Great work
The process was easy with salesman adjusting our plans when asked and providing variations to the quote without fuss. The installation team were fantastic; they communicated during the process but you wouldn't have known they were there. The install too place with minimal interruption to our home business.13 July 2026
Efficient Installation
Solargain was great with the installation. Paul Harris was knowledgeable and clearly explained aspects of the installation of both the solar panels and battery. I was able to contact him both by phone and email to get information concerning the installations.The local installer was great and efficient - the full battery install was done in 2 1/2 hours, and the solar panels in around 5 hours
All the apps were set up for me and easy to use
I would certainly recommend Solargain as a great company to work with

Lots of follow up

Efficient Enphase System Upgrade
Solargain recently installed an Enphase expansion to my existing solar system. The installers arrived on time, were courteous and professional throughout, and completed the installation efficiently. Everything was left tidy afterwards, and the system has been working well since it was commissioned. A straightforward experience from start to finish.Inverter rating: 5/5

Franklin solar battery
We purchased a Franklin solar battery from Solar 360 and it was installed quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with it's performance and it also looks great. The app is excellent abd provides all the information we require. The service from Franklin has also been excellent and they gave been proactive with a minor issue picked up during installation. I would recommend both companies if considering anything solar.Battery rating: 5/5

Highly recommend the team at Solar Gain for anyone looking at getting solar installed. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and easy to understand. The customer servicewas outstanding — the team was always friendly, responsive, and happy to answer any questions I had throughout the installation.
The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy once completed. The system looks great and is already performing really well. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction.
Really happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Solar Gain to anyone considering solar panels.

I am very disappointed that SolarGain included the iStore Hybrid 3MPPT 10kW 1ph inverter product in my specification when they knew of the software incompatibility with Jemena (my DNSP) systems. It was also disappointing that SolarGain did not inform me of the failed installation test, explain the reason for the issue or provide any updates, leaving me to query the problem directly with Jemena.Inverter rating: 1/5
Excellent service, very happy with the installation and the operation of the battery
The customer service and installation process was fantastic. The only hoops we had to jump through were my fault, due to some shifting priorities, but the team were very accommodating, answered every question and were a breeze to deal with. Highly recommend.Battery rating: 5/5
