Amazing company

The whole process from obtaining quotes and installation to have my EV charger went smoothly with no issues, even with my awkward tiny roof space ?. The installer (sorry forgot his name) also helped me connect the charger to my mobile and wifi. Overall I experienced great communication and professionalism from PSW and best of all there were no hidden cost.

Non pushy sales and excellent service by PSW

The sales experience was quite different to other installers who had sales people who would push products which would get them to their target.
Joshua from PSW was more interested in finding the best product for us. Even though we were interested in Tesla Powerwall 3 he advised against it as we had 3 phase home and TPW3 was restricted to 5KW inverter in WA. Went with his advice for a 3 phase 10KW system instead and am very happy with it.
Penny from Installation Support was very helpful in setting up the system and is only a phone call away from clearing any issues or doubts.
Install was very smooth and very happy with service provided by everyone in PSW

Efficient and simple process from end to end.

We had a 6.6kW system with battery installed to replace an old 2.5kW system. The whole process was painless from start to finish. We were kept informed throughout of what was happening and when things were scheduled. The installation team were prompt and efficient, made a few tweaks to the planned installation which improved the output and cleaned up really well after themselves. A couple of months after we had the system installed, we decided to add another 5kW of battery.

The process of ordering the additional capacity was simple and straightforward and the installation was efficient. The technician was on time and cleaned up thoroughly when the work was finished. We are really happy with the whole system. I highly recommend Perth Solar Warehouse for your PV needs.

Excellent Installer

Initial sales and quoting process was very efficient and detailed. The installation of my system was carried out by a team of very punctual and polite tradesmen no mess or clutter was left after they had finished the installation.
Office staff and installers organised all paper work and grid connection and explained and showed me in detail how my system worked. After sales assistance is excellent and I would recommend PSW Energy Perth Solar Warehouse to any that a considering installing Solar Pannels.

Straight forward, informative

I had reached out the PSW of my own accord after having done some research online. I was quite surprised that despite being based in Dianella, they were happy to accommodate all the way from their base in Bibra Lake. In comparison to other companies local to me, they were still the best value for money, despite my choice of panel being a little bit more expensive than the "base" model.
They managed to even squeeze me into an earlier opening as well for my install.

Day of install itself, they were polite and cleaned up after themselves, assisting with any issues with the app installation.

After-care appears to be quite robust as well, although I have not had any significant issues as yet.

Highly recommend PSW Energy for before, install and after sales service!

Took me awhile to get solar... years. I looked into four installers and formally engaged with PSW Energy all those years ago and another solar installer. The other installer was pushy, numerous follow up phone calls even after we said we'll call you.

PSW Energy promptly answered any question I had, were never pushy and always willing to adjust the quote i.e. different inverter/ panel manufacture, Solar Analytics etc. Jesse, Joshua and Russell all provided advice about the system. During initial quoting investigation they were competitive with other solar installers. They weren't the cheapest however their sales approach and great reviews here was the overwhelming factors in selecting with PSW Energy.

Once we accepted the panel layout quote and deposit paid, the job was booked for 2 weeks time. Application to Synergy and booking Smart meter reprogramming were quickly organised by Russell/ Kate from PSW Energy and progressed seamlessly with appropriate progress update sent via email.

Day of job
We were told installer would arrive between 7 - 9am. First installer on site at 7:07am with the balance of the team arriving by 7:30am. Warwick was helpful when selecting the final location of the inverter. The installers were polite and appeared to work well together. Only 3 tiles were broken which were replaced by the installers, there was about 8 of them so I was expecting more to be broken. Install finalised well before 3pm (school pick up time). Shown what the lights mean and how to isolate etc.

Panel Layout Change
Original - 14 NE 10 NW (on second story, no shade)
Installed - 18 NE 6 NW (bottom story + shade issues)

Something that hadn't crossed my mind was the potential for asbestos to be discovered which rightfully but frustratingly meant the panel layout needed to change. House was built 1977 and renovated throughout the 80s and 90s so maybe, in hindsight, not so surprising. The estimated energy output only changed by 75 kwh annually but imagine more will be produced in the earlier part of the day when at work etc.

The Good: Enough roof space to modify design, designers worked quickly to modify and issue the new layout and provided advice on how to maximise panels facing NW and manage shade. No second story meant install price reduced. Installers had optimisers on board, were able to fit to affected panels that day but...

