual install, we cannot fault them. The guys were very thorough and did not leave our place until all systems were working properly. Seamless and grea looking big battery install
Had a Sigenergy 46kWh battery and DC charger installed along with 12kWh of Solar panels to add to the existing system. Customer service was great, considering it was booked whilst we were interstate prior to moving in. A little pricey compared to the quotes I saw from people in the cities, but relative to other quotes (regional NSW) it was pretty good all things considered.The installers did a great job explaining what they were doing and how everything was being wired up, and the final install looked very neat and tidy. Best of all I was sent a full manual for the system post install including all procedures, model/serial numbers, wiring diagrams and links to all the supplier manuals, something I haven't heard being done before.

A fantastic company
I I am very pleased with the installer Lenergy. They were very professional and knew what they were talking about. My contact for quotes was Dean. He was very helpful knew what he was talking about and also advised me of the quick and easy process that would be followed. Dean also advised me of two different electricity supplies so that I could get full benefit from having the battery. Dean also helped me with the application for the government interest free lane which went smoothly and very quickly.The installers were very friendly efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They also showed me the app and how it worked. They were very professional and it didn’t take long for them to install the system.
Unfortunately one of the batteries did have a fault which was picked up by the installers and they contacted sigenergy and myself and it was replaced in a very timely manner.
I couldn’t be more happier with this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lenergy were great to work with to install my new solar
I was really comfortable with the process I went through with Lenergy from the initial point of contact until after installation and follow-ups to make sure everything was going OK.I felt there was full transparency and certainly great communication with Ryan, and then when Ryan was away during the installation, the other guys were just as supportive. The installation was painless (they did a great job of tidying up) even though we did have some issues with wiring etc from my house to the shed. I am very happy with my Solar, and more than comfortable to recommend Lenergy to my family and friends. I knew nothing about solar when I started, but Lenergy gave me the tools to make sure I could manage the system and what I expected from it.

I recommend Lenergy to family, friends and fellow consumers with confidence !
I discovered Lenergy on a recommendation from my energy retailer who gave me 3 names in total.One didn't reply at all and the other was too slow to respond (with closure of the government rebate looming large).
The sales consultant (Conor) had a high degree of product knowledge and responded to a barrage of questions from me with patience and insight.
Once I placed my deposit and order, I must admit it took longer than expected before an installation date was arranged but this was due to a massive spike in demand across the state of NSW. Regardless, Lenergy kept me informed whenever I called.
The installation was done by a specialist electrician who was very honest and even rang his boss when a hardware issue arose despite it being on Sunday! Moreover the issue was resolved at Lenergy's expense. That they stood by their quotation was MOST impressive.
It has been a few weeks since the installation and everything is working as intended, including the mobile phone app which is user friendly. (GoodWe).
As I said in the title, I confidently recommend Lenergy to those looking at all things solar.

All points above were very good except the installer hadn’t done one of this unit and I don’t really understand how it works. Plus initially it didn’t work until they came back10 months later we asked David: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Lenergy - the easiest company to deal with!
Easiest company to deal with!We were fortunate to have Harry Black take up our enquiry to add a solar battery to our existing 6 year old solar panels.
Wow! Did he out shine the other 3 competitors. He knew every detail about solar batteries.
He did not try to force us into going too big or too small. He did not give us a quote for an inferior battery with the larger scale price. He did not try to sell us extra solar panels.
What Harry did, was talk to us, not at us. He was happy to answer my silly questions and reassure me no question is silly or bad for that matter. He was happy to let us think on it if we needed time to digest and research. He applied no pressure with constant calls or emails. He understood where we wanted to go with the battery and the money we wanted to save. Harry was fully up to date on deals and promotions on different brands of batteries and what he could offer.
When we were signing up for some finance, the Government Solar and Battery rebate scheme was starting, so he organised a transfer of everything to that program, so now we pay no interest!
Everything was done for us! All that behind the scene stuff like liaising with Essential Energy, all done. No headache for us at all! Once things progressed, we had an install date and the team that Lenergy sent, JW Electrical, were nothing short of outstanding.. Nothing was a problem for them on site either as my husband had concerns about the visual impact of external cabling on the house. Between them, they had a plan in minutes to alleviate any concerns. They completed the work in a time efficient manner and had no problem showing us how to use the app. Site was left pristine.
From the time we met Harry over the phone, we both felt his kindness and honesty. That's an absolute asset that many people simply do not have and don't understand they need. This is simply why we chose Lenergy.
We have a 10kw solar system. We installed a 27kw battery.
How good is it! Other than a couple of cloudy and wet days, we haven't drawn power from the grid much at all.
We highly recommend this team from Lenergy

