Lenergy were absolutely fantastic. Could not fault them.

Adam who initially came to see us was very responsive to all queries & continues to be so 3 mths after installation. The office staff were also amazing & responsive & always followed through. We had a small delay due to rain & the owner/Director called us himself to apologise.

Would highly recommend Lenergy to anyone thinking of getting a battery. The experience has been awesome

Brilliant pre, during and post install support.

When I decided to invest in a 48kW solar battery and extra 3.08 kW panels to add to my 15.77kW system, protecting my financial investment was just as important as the system itself. Lenergy’s quote was highly competitive, but the peace of mind and protection they provided went above and beyond the competition.
?Unlike big-name, sales-only companies that rely on high-pressure tactics and celebrity ads, Lenergy operates on reputation and complete transparency. They are an Australian-based team that stayed with me end-to-end—from the initial quote and pre-approvals to installation and after-care. They don’t just subcontract to the lowest bidder and walk away; they are fully invested in the final outcome.
?What impressed me most was their honest, meticulous approach to quoting. There was zero overselling which was refreshing. They thoroughly assessed my power usage, precise roof dimensions, and vent placements to ensure the system was actually viable. Years ago, a different company overquoted panels they knew wouldn't fit around my roof vents, and then hid behind contract clauses to deny refund for 4 panels quoted but not installed. Lenergy is the exact opposite. They have expertise and quote inline with regulations and technicalities of panel placement and inverter stringing, meaning no surprises or deleted panels on installation day.

Lenergy maintained communication and support to me and their installer in contrast to my experience with installation of my intial psnels by the other company years ago that went silent as soon as I had signed the contract and paid the deposit. Even when minor site-specific variations arose, Lenergy handled it seamlessly with zero extra admin or hidden expenses to me. If you want a company that actually honors its warranties, communicates openly, and provides genuine after-sales support, I cannot recommend Lenergy highly enough. My experience with Lenergy was like chalk and cheese compared to my disappointing experienced the other solar sales only company I got to install my initial solar panels a few years back.

Best customer service ever!

Right from the initial contact they were punctual, helpful, professional, tidy and easy to understand. Their support went much broader than just supplying the system. I cannot recommend them more highly. Call Charles and tell them Jason sent you and you will get a referral discount if you go ahead.

Great end to end experience

The Lenergy experience was great from start to finish. Ryan quickly established a rapport and understood our needs and particular set up. The quotation proposal was professional and completed very efficiently. Pricing was competitive. The timing of the installation was on time and the installer was able to adapt quickly to a change that we were unaware of in relation to where our main switchboard actually was. The end result was a system that fully integrated with our existing Tesla apps. Very happy and highly recommend Lenergy.

Very responsive supplier - great quality install and support.

We recently added a Sigenergy battery to our existing solar in an attempt to redeuce power bills. After waiting 2 weeks for another supplier to quote (!), we decided to give Lenergy a try instead on the recommendation of a friend. Suffice to say Charles was on-site a day later, and by the end of that day we had a design and quote. Communication prior to install was great, and the batteries were ready to install sooner than expected. The installer (Trent Allman) did a fantastic job of the install - everything where we wanted it, and a very neat job indeed. We were shown how everything worked on the Sigen app, and Trent didn't leave until we were comfortable with all aspects of controlling the battery. I have since signed up for Globird ZEROHERO plan, and from Day 1 we have had zero bills and have run up ~$80 in credit. This is for an all-electric home including charging an EV, and I expect the credit to accelerate even further as we get into the longer summer days. Sigenergy may not be the cheapest battery solution out there, but the recent poor experiences of a neighbour who went with an alternative battery supplier make me glad I chose Sigenergy/Lenergy !!

Lenergy was the right choice for me.

From the get go Lenergy was an excellent choice. From working with Michael Dushea on the design phase to choosing the right size battery for my purposes through delivery and installation I couldn’t have been more impressed. The system has been up and running since April 27th (yes a public holiday) and it’s operating perfectly. The young installation crew were quick and efficient and provided a thorough overview of the installation and instructions on how to use the app as well as all safety features. Office staff were very helpful throughout, which added to my confidence in my choice of supplier. 10/10 from me.

