Great installation - ahead of schedule
Overall a great experience and very happy with the system, which was installed 3 weeks ago- Knowledgeable sales person, went through multiple rounds of questions and redesigns/analysis on position
- Good communication from Ops team, came ahead of time to run cables in roof so installation day was quicker
- Contacted me 2 weeks ahead of planned install as a slot came up
- Clean installation all finished within a day
- Punctual and polite staff
- Explained clearly how system operates, what to do if in case of emergency, made sure I was set up on the app

Excellent service from Lenergy
We are very happy with the service provided. The installlers arrived promptly on the date booked and work efficiently throughout the day to complete the installation. They tidied up everything on completion and provided an explanation of how the system worked and how to download and use the app in our phones.05 December 2023

Very Happy
The quoting system was excellent, the sales person was very good explaining the process, systems, and prices.The install went smoothly and the installers were polite, tidy and punctual. They also assisted me to install the app on my phone and made sure I understood how everything worked.
The paperwork to install a smart meter and connect to the grid has been submitted and I have a date for the technician to do the work.
I am very pleased with the process and my system.
I have also received a call from the sales person to make sure everything is okay.

Lenergy a great Solar system - Supply & Install
Matthew inspected the site, walked us through the systems available, understood our requirements / integration and accurately quoted a correctly sized system complete system upfront.Then Fozzy & crew did an amazing job with the installation & commissioning of our Solar system.
Lenergy took care of everything including the grid connection.

Great Customer service
I received three quotes when I went online through Solar Quotes. All three were punctual in contacting me and professional in the manner in which they formulated their quotes. It was really a toss up with whom I chose. I am confident any of the three would have been a good choice.In the end I went with Lenergy due to the fine detail in their quote including how they placed the panels on the roof, the placement of the inverter and the ability to add on later.
What I will highlight is that I did get a quote from a company that regularly advertises on TV. It was approximately half the price of the quotes from Solar Quotes. However, they quoted without looking at the plans of my house and with no details from me. On that basis I had no confidence that I would get a quality system and workmanship nor would the price be kept and would there be after sales service. I had been down that path previously. By contrast the quotes from Solar Quotes were all similar in detail and price.
I am very happy with getting my solar through Solar Quotes and Leenergy.

Great Experience
The experience from initial contact to installation was seamless and exemplary. The response to our enquiry was with 48 hours and a site visit was organised for a few days later. Mathew spent a lot of time on site understanding our property and needs before takin us through the various options available to us. Our quote - which detailed three options - arrived in days and was accompanied by an explanatary video that was comprehensive and easy to understand. A few follow up questions were answered promptly by the team and left us feeling confident in accepting the quote. Installation was a similar experience with a project manager assigned to us who oversaw the job. The entire installation team were professional, knowledgable and courteous and the job was completed in the time allocated and without incident. After installation we wanted to make a change to the panel layout and this was done promptly and without issue. We have no issues in recommending Lenergy as overall our experience was exemplary and a stand out in terms of quality, professionalism and responsiveness.Panel rating: 5/5