The Bad: Less panels facing NW (when we get home), shade now an issue; decided to fit optimisers$$$ (the cost of which was mostly covered by no second story charge). As of now late August/ early Sept, PV generation slows from 4pm and intermittent grid power consumption commences. I'll update once we're in the peak of summer.

Without a doubt, highly recommend PSW Energy to install solar panels and inverter.

Excellent customer service

Big thanks to the friendly installation team who took extra time to discuss and explain to me about the panel layout changed due to the limitation on my roof. And take extra effort to adjust the panels layout to achieve my requirement to minimize pigeon access under the panels. The project and admin team Penny-Lee, Sarah & Kate are helpful and quick respond to my query & request. Highly recommend PSW!

Excellent customer service. Quality workmanship.

PSW was fantastic. They came highly recommended from my work mates as most people at my company use them.

PSW made the whole process super easy, I was sent emails with all the install dates. Everything was on time no delays.

I was booked in with them and ready to go, the week before my install my mum had a health scare and was out of work. So pretty much my money I had set aside for the panels was put straight into her account so she could manage through a tough time. I contacted PSW to try and cancel my contract and rebook for a later date.

They were amazing and instantly said you're booked in, we will just install it as agreed and they worked out a payment plan with me. Never have I had a company out their own neck out and help me out. Couldn't recommend them to enough people 10/10.

Great installer

The entire installation process was smooth and rather quick, less than half a day. Customer service was also good without being too pushy, they let you take your time on deciding what's best and are always happy for a chat with any questions. I have a minor roof seepage after the installation as it rained overnight, called the customer support and they send a guy out to rectify the issue immediately, on the day itself which was pretty efficient.

Great

Long story short. My 20+ years old PV system showed an error on inverter. Quick Google search found a solar repairer that I won't name. Couple hundred dollars later I've been told that the system is dead and it needs replacing. With a quote from same repairer for replacement of PV being high, I thought "let's do some more Google-ing". That's when I came across PSW. Quote for the replacement was almost half as much and from step one everything went smoothly. Over the email I've got quote, was happy with it, booked installation date and job was done. Friendly crew and highly recommended. Thank you PSW

A fantastic experience

From initially contacting PSW they were great. Russel the salesperson was so helpful and not pushy at all, the products PSW have to offer is fantastic at a great price. Russel gave honest advice and helped us tailor a system to suit our needs. When we paid our deposit the communication was fantastic, any questions, they were more than happy to help. The installers exceed my expectations, did a fantastic job and were nice to talk to as well. All in all what a great company to deal with. I will be recommending this company to my family and friends.

Great to deal with, professional installation.

Sales/quoting was very easy - I told them what my needs were regarding quality of the hardware and they immediately offered me an appropriate solution.

Installation was fast and professional - 2 people arrived at 7am and were gone by lunchtime. Cleaned up their mess and were happy to answer my technical queries.

Lots of email correspondence prior to and after the install. Liaison with Synergy was taken care of without my involvement.

Disappointly the Fronius inverter documentation given to me was basically an installation guide than operating manual. I had to find and download the operating manual from online.

Apart from that, a top shelf company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Replaced existing solar system with an upgraded capacity system. PSW provided excellent service in sales, project management and installation. Especially appreciated the no pressure sales approach without any attempt to rush towards decision, with all information and advice provided freely and fully. Excellent communication with all information available at all stages through approvals, installation and completion documentation (warranties, certificates and user manuals). Installers very experienced and skilled at their job, very neat installation.

Satisfied /customer

The quoting process was quick and helpful. I made my choice on the quickness of the replies and information given. The Installation was on time and the men were very polite and helpful, giving me information as they went along. They had to work in inclement weather but still got the job done in the time they said. They were tidy, and quick and when all was done they quickly organised the grid connection and everything worked well. The Installers went through the operation of the Inverter and told me what to look for and all was explained to my understanding.
Would thoroughly recommend PSW Energy for being punctual, getting the job done and running through everything with me. Cost wise, I found them to be exactly what I expected and was surprised that it came under my budget. This was a job well done.

Excellent customer service

After reading the review in Solar Quotes, I contacted PSW and got a quote for 6.6kW system - replacing the existing 2kW. Process was quick and easy, all online, I was asked for photos of meter box and existing inverter. Provided quote is very reasonable compared to some online prices I found. Installation was smooth, technician came early morning and new PV was up & running at 4pm - only 1 technician & light rain. PSW organised the rest with Synergy. Overall, excellent service, saved lots of my time in research and installation.