Exceptional Service

Fantastic experience right from the start with an on-site visit (which most of the other providers we looked at did not offer) to the installation and commissioning. Very professional and exceeded expectations.
Charles who conducted the on site visit was exceptional in terns of understanding our power consumption patterns and proposing the best solution through to the installation team who were punctual, courteous, informative and tidy.

Professional, simple and efficient

Lenergy was recommended to me as a local business with efficient, courteous and knowledgable service, and that is exactly what I found. I dealt with Charles Dickson who was exceptionally professional but also easy to talk to, with an ability to communicate the details of what could have been a complicated process simply and clearly. Lenergy explained what they would do, they did it on time and on budget, and the whole thing is working. We had some questions about specific items (hot water, how to get the best out of the system, choice of retailer) and Charles and other team members were always quick to answer, polite and helpful. I recommend them with no reservations.

Great Installer & Installation

We recently had Lenergy install a Sigenergy 32kWh Battery and gateway at our home, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

Kieran and the installation team were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. The install itself was neat, well thought out, and completed to a very high standard. What stood out most was their problem-solving on site — they worked through a few installation challenges efficiently and came up with practical solutions without cutting corners.

Communication was great throughout, and Kieran made sure everything was explained clearly before and after commissioning. It’s obvious the team genuinely cares about getting the system right and making sure the customer is happy.

Very impressed with the final result and the quality of workmanship. Highly recommend Lenergy and Kieran to anyone considering battery or solar installation.

Happy Customer

After reviewing Solar Installation on Choice and requesting a follow up from Companies, I was contacted by Michael from Lenergy.
Michael was able to answer any further queries I had which made me fell comfortable enough to request a quote which came through the same day.
I felt very confident that I had made the right choice as attention to detail in relation to placement of panels and Solar System was great and clear.
Follow up with home visit and further explanations were clear. I was made aware of what may be extras that were not in the quote as each job varies at different homes for various reasons ie safety.
The administration staff were very good at keeping me informed of dates for installation. If I was not available via phone they followed up with an email. Invoicing was spot on as per quote.
The installation team were very impressive, kept me inform
the whole time and their work was carried out with care and of high quality. Roof and System looks very neat and professional.

No more Power Bills

Relatively new to the Solar Battery world I contacted Solar quotes to get a few quotes. I already had 13Kw of Solar Panels and a 10kw Inverter. This was working well and we had heaps of daytime solar but were donloading from the Grid every night and with power prices increasing we decided to bite the bullet. I spoke to a number of Solar companies and was not "sold" by what they told me. They didnt seem to listen to my needs rather telling me what they thought I needed.
I finally spoke with Kieran from Lenergy. He was friendly very informative and knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted from the Battery. He sent me a number of quotes and information and he was NOT pushy at all which was a pleasant change.
The decision was so much easier with what information he supplied and made the decision so much easier.
We decided to go with The Sigenergy 40kw Battery with Gateway. They also set up my entire home to run on battery in case of loss of Grid Power. This was something the other companies were not going to do. They were only looking at selecting a couple of circuits to be done in case of power failure. This just did not seem sensible with going with a 40kw battery.
The process was seamless. We waited a few weeks for installation. The system was installed by a local electrician and we were happy with the installation. Everything was explained and the installer helped me download the app from Sigenergy and log on. The App is great and I can see and do everything.
We went originally with Amber as a provider and they were great but after the first few weeks we decided to change to GloBird. We found the 3 free hours of downloading from the Grid between 11am and 2pm worked a treat for us. Even on wet cloudy days we know that we have a full battery going into the Evening. We also have started exporting some of our power to the grid each evening and making some extra money. This is on top of the $1 Credit they give you each and every day for not downloading from the grid during Peak hours.
We have also had out first Loss of Power (planned outage) the other day. Our power kept running not even a sign that we had lost grid power except for the text and email from Sigenergy. Our App showed we had enough power to run for 17 hours. Wow.
I must also add we have a Pool, 4 fridges, freezer, Aquarium and a household of 3 adults and 2 children and 2 large dogs.
We have been exceptionally happy with our battery system and I am more than happy to recommend Lenergy and Kieran.
We now have one less bill to pay and instead make some money.

