Great installer, terrific service and installation team
PSW were certainly not the cheapest and were quite busy so we waited 4 months for an installation date, but it was worth the wait. We've used other solar installers in the past and PSW were by far the best and most professional.The sales process was smooth, there was no pressure and PSW responded to queries really efficiently. We had a fairly long wait before installation, but they provided us with reasonable updates in the month or 2 leading up to the install date.
The installation process was really efficient. There were some issues with the initial design (i.e. the roof wasn't able to accommodate the module layout in the design), but the lead guy explained the issue and proposed an alternative that while not ideal, we were comfortable with. We also really appreciated how the team would take off their boots before coming into the house without us asking (which is a small touch, but most tradies wouldn't do it even if we asked, let alone do it on their own initiative).
Nearly two months on and the system works great and we are happy with how painless it all was.

"I recently had a solar battery system installed by PSW. While the process wasn't entirely seamless, the final result is excellent.The installation was initially delayed due to some overlooked parts, but the team sorted this quickly and generously covered the costs. The physical quality of the install is top-notch. I did encounter an issue where the phone app was missing important data values; interestingly, an initial email to support claimed 'all is as expected,' which was frustrating. However, a follow-up call to the Technical Manager (Tony ?) —who was incredibly knowledgeable—had everything fixed within the hour.
A good job slightly marred by minor hiccups, but overall, I would still recommend PSW to anyone looking for a reliable, courteous, and quality company."

Apologies, It seem that the Support team checked my problem After it was fixed by the Tech Manager ! (Thats how quick these people work !) 5 Stars !

Great retrofit ESS system
Purchasing was straight forward. Installation team under the pump due to the incentive program and took a couple of visits to finish job. Having said that, good quality work and zero issues since commissioning.Inverter rating: 5/5

Great Sigenergy/Aiko install
After contacting 6 different solar companies I settled on PSW due to the large amount of detailed information they supplied, their willingness in a very busy time to answer my many technical questions in writing and the flexibility to offer exactly what I was looking for.All rebate paperwork, grid connection application etc was taken care of by PSW. All that was required of myself was to provide property details and sign on the dotted line.
After signing up but before installation I decided to vary my order and this was also handled well.
Installation was performed by 5 young, polite, helpful and very knowledgeable tradesmen who were very respectful of my property. They accommodated all of my special requests and questions without complaint also going above and beyond by running additional cabling from the new system to my home automation equipment for internal monitoring.
Some extra electrical cabling was required that was overlooked in the quote but this was supplied without extra cost in line with their guarantee that there will be no extra costs beyond the quoted price.
When the install was complete they were happy to prove and demonstrate to me that all safety checks had been performed eg ELB/RCD tests when on battery. All packaging was taken away and all work areas were cleaned, the system was setup on my mobile phone, explained and configured as per my preferences and shutdown procedures were discussed.
After 3 months an after sales follow up via email was sent by PSW to ensure everything was working to my satisfaction.
In the 3 short months I have owned the system it has performed better than I had expected without any issues.
My experience with PSW is one of the best I have had with ANY tradesmen oriented service.