Fantastic Service

I contacted PSW after carrying out a review of multiple retailers. PSW were quick to respond and provided a generation report along with detailed information on products which were available.

Having had solar before I knew what I wanted and selected the panels and inverter which were discounted in the EOFY sale. The quote was very competitive, and they even threw in a couple of upgrades.

All communication was clear, and I was updated throughout the process.
On the day on installation the installer arrived on time and carried out a great job installing the panels, wiring and inverter.

The installer connected the system to the Wi-Fi and showed me the basic operation of the inverter and controls.
On completion of the install, I paid the balance and the next day the log in details for the system and electrical safety and warranty information was provided.

Very pleased with the whole process and I would highly recommend PSW for your solar needs

Great service!

Perth Solar Warehouse installed our 6.6kW system last week. Their communication throughout has been excellent and very prompt. Their service doesn't stop once the system is up and working, they'll provide assistance with any warranty issues as well.

Everyone has that we have communicated with for the quote, installation on the day, and work behind the scenes with applications etc have been lovely and made the whole process very easier. Our quote gave a few different options as well which was appreciated. I'd highly recommend PSW to anyone wanting solar panels!

Good people to deal with

When I contacted PSW about a possible repair or replacement of our 12 year old inverter they antucipated our needs from the get go. They included a quote to upgrade our old systen as well as just the inverter and Russell helped make the decision to upgrade the whole system very easy. PSW handled everythingfrom then and the installation team were on time, very professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Very professional

The quoting process was easy to follow. I did find their requirement that you go to their office a bit off putting given the location of the office. Given that issue the sales staff were willing to converse via the phone .

A Straight Forward First Time Solar System Installation

I find the entire experience with PSW good. Before and after the installation. They’re very accommodating to my queries. Everything went well with the installation; they installed the solar system quicker than I anticipated. They carried out the work in a safe and clean manner. The team made some minor adjustments to the original design and placed the solar panels to get better efficiency plus the placement looks better. After the installation we spent some time setting up the communication via my home router, everything was set up right and I could monitor the system via my app. They are professional and their pricing is very competitive. Highly recommended.

Easy to talk to, no sales harassment

Everything aspect was perfect although some of the panels aren’t level with each other, which from a ground view, looks a little untidy. Install guys were punctual polite and accommodating.
It wasn’t until next day I noticed but being at back of house I’m not as concerned as if it were on display to street.

Good experience from quote to install

Joshua from the sales team was the only person from 7 separate quotes that challenged me on what I wanted, helped me choose a solar system that didn’t compromise on quality which saved me some money.

The installation team was on time both days explained what was going to be done and how long it would take.

Unfortunately one of the guys screwing in the feet for the railing on the roof missed the beams on my raised ceiling 5 times which left me with holes and a bit of split wood, nothing catastrophic.
When I informed one of the team about the screws coming through the ceiling they took it very seriously, took the screws out and documented the damage. I was also told the office would contact me regarding the damage. The owner called me and agreed to have someone patch the ceiling as soon as he can which was reassuring.

The team was very clear when explaining how my new system functions and the final look of the battery, inverter and gateway were fantastic.

I also wanted to note that the Kate kept me well informed throughout the process I was never scratching my head wondering what was happening next and Moly had all my registration and warranty documents organized and sent through to me as soon as they were completed.

Fantastic Company

I recently had a rooftop solar system installed by Perth Solar Warehouse (PSW), and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final activation, everything was seamless and professional. The team was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and handled all the permits and paperwork.

The installation was completed on time, and the crew was respectful and clean. They installed a 10 kW system with a 10 kW inverter. The system generates plenty of energy to cover most of my electricity needs and has significantly reduced my utility bills.

Highly recommend PSW!

PSW was easy to obtain a quote and were prompt with their response and at a reasonable price. Fast service

Initial phone consult was to replace an inverter, the sales associate suggested that we replaced the whole system including the panels. We declined this and said we would go elsewhere and he was quick to respond with a quote only for the inverter which was exactly what we asked for and wanted. Once the quote was accepted the timeframe to install the inverter was quick and we were informed of the process via email. On the day of installation there was a phone call to confirm the time and the installation team arrived as scheduled. The team were excellent and explained the system to us and completed the connection. Also showed an app to download which keeps track of the input of wattage during the day along with other information, which is very informative to have on hand.
