45x X10 EXPLORER 475W Panels and SIG Battery system. Had a blackout recently and the whole house was still running. i can monitor everything on my phone and system is setup properly so we are never drawing from the grid even with multiple airconditioners and pool running. well worth the investment and greatful the team at beyond solar were there to make it happen.

Highly recommended & Excellent Communication

Excellent communication for planning the job and providing the quote and the team on the day did an excellent job to a high standard, even though it was raining! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
Our system was installed in May 2025. The first issue arose shortly after installation, when we were told we needed to pay additional costs due to a shortfall in the NSW solar rebate that the installer was unable to claim. This was never clearly communicated upfront, and attempting to pass this cost onto us after the fact was concerning.The second issue was more serious. Our inverter is recalled due to a fire risk, and while it was formally acknowledged and approved for replacement by Sigenergy in Nov 2025, there has still been no resolution months later. Communication has been poor, with repeated follow ups either ignored or met with vague responses. There has been no urgency or accountability in resolving what is a major system component failure.
Most recently, we discovered a leak in our laundry room. Upon investigation, this was traced back to the solar installation that the roof had not been properly sealed, leaving a noticeable opening. This raises serious concerns about the quality of workmanship and attention to detail.
What’s particularly disappointing is that this installer was recommended through SolarQuotes, which gave us confidence in choosing them. Unfortunately, the after-sales support and overall experience have not met that expectation.
Across unexpected costs, an unresolved inverter issue, and now a roof leak caused by poor installation, this has been an ongoing and frustrating experience.
I would strongly advise others to carefully consider both workmanship and after-sales support before proceeding.
We are still waiting for a proper resolution.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and want to address each point you have raised in detail.1. Peak Demand Reduction Scheme Incentives Issue:
The change to your rebate eligibility was the result of a government policy decision, not a decision made by Beyond Solar. The Peak Demand Reduction Scheme is a government-administered program, and eligibility criteria are determined and amended by the relevant authority — not by us. As outlined in our terms and conditions, rebates and incentives tied to government programs are subject to those programs' rules, and unfortunately we are not in a position to provide payments under a scheme for which a customer is no longer eligible. We do understand this was a disappointing outcome and we empathise with the frustration that comes with changes to expected rebates.
2. Inverter Replacement Issue:
We appreciate your patience throughout what was a lengthy and at times difficult process, and we want to provide some transparency around what was involved. The inverter replacement was initiated in response to a manufacturer recall issued by Sigenergy relating to a faulty plug component, this was not a fault arising from our installation work.
Beyond Solar lodged a service claim with Sigenergy on the same day you were notified of the issue. From that point, the process required two distinct steps that were outside our direct control: first, receiving formal written authorisation from Sigenergy to proceed with the replacement under the recall; and second, the allocation of pre-tagged warranty stock by the local distribution partner, which could only be assigned to your site once the first step was completed. Throughout this period we maintained consistent communication with you, with approximately 30 interactions between our team and yourself as we worked to move the process forward.
While we regret that the timeline was not faster, the delays were attributable to the manufacturer and distributor processes involved in a formal recall, and Beyond Solar worked diligently throughout to advocate for and progress your case.
3. Finally as for the Roof Leak:
We have reviewed this matter carefully. The area where the repair was carried out by your builder is adjacent to the location where our cabling passes through the roof, but it is not the same penetration point. Our cabling and the associated penetration were not the source of the issue, and we are therefore unable to accept liability as it deemed as unrelated based on the current evidence at hand.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet the expectations we set for ourselves at Beyond Solar. We are glad that the inverter matter has now been fully resolved, and we hope that this outcome goes some way toward restoring your confidence in us. We remain committed to standing behind our work and supporting our customers through processes that, while sometimes outside our control, we take responsibility for seeing through to completion.

Quick, responsive and reliable
I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from this solar company. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, but what really stood out was their speed and commitment. They managed to install our solar battery within just 2 days, which exceeded all expectations.What truly sets them apart, though, is their ongoing support. Even after the installation was complete, they’ve continued to be incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions and guide us through anything we’re unsure about. It’s rare to find a company that doesn’t just disappear after the job is done.
Professional, efficient, and genuinely caring about their customers — I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their solar system.

Installation of Fox ESS solar Batteries and some panels
Sales and quoting process was excellent, Saad Siddiqui, our contact, was very patient will all my questions and answered everything promptly, also giving me the benefits of alternatives. I took a while to finally decide to proceed and he never gave up responding and never pushed me into anything. I recommend him 100%.Install went well on time and as communicated.
The system was installed this week so hard to give much comment on support

1) Sales quoting was good and specific online, polite salesperson when visited their office.2) Installation went very well, regardless of 41-degree Celsius heat on installation day installers were very punctual
worked very hard to get the job done on that day. I salute them for the hard work they did.