Great process and the installation went off without a hitch!
The quoting process was easy!The options available to me were explained and justification for the brand / size etc. were thorough and my own feedback etc. was taken into account without judgement.
The installation was quick and painless. The team had poor choices for the location and they did a great job installing where they did. They tidied up well after and explained the while setup.
No issues using the battery and adjusting the operation modes.
The EV charger was simple and a great choice. No issues with it at all. :)

Solar battery purchase, install, and follow-up
The sales process was very good. The response to any of my questions was quick, and they provided detailed documentation about the options that I could choose. The pricing was significantly cheaper than other companies offering the same capacity and inverter. I was given the option which I accepted for an additional 8kWh battery module for a very good price. Once I accepted the quote I was kept informed of the progress towards the installation.The installation was smooth on the day. The team arrived on time, explained the process and let me know when the power would be off and for how long. At the completion all rubbish was removed, and I was given an introduction to the MySigen app by the installer.
On a follow-up conversation some weeks after install I mentioned some confusion I had about the stats, charts, and about the data download capability in the app. A customer follow-up was initiated, and a technician rang me soon after and talked me through my confusion and concerns.
If you are in the market for a home battery I was recommend that you consider Lenergy.

It’s great to have choices!
The process of obtaining quotes from three companies was interesting and informative. It prompted me to research a number of issues myself, which ultimately gave me a much better understanding of the available options.The solution we chose was close to the lowest-priced option, but was significantly superior in functionality and features and offered better scope for future requirements. My subsequent research also revealed that the cheapest option was based on a model that appeared to be approaching obsolescence with its supplier, which reinforced our decision.
The salesperson from the company we selected was responsive, helpful in his advice and proactive in providing additional information. In contrast, one salesperson representing a solution we ultimately rejected adopted what I regarded as a somewhat FUD-oriented approach (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) when it became apparent that her proposal was not the front-runner. This did not inspire confidence in that particular supplier.
The wait of approximately six weeks for installation was longer than I would have preferred, although I accept that quality is more important than speed.
The installation itself ran relatively smoothly despite some inclement weather, and a few issues that arose were resolved constructively through discussion. The final stages of the installation felt somewhat rushed because of earlier delays, and a more comprehensive handover would have been helpful.
A little after installation, I experienced an issue involving loss of the Wi-Fi connection. This was not the fault of the installers. The subsequent support response was somewhat slower than I would have liked, but once assistance became available, it was helpful, pertinent and technically accurate.
Overall, I am pleased with the solution selected and believe the additional research and comparison of the alternatives resulted in a better long-term outcome.

Lenergy - professional and helpful installers
We recently had a 24 kWh GoodWe home battery installed by Lenergy. The battery complemented our existing SolarEdge 11 kW solar panel array and SolarEdge EV charger. Lenergy did a great job. The quote was not the cheapest (nor most expensive), but they provided more options and advice in relation to our existing setup and older switchboard. They kept us informed of the installation timeline and, on the day of the install, they arrived on time and completed the work promptly. The installation team and electricians solved small, unexpected issues on the fly and completed the job in a professional manner. The team left the site tidy. Lenergy followed up to make sure we were satisfied, and their technical team returned calls promptly when I had questions. I am happy to recommend Lenergy as a professional and helpful solar battery installer.Regarding the battery itself, I have been very impressed with the GoodWe so far. It consists of a 10 kW inverter and 3 x 8.32 kWh battery modules, giving 24.96 kWh rated capacity, or 24 kWh usable. It's worth noting that the system defaults to reserving a minimum 10% charge, so in practice you have 21.6 kWh available. It operates somewhat independently of the SolarEdge system, which was expected. The SolarEdge EV charger still works as previously, allowing charge scheduling and priority for using "excess solar".