Fantastic Installer!

I was utterly impressed with Harry and the team at Lenergy from the point of making my first solar enquiry through to installation. Even in a rural setting, the entire process took less than 8 weeks, which exceeded my expectations. The entire process was seamless, professional, and well communicated from start to finish. Harry and the team were knowledgeable, responsive, and made everything easy to understand. The installation was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. I highly recommend Lenergy to anyone considering solar.

Lenergy has just completed installation of 24 solar panels on our roof, and we're very happy with the result. Professional. Competent. Courteous

I had undertaken a considerable amount of research before committing to the team at Lenergy, predominantly via solarquotes. The sales pitch in all of these circumstances is always polished. It does not necessarily follow that the installation of the work and more importantly, the after sales service is as polished. I could not speak more highly of the team at Lenergy. From my very first point of contact with Harry all the way through to the installing team, every person I dealt with with were thoroughly polite, professional and authentic. It was a pleasure dealing with Harry who I found to be genuine, thoroughly across his product and helpful. This has continued to be the case post installation. Haydon and the installation team were the most polite and respectful tradies I have ever encountered. Once again, they knew their work. They were patient with me as consumer and they did not look for or take shortcuts. Post installation, I continue to find Harry and the technical team available and helpful. This is an industry fraught with unqualified and dishonest people. I could not speak more highly of the team at Lenergy. They deserve to do well because they treat their customers with respect and they set high standards for themselves. I would highly recommend Lenergy to anyone contemplating a battery and solar installation. You will be in the safe, competent and trustworthy hands of dedicated professionals.

Great Internal Lenergy Team

Sales team were incredibly knowledgable and onsite experts as well. Installation was all done in a day, very good job and polite. left everything clean.

Customer service was outstanding with Ops Manager helping to resolve a software issue with the manufacturer. Battery has been performing perfectly.

Solar install

The whole process with Lenergy was easy from the beginning. They were professional and genuinely interested in giving us the information we needed to make an informed decision on selecting a system and also on answering questions.
The team were awesome the whole way through from coming out to discuss our property and providing options, the office team in communicating and the installation team on the day.

There are issues

I was expecting Lenergy techs to show up to install but I had Clean Coast Solar instead. I thought no subbies but oh well.
Everything went fine with install until I had another electrician come in for other work and tell me there is aesbestos throughout the board, after paying for asbestos handling ($400). And wires that are exposed.

Since install I’ve been struggling to get battery to export to grid. Lenergy keep trying to help but everything takes days and they aren’t that helpful.

Panels and batteries work well but the connection is sometimes bad.

Well organised & efficient installationn.

Sales, quoting & follow up excellent. Was kept informed of schedule & installation done as scheduled. A couple of hiccups with the installation - battery module not fitted properly. But was resolved quickly & satisfactorily.
Installing team was polite, tidy & punctual. Returned punctually to resolve fitting issue.
Customer service was excellent. All the pre work to connect to grid & certification handled very well & communicated well.
Could have used more help to program the battery & sort out some minor glitches - found the operation of battery charging /discharging programming a little confusing. Battery manufacturer issued new app & update after system was only a week. This caused system to go off line & wouldn’t reconfigure. Lenergy responded promptly to help resolve issue.
System seems to be all working satisfactorily now but must admit the installation & settling in experience has been a little more stressful than I had thought. Lenergy has been helpful but the sophistication of the system & my lack of electrical knowledge “smarts” & inexperience with apps (an age thing - I’m 80) has caused me some angst.
A user group or manufacturer support system would be helpful for new users like me.