Easy to deal with, professional service for Stroud Homes
Saad and his team were very professional. Ther sales process was simple, well planned and Saad was happy to explain more technical details on request. The install team were professional, a brief yet detailed meeting prior and after install ensured we had high confidence with the system and its operation. Through well thought out planning and preparation the 4 men install team was able to install the system to a high standard in only 3 hours, very impressive. Saad and the after sales service was great too responding to any queries promptly. We have had several systems quoted by Beyond solar, value for money improves on the larger systems, the return on investment is often better by spending more and Saad is happy to design a system to suit your needs. A professional business in an industry than usually leaves you hesitant, would recommend Beyond solar to anyone looking for a trustworthy business and a reliable system.15 December 2025
Great service
The whole project was handled from sales through to installation with no fuss. The day of installation we going to be extremely hot (42°) and I thought they would postpone, but they said that they knew how to look after themselves, and added an extra man to the team so that they could finish earlier. They were all very polite and helpful and showed me through the install, the app and everything I needed to know before they left.Great company to deal with!

Beyond Solar went above & beyond!
Saad in Beyond’s Sales made the initial quoting process easy & advised us extensive for our needs & made communication easy.Date of installation was tricky due to company being very busy but eventually got there on dates convenient to both parties.
Installation was well done, efficient, tidy & was shown the basics on completion…their electricians were very proficient which is just so important.
Beyond’s Help Desk is very good if you have any concerns at all
We have referred Beyond Solar to friends & family & they have also been pleased with their service.
Have now used Beyond Solar for Solar & Battery installs at 2 houses & all is operating well.

Fastidious Installation Team. Top Quality Gear
Saad worked with me to design three different configurations until I was completely satisfied, and the cost was competitive.The installation team arrived and suggested an even neater solution; they worked hard in 32°C on a black roof and were consistently courteous and tidy — when they left there wasn’t a single piece of rubbish.
The electrician explained that they used heavier wiring to avoid call-backs, showed me how to commission the unit after the smart meter was installed, and walked me through setting up the Sigenegy app. He also demonstrated the battery in operation, and from his explanation and demonstration the battery choice felt very reliable.

Great service and design
Saad and his team were highly professional. The sales process was very accommodating, the system was explained well and our needs taken into consideration. Saad was patient even with a few design changes and we didnt feel pressured into a decision like with other companies. The install team was polite and professional, a thorough pre start meeting and after install walkthrough was held to ensure the install met our needs and we unserstood the system. The team was very efficient installing a 17.6kw system and 32kwh battery system in 8hrs and 13.2kw system to our display home in only 3 hrs. The planning process was welel thought out to set the install team up for success. The after sales service was great too. system seems to be performing excellently. Happy with Beyond Solar and my new Sigen battery
We were return customers to Beyond Solar as they had previously installed our solar panels. This time I liaised with Saad from the initial quote to installation. He patiently answered my questions and provided a quote that outlined my requirements. Installation happened in a day, the Beyond Solar team were courteous and efficient. Saad ran through everything I needed to understand the system, and after 2 weeks I can say that I'm very happy with the SigEn battery and its performance.12 November 2025

Everything went smoothly, from the initial consultation with the very responsive Saad to the neat and efficient addition of a battery and a new inverter to an existing solar system. 16kw Sigenstor AC Couple Install
Just had my 16kw Sigenstor battery installed AC coupled. Saad made the process really easy, straight up guy without any pushy sales tactics, also had a lot of strong technical knowledge as well. Battery was installed by Sam and his team and everything went flawlessly. I'm only a couple of days in with the new battery but really excited. Great experience with the installation and service
Got my solar system installed recently through Beyond Solar, and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. They gave me a really competitive quote and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the whole process super easy to understand.They also helped me sort out the financing through Brighte, which was a huge plus. The installation itself was neat and tidy — the team arrived right on time at 9am and wrapped up everything by 3pm. Very efficient! They even set up my app and walked me through how to use it.
I went with 13.2kW Longi panels, a 24.17kWh Sig Energy battery, along with Sig Gateway. Everything looks great and is running perfectly so far.
Big thanks to Saad (from sales team) and Christian (the electrician) — both were super helpful and professional throughout. Highly recommend Beyond Solar if you’re thinking about getting solar installed!

Great installer, fixed problems left over from a previous incompetent installer. Initial teething problems were software related post install but they were back the very next day and fixed it. A+++

Affordable and helpful
The team were great. We hit a hiccup mid-install when the NSW govt pulled the rebates, but this was beyond anybody's control and they kept me informed throughout. They were the most affordable provider I consulted and I believe they use their own installers, not sub-contractors, so they were able to come out quite quickly.