A Solar Solution that overcame obstacles
We had installed a solar with battery four or five years ago at our previous home and so when we moved to regional NSW from Sydney it was always a priority to install one again. We chose a local company with a good number of recommendations and then we found out that our galvanised roofing was an obstacle. After some discussions and thinking outside the box we utilised our double carport by reroofing it in Colorbond and the installation could progressi. Extra cost along with some trenching work to connect it back to the main property but we are very happy with the outcome. We opted for a DC charger to help our family visit us in their EVs too. Lenergy managed all the paperwork and grid connection though we were already an Amber customer. We were able to obtain a small rebate under the NSW battery scheme but that was not a significant factor.Panel rating: 5/5

Easy Done
As we were new to this solar installation process, Lenergy took the time to explain the different options for our house installation. They were very helpful throughout the process. The installation was difficult due to the damp weather on the day but it all went well and was no problem to them. Site was left clean and tidy. Rooftop Solar and Battery Installation
Lenergy was our preferred provider following the three quote process. Dean listened to our needs and then guided us through the process without any semblance of a sales driven attitude. He quoted for the right size and capacity solar battery for our needs and the system was installed professionally and carefully (our roof tiles are 60 years old!) Great follow up service too, helping with the changeover to a new energy provider and setting up the battery operation. Neat installation
The quoting process was personal. Lenergy spent time to understand our needs and quote accordingly providing many options for consideration. Our solar design changed at time of installation due to site constraints not evident at time of quote. This was seemless and it felt like Nick and his installers would just make it work.The installation team was professional and polite and showed us how to use the system.

Fantastic company
Lenergy were 1 of 3 companies recommended via SolarQuotes. Lenergy were the standout company. Fantastic communication, great battery options and honesty regarding which battery would suit my needs. The contractor they used for the battery installation were very professional and not a single piece of rubbish was the left behind.Lenergy have been in contact since the installation to follow up with an questions i may have and also to find out how the battery has been performing. They have also assisted with recommendations regarding power suppliers .

Brilliant to deal with!
From the very beginning the quote process was easy, and the representative took great care to understand what I was trying achieve with getting my battery. There was no hard sell in the entire process.The installation was schedule and the team showed up on time and were very professional. They cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess. The installer team also explained how to use the system, how to isolate the battery when I lose grid connection to revert to back up, and explained how to interpret the battery app.
They even tried to help me register for the app, but due to some missing information on my end, that couldn’t be done on the day- they said that they could help if I couldn’t manage to do it myself later on. That is awesome service!
I highly recommend Lenergy if you’re looking to install a new solar battery, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service, professional installation, and great after-sales support
I had solar batteries installed by Lenergy midway through 2025, taking advantage of the government rebates that became available at the time. From my first enquiry through to completion, the entire process was smooth and professional.The sales and quoting process was quick, straightforward, and informative. I had already spent a good amount of time researching solar battery systems, so I came into the conversation with some understanding of the technology and available options. What impressed me was that everything the Lenergy representative explained aligned closely with the research I had already done, which gave me confidence that I was receiving honest, accurate advice rather than a sales pitch.
The installation team was excellent – friendly, punctual, professional. Communication was clear throughout the process, so I always knew what to expect, and they left the site clean and tidy once the work was completed.
What stood out most for me was Lenergy's after-sales support. Shortly after installation, a software-related issue emerged within the system. While I know these kinds of bugs can occasionally occur with any technology, Lenergy responded promptly and professionally. They arranged a follow-up visit, worked closely with the manufacturer to investigate the issue, and dedicated significant time to ensuring it was properly resolved. Since then, no issues at all and the system has been working now without fault for close to a year.
Very happy to recommend Lenergy to anyone interested in anything solar.