Quoting process was good. Installation by local electricians was excellent, polite, punctual, tidy and did a very difficult cable run from switchboard to battery with enthusiasm. Lenergy were able to change the installation date after I received a late invitation which meant I couldn't be at home on the original date.

Lenergy - professional, on time and on budget!

ALPHA ESS 20.2Kwh system - From start to finish every step has been on time, on budget and carried out professionally. Lenergy's install partner team from AJ Mcdonnell Electrical also did an excellent job, install was neat, tidy and professional. So far, the system appears to be working as designed and appears to have been well sized from the initial consult with Jeremy, system looks just right for my budget, solar system and consumption!

Happy return customer

Overall, a solid experience again using Lenergy. After having had our panels installed by them a few years ago we were happy to have them back for our battery installation. A home visit with one of the team to go through the product, explain everything and answer all our questions was great. Installation was done by a team who were polite and tidy. They took time to familiarise us with the app and answered all our questions. Only a slight hiccup in communication at the beginning when using old contact details to advise start date etc. That being said we would gladly use them again. Thanks Lenergy.

Exceptional Experience

Great Installation helpful and friendly staff

Lenergy provided great advice and assistance prior to the installation, and a technician came out to inspect the site as well. The installation was perfect and the product is excellent (Sigenergy Battery), they were very attuned to my needs for the system (re: blackout power, positioning of battery etc:) and ensured that they were all met. They really made the whole experience very pleasant and worry free, I would highly recommend them.

I had previously purchased solar panels and inverter.
At a later date I decided to add a 40kw battery system supplied and installed by Lenergy.

Battery Upgrade to existing system.

Sales and quoting process was easy and informative. Sales even advised me that they had confirmed with Alpha that the specific batteries were indeed stackable. I had emailed them photographs of the battery specifications sticker, so they could be confident about stackability as I had floor space constraints. Very disappointed that I had been informed by sales that the specific batteries that I was ordering were stackable when they weren't. Once installers arrived, they pointed out that the specific batteries were not stackable. Consequently I have lost valuable floor space.

Installation went well. Installers kept me informed about arrival and were punctual. They cleaned up as they proceeded and removed all waste from site. Installers helped me facilitate a software update.

Good choice

The quote was excellent. Their representative showed me how to minimize my costs by not replacing perfectly good functioning solar panels just because of their age.
Installation was exactly as expected. On time, friendly and no mess.

Highly professional and competent. Definitely recommended!

Having had the 3 solarquotes, we chose Lenergy to install a Sigenergy battery/gateway/ev charger system. This needed to be hooked into our 2 solar systems and work with the current feed in limit. We needed to be confident that we could achieve the outcome we were after with no downsides.
Ziad, senior installer/technician, spent an hour with us on-site to go through each step of the install & configuration process and answer all our questions (we had heaps). He gave us the confidence to proceed.
Install day was a big success. Jordan, Dylan and Will turned up and immediately inspired us with their enthusiasm - so we knew we were in good hands. They worked as a great team with lead Jordan outlining the days schedule and keeping us well informed along the way. He was a joy to work with and made the time to answer our questions (heaps) throughout the day.
It was a long day, but nothing was rushed and everything was done to a really high standard!
There was one glitch - a Murphy's law moment - when at 5.30 Jordan was about to do our tutorial on the SigenApp and our home internet went down. It took 20 minutes to get it back up. Jordan and team still faced a 2 hour trip home, yet there was no rush to get this final piece done and once again all of our questions were answered.
Overall a VERY pleasant experience

Extremely happy with Lenergy

We received another cheaper quote from a highly marketed competitor to Lenergy. So glad we stayed local and went with Lenergy.
The competitor wanted to put the panels on a different roof that in hindsight would have been impossible.
There was also a couple of other unexpected installation curveballs that the Lenergy install team had to deal with.
The Lenergy team overcame these hurdles with full consultation and communication at every step. Sometimes cheaper isn't always better and glad we went with Lenergy.
More than happy to recommend Lenergy to anyone that needs solar.
